Abstract

AbstractThe development of information technology affects a variety of human life, including in the case of buying and selling transactions. If in previous years, buying and selling is usually direct, face to face. The current era of buying and selling without face to face is increasingly high by humans through a website system or platform. The buying and selling system also has various types, one of which is the dropshipper system. Behind the diversity of strengths, in terms of Islamic law the system has a variety of opinions that arise. Therefore, in this study, the author examines how Islamic law reviews the sale and purchase of the dropshipping system, especially among Surakarta IAIN students who are the objects of this research. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analytical method. The results of the research, the sale of dropshipping in the study of Islamic law raises opportunities for default and the potential for harm associated with ownership of goods and the potential for fraud, but there are solutions to make the sale and purchase of dropshipping in accordance with Islamic law, namely by using the samsarah agreement, time, or greeting agreement. Of the three contracts, dropshipping sale and purchase carried out by students of IAIN Surakarta is a sale and purchase that is in conformity with the salam agreement and may be done as long as it meets the terms and conditions of the greeting agreement.Keywords: Dropshipper, Islamic law

Abstract

English lessons are not the main subject at elementary school level. But in some schools these subjects become part of the local content or become a superior program offered to parents of students. Delivering English lessons is certainly not easy. There are various students who come to school. Student diversity also goes hand in hand with increasing problems in learning. Therefore there needs to be a good class management. In this study the authors, conducted research on the management strategies of English teacher classes in the teaching and learning process at SD Muhammadiyah Boarding School Prambanan-Sleman. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which is done by describing the teacher of English subject class 3 in SDS Prambanan, Sleman. Data collection techniques are done by interview. The results showed that in managing the classroom, there were several steps implemented by the subject teacher. First, the process of greeting, through greetings, recitations or stories at the beginning of the lesson. Second, seating arrangements so that teachers are able to mobilize or condition students in the classroom. Third, stage 3) Starting, by drawing the focus of students in advance on the teacher first before going to the book or worksheet. Fourth, get on with it (teacher activity provides material) and get on with them (teacher and student interaction) in the form of using several methods in learning. Fifth, get them out (the activity at the end of learning) by conveying the conclusions of the day and giving direction to students of the next material.Keywords: Class management, teacher, English lesson

Abstract

AbstractThrough a good understanding of the Arabic language, it will be able to be equipped in understanding the Qur'an and Hadith. Understanding Arabic cannot be separated from studying nahwu shorof. But in learning it, of course there are certain methods that can help to make it easier to understand. Therefore, in this study the author will examine the implementation of the Manhaji method in learning nahwu shorof on the manhaji course. The research method used is a qualitative method that is descriptive analytical. The results of the study note that there is an implementation of learning nahwu shorof in Manhaji Course which is different from other methods. The most striking difference is that this method is more enjoyable in learning, overall, examples taken directly from the Qur'an, complete and general for all groups and various levels, focusing on tarjamah al-Qur'an, translating nahwiyah with the dhomir mentioned for the word berkhomir.Keywords: Arabic, Hajj method

Abstract

AbstractLearning in college is growing, distance is not a burden in the learning process. There are various media that can be used without having to face to face between lecturers and students. In this case the researcher examines the use of Edmodo media in the sociolinguistic learning process in English Language Education. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained that Edmodo can provide convenience in the learning process as in the case of assignments or quizzes from lecturers. The students also felt comfortable and comfortable with the media because it was easy to use as a learning process.Keywords: Edmodo, English education

Abstract

AbstractAlong with the times, the work of translation is not just limited to books. But also penetrated the learning videos and film subtitles. This research focuses on two translation videos by English Language Education students at IAIN Surakarta. This is considered very important because it is hoped that the video can support English learning to be more easily understood with the presence of English as well as its meaning in Indonesian. This research is a qualitative descriptive study because the data taken comes from the phenomenon of translation of children's texts related to the quality of the translation. video I and video II have different translation qualities, although they are both translated by seventh semester English Language Education students. Video I found that the results of the translation were inaccurate, unacceptable and still difficult to understand so that further analysis was needed to improve the quality. For video II, the results of the translation are accurate, acceptable and easy to understand. It just needs a little improvement on the grammatical part.Keywords: Translation, English Education, video
