Abstract

AbstractWhen the election of regional chief hasn't been held yet directly. So money political practice is still easy to do. Recently, by the election of regional chief directly, money political practice assumed that is may be possible to do, by the way to give the materials to the party, which will nominate, even giving money and any helps to public figures who have many followers. With the more costs which given out by the regional chief that is nothing compares than his payment, so the actional fight againts the law can be done, by the public characters is paternalism, so money political practice can have large tripacts, which is in the end breaks the goals of development. Keywords: Money politic, Regional chief, Paternalism

Abstract

AbstractFinance report analisys is one of alternative to intepretated healthy company finance level. The Scription use to know and analys healthy company finance level PT. PLN Net and Service Area (APJ) Kudus with based to decision letter of Republic Indonesia  Finance Ministary No. 8241 KMK. 01311992.The research have to use rentability, liquidity, and solvability analisys (main indicator) toevaluated healthy company finance  level, beside that it have to use  added indicator are profit margin ratio, operational ratio and conected result level ratio.The evaluation healthy finance company level had to use dates from 1999-2003 years that to compare with decision letter of Republic Indonesia Finance Ministary No. 824/KMK. 0131 1992. The research result was interpretation healthy company level PT. PLN APJ Kudus that showed rentability level is very good, as big as 127,07 %,for liquidity level and solvability level are 523,18 % and 514,9%. After evaluated was rentability, liquidity, and solvability level show finance  with very good condition. Keywords: Finance report,company finance level, rentability, liquidity, solvability

Abstract

Abstract  This Research  to test the hypothesis  that Organizational  Climate and Motivation  willinfluence the factor satisfaction Work and Employees Peiformance. this Research Target is to analyze thefactors influencing employees peiformance at PT. Brataco Chemika Branch the Central JavaSample in this research is staff employees remain to PT. Brataco Semarang. Sum up the sample taken in research adapted for by a minimum condition of sample which must befulfilled in SEM. Sum up the sample as much 5 times sum up the indicator becoming minimum standard. Indicator in this re search is 21 indicator, so that minimize the sample which must be taken is 105 sample. Data wlziclz is in analysis comefrom spreading questioner to employees of taken as sample in this research.Result of this research indicate that the organizational climate have an effect on positive to satisfaction work the value C.R. equal to 4,423. Motivation have an effect on positive to satisfaction work the employees assess the C.R. equal to 2,964. Organizational climate have an effect on positive to employees peiformance assess the C.R. equal to 4,113. Motivation have an effect on positive to employees peifornzance assess the C.R. equal to 2,875. Satisfaction work to have an effect on positive to employees peifornzance assess the C.R. equal to 2, 736, meaning the value abovefar above 2,00, its meaning organizational climate excelsior, motivate and satisfaction work hence can improve the employees peifornzance Keywords: Employees Peiformance, Satisfaction work, Motivation, and Organizational Climate

Abstract

AbstractThis research to evaluate the patterns of managing financials which run out through, 3 success achievement, they are succeedin sending, succeed in using and succed in returning, also to analyze the efforts to solve any problems of sending financial and make progress in processing "income generating" through the using offinancials runs out. The research held in six nominees regencies in profince Central Java which is carried out to 398 micro effort and small field nofarming. The data collection of primary carried out through survey of respondents based to questioner with items loaded materials consious of Effort of body shape, the sources offinancial efforts, distributing the financial run out, the use of financial  runs out, returning the debt also evaluated the success of financial run out. The result of research shows that as totally the financial distribution run out could so well, the run out financial run out financial could be used well, also the majority of financial run out user had returned it well and only the consequences of debt, this result claims that the management of run out financial in research regions showed the satisfield working. Keyword: Financial run out, 3 success of run out financial management

Abstract

AbstractHarmonisation of intemational accounting standard has stimulated a debate conceming the rel­ evance of international accounting standards to the development of accounting in developing countries. It is claimed that such harmonisation is intended to increase comparability of financial reporting between companies from different countries. However, this paper argues that harmonisation is more concerned with hegemony of US accounting in the international arena. From the Islamic perspective, a number of international accounting standards seem to be in the contradiction with Islamic values. Abstract

AbstractThis research toformulate the strategy of developing for the central location of roofs production in Jepara regency, through potential identification, problem, opportunities and changes which are owned by UKM by using SWOT analysis ( strenghts, weakness, opportunities, threats). The research held at the whole roofs UKM in Jepara regency, totally 686 respondents. The primary data collection held throught the questioner with the loading of questions about the modality and finance,  human resources, production,  marketing, and institution.The result of research shows the problem faced by genteng UKM is the modality limitation had beside haven't been owned some access to the sources of modality and financial management which hasn't been done well, there still low quality of human resources had, pasive marketing, the low quality product also the aspects of institution which is not arranged well, for solving this case, the strategy may be able to do is optimalze the local potention supporting UKM development, increasing knowledgement and skill in this case for managing of human resources, finance, production or the marketing by technical traning, managerial accompaniment, field supervision, mechanization of research also recommends the local government to mediate UKM to access for the sources of modality, also facilitate UKM in order to participate in exhibition.  Keywords: The strategy of developing, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats

Abstract

AbstractThis study is a case study of small-scale industry of Kain Troso in Troso village, Pecangaan sub-district, Jepara regency where the total population itself is I9I businessmen which is then taken as the sample amounting IOO persons proportionally. The sampling method used by the writer is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, that is subsequently taken based on the total labors owned and then divided into 3 (three) strarum groups, those are : Pre-constructing Stratum (small-scale),  Constructed  Stratum  (medium-scale)  and Developed  Stratum  (big-scale).Based on thefindings, it isfound that when the efficiency of production input exploration for n=JOO, it is found that the labor input and capital input are inefficient while the ATBM input is considerably not yet efficient. For n=5I, it is found that the labor input and capital input are inefficient while the ATBM input is also not yet efficient. For n=3I, it is found that the labor input and capital input are inefficient while the ATBM  input is also not yet efficient.  For n=I8, it isfound that the labor input and capital input are inefficient while the ATBM input is also not yet efficient. The inputfactor which is considered as the most dominant in affecting the production of Kain Troso in the 3 (three) stratum analyzed is Non-Automatic Weaving Machine (ATBM). Keywords: Efficiency, Influence, Production Input
