Abstract

AbstractAgricultural sector specially food crop consistently have come to principal focus and priority of run strategy during 1968-1993. One of efficacy which have been reached is self sufficiency rice in the early year 1984 After that, various changes like climate trouble, change of orientation development of economics, and various other change ha\>e resulted Indonesia again become rice importing country in the year 1986. Instability of Indonesia rice crop and production, causing Indonesia cannot fid/ill requirement will consume Indonesia society rice which always experience of the make-up of along with resident growth rate which progressively mount. Result of research indicate that variable produce rice, fuptah rate value to US dollar and import tariff have an effect on to Indonesia rice import, as for variable consume society rice not have an effect. Keywords :  Import Rice, rice consumption and production, tariff import rice

Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to analyse acceptor attitude oflUD to usage of in frau ferine device of IVD itself compared to other intrauterine device, that is Injecting KB and Pill of KB. Where the attitude analysis pursuant to risk and efektifilas. Population at this research is entire acceptor mothers of IUD in Tahunan Jepara. Technique Intake by simple sampling random with amount of taken sampel counted 92 responder. Data type is primary' data and sekunder data collected with kuesioner, documentation and intennew. Analysis technique is Friedman Test, that is different test for related sampel more than two criterion.Pursuant to data analysis, first conclusion the obtained is mean perception of acceptor attitude of IUD to efektifitas usage of intrauterine device of IUD compared to other intrauterine device ha\>e difference. Sequence intrauterine device pursuant to efektifitas, started from most effective is IUD, Inject KB and Pill of KB. Conclusion both, mean perception of acceptor attitude of IUD to risk usage of intrauterine device of IUD compared to other intrauterine device [do] not have difference Intrauterine de\>ice owning highest risk is Injecting KB. IUD and is last of Pill of KB. Keyword; consumer attitude, intrauterine device affectivity, intrauterine dexice risk, IUD, Inject KB and Pill of KB.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to test influence of usefulness of product, excellence of product and promotion to level successfulness of product of telkomjlexi with research location in Jepara and period of research executed in the year 2004 2005. Population at this research is] customer of telkomjlexi (Jlexi trendy and classy). Sampling technique use approach of non-probability sampling, that is accidental sampling, while amount of taken sampel counted 97 responder Data type is primary and sekunder data and collected with documentation and kuesioner Its Analysis technique with linear regression analysis. Test of quality data (validity and reliability) and test classic assumption is conduct to ascertain goodness-offt model regresi.Result of data analysts show that third variable (usefulness of product, excellence of product and promotion) hax'e positive influence and signifikan to level successfulness of product of Telkomjlexi, either through and also parsial of simultan. Variable sequence pursuant to strength of its influence is excellence of product (strongest) later then promotion and usefulness of product Keyword : usefulness  of product, excellence of product, storey;level and promotion successfulness of new product.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to analyse influence of work characteristic which consist of skilled variation, work autonomy and duty identity to job satisfaction its research object is merchant of chicken noodles in Tahunan Jepara. Population this research is all merchant of chicken noodles counted 134 people, while amount of taken sampet counted 100 one taken wnh random sampling techniques. Data type used is primary and secondary data, collected with documentation and questioner. Technique analyse multiple regression used to test influence of independent variable (skilled variation, work autonomy and duty identity) to dependent variable (fob satisfaction). Before examination of hypothesis conducted, require to test the quality of data (validity and reliability) and classic assumption to ascertain to goodness-of-Jit regression model.Result of research show that data are valid and reliable, regression model are normal, not heteroskedastisy and not multikolinierifas. Pursuant to hypothesis test can be concluded that skilled variation do not haw an effect on to job satisfaction, while work autonomy and duty identity have an effect on positive and significant Keyword: work characteristic, skilled variation [of],  work autonomy duty identity, job satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the intervening effects of Participation on the relationship between procedural justice and managerial performance Continuing research by Lou CM and Lim EW (2002), as for becoming object from this research is manufacturing business which located in Center of Java Indonesia.This research represent the empirical test which used convmience sampling technics in data collection. Data were collected using a sttrwy of 55 managers production, human resources, Finance and marketing from manufacturing organizations in Center of Java, Indonesia. Data analysis uses Path Analysis with the program SPss,.Result of hypothesis Examination indicate that three hypothesis are accepted. Hypothesis I (there are significance injluence between Procedural Justice to Budget Participation ). hypothesis 2 (there are significance injluence between Budget Participation to Managerial Performance). And hypothesis 3 (there are signtfwanc indirect influence between Procedural Justice to Performance Measurement through budget participation). Keywords: Procedural Justice, Budget Participation and Managerial Performanc.
