Abstract

Objective: The study is to analyze the role of the government, entrepreneurial orientation and partnership on marketing performance in the Jepara furniture industry. The objects of the research are furniture export companies in Jepara. Research Design & Methods: The sample was 100 respondents and the sampling technique was the simple random sampling technique. The data analysis uses the PLS technique. Findings: The testing results using PLS illustrates that partnership on marketing performance shows the t value of 0.045974; entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance shows the t value of 1.747034; while the role of the government on marketing performance shows the t value of 2.985408. The test results were compared using t tables of 1.66023. The results showed that the role of the government had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance seen from t value > t table. Entrepreneurial orientation also had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance obtained from t value > t table. However, the partnership had no significant effect on marketing performance since t value < t table. Implications & Recommendations: This study recommends that companies need to pay attention to entrepreneurial orientation and government policies because these two factors are significant determinants of company marketing performance. Increasing partnerships is also important to develop company progress. Contribution & Value Added: This research adds the theoretical contributions to marketing management. Practically, the results of this research can be utilized by furniture export companies to increase overseas sales.

Abstract

Objective: The growing number of social media users makes many companies want to get subscribers through their social media activities. There are several choices of strategies that can be done by the company to be able to take the huge market. Research Design & Methods: This study compares the effect of advertising activity on social media and user group development that has a strong tie to intention to buy. Findings: This research found that the social media advertisements has a better impact to intention to buy compared to social ties. Implications & Recommendations: This study was conducted on social media users on land Transportation Company that already has a group in social media, Facebook, and does advertising activities on it. Contribution & Value Added: The results of this study provide theoretical implications in the verification of the previous research results and managerial implications that can help the company in conducting marketing activities through social media.

Abstract

AbstractFinances sector, foremost banking industries have important role for economyactivities. Its role as Financial Intermediary connecting (lenders) or surplus unit to(borrower) or deficit unit in economy. The unit mentioned is an investor in one side andan entrepreneurs in other side.Bank technique efficiency can be measured by counting ratio between bankingoutput and input. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) will count bank which use input?n? to produce different output ??m?.The result of technique efficiency research BPR in Ex Karesidenan Pati usingdata tabulation DEA-CRS Merger of BPR BKK in each Kabupaten is hoped to increaseefficiency rate in each BPR in Kabupaten Ex Karesidenan Pati. By merger, efficiencyvalue will increase if compared with BPR before they mergered.Keywords: Data envelopment analysis (DEA), efficiency technique, intermediary bank AbstraksiSektor keuangan, terutama industri perbankan, berperan sangat penting bagiaktivitas perekonomian. Peranannya sebagai Financial Intermediary menghubungkanantara unit surplus (lenders) kepada peminjam (borrower) atau unit defisist dalamperekonomian. Unit tersebut adalah investor di satu pihak dan wirausahawan di lainpihak.Efisiensi teknis bank diukur dengan menghitung rasio antara output dan input perbankan. Abstract

AbstractTelevision is one of effective means and potential to provide information to the public. The ads aired on television becomes attractive alternative for a wide reach and there is an element of entertainment. This supports the emergence of consumer willingness to try the product, which can lead to the consumer in making a purchase decision. Product are examined close up toothpaste. The results showed that there is positive and significant correlation between television advertising and product attributes on purchase decisions toothpaste close up.Keywords: advertising, attributes and purchasing decisionsAbstrakTelevisi merupakan salah satu sarana yang efektif dan potensial untuk memberi informasi pada masyarakat luas. Iklan yang ditayangkan melalui media televisi menjadi alternatif pilihan menarik karena jangkauan yang luas dan adanya unsur hiburan. Hal ini mendukung timbulnya keinginan mencoba produk dari konsumen, sehingga dapat mengarah pada keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Produk yang diteliti adalah pasta gigi close up. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara iklan media televisi dan atribut produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pasta gigi close up.Kata kunci: iklan, atribut dan keputusan pembelian

Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to test influence of usefulness of product, excellence of product and promotion to level successfulness of product of telkomjlexi with research location in Jepara and period of research executed in the year 2004 2005. Population at this research is] customer of telkomjlexi (Jlexi trendy and classy). Sampling technique use approach of non-probability sampling, that is accidental sampling, while amount of taken sampel counted 97 responder Data type is primary and sekunder data and collected with documentation and kuesioner Its Analysis technique with linear regression analysis. Test of quality data (validity and reliability) and test classic assumption is conduct to ascertain goodness-offt model regresi.Result of data analysts show that third variable (usefulness of product, excellence of product and promotion) hax'e positive influence and signifikan to level successfulness of product of Telkomjlexi, either through and also parsial of simultan. Variable sequence pursuant to strength of its influence is excellence of product (strongest) later then promotion and usefulness of product Keyword : usefulness  of product, excellence of product, storey;level and promotion successfulness of new product.

Abstract

AbstractEconomic globalization dan free trade liberalization are signified by hard competition that pushing the companies to increase their productivity and product quality result, that is why we need to analize business management especially marketing strategic,SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threath Analysis) analysis tools are consist of SAP (Strategy Advantage Profile) analysis and ETOP (Enviromental Threat Opportunity Profile) analysis, are used to know the company market position in the competition with the same type of companies. And they are used to see what is the exact stategy to stay exist eventhough there are many changes in the external environment.SAP analysis to Lihardo warnet is placed in secure competition position (Favourable) and ETOP analysis shows that Lihardo warnet Jepara including Speculative Bussines. Combination of those two matrixs in SWOT matrix shows in the investation position. It means that strategy implemented by the company in competition must be renewed, to overcome that condition, the company needs to implement marketing strategy that mostly possible and realistic namely External Expansion Strategy. Key word; SWOT, ETOP, Strategi PemasaranAbstraksiGlobalisasi ekonomi dan liberalisasi perdagangan bebas ditandai dengan persaingan yang semakin ketat sehingga mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan suatu analisis terhadap pengelolaan usaha khususnya strategi pemasaran.Alat analisis SWOT {Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threath Analysis), yang terdiri dari analisis SAP (Strategy Advantage Profile) dan analisis ETOP (Enviromental Threat Opportunity Profile, dilakukan untuk mengetahui posisi pasar perusahaan dalam persaingan dengan perusahaan sejenis yang ada, serta bagaimana strategi yang tepat agar tetap eksis meskipun terjadi perubahan lingkungan eksternalBerdasarkan analisis SAP Warnet Kampus Jepara terletak pada posisi Persaingan Aman (Favourable) dan analisis ETOP mcmperlihatkan perusahaan Wamet Kampus Jepara termasuk dalam Usaha Spckulatif (Speculative Bussines). Kombinasi kedua matriks terscbut dalam matriks SWOT menunjukkan berada pada Posisi Investasi. Hal ini berarti strategi yang diterapkan perusahaan dalam persaingan perlu diperbaharui, untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut maka perusahaan perlu menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang paling memungkinkan dan realistis yaitu Strategi Ekspansi Eksternal.Kata kunci: SWOT, ETOP, Strategi Pemasaran

Abstract

A B S T R A C T Islam is a religion, and religion is closely linked to belief. Furthermore beliefs are emotional, and therefore need islamic and non-Muslim relations to be well regulated. The difference between rich and poor always brings chaos in society and to overcome it, the verses of the Qur'an also concern the relationship of rich and poor. The economic severity of our country over the years has led to poverty, which has swelled and increased. Swells and rising poverty are evident with the increasing number of unemployment, Unemployment is increasingly large children and adolescents out of school, homeless, low quality, violent behavior and efficacy and imperviousness. That is how it is, poverty has attracted to disbelief, low temperament and criminality that harms society. Thus, poverty is one of those social problems that can be viewed as another source of social problems.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pengelolaan unit BUMDes melalui aplikasi LK-BUMDes dilakukan pada BUMDes Amanah Jati di Desa Jambu Timur Jepara yang merupakan tindak lanjut dari pelaksanaan Training of Trainers yang dilaksanakan Sekolah BUMDes Jepara terhadap para mitra BUMDes. Program kemitraan ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya BUMDes khususnya di Kabupaten Jepara yang masih belum terbentuk dan berpredikat dasar. Untuk itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan supaya aplikasi LK-BUMDes dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengurus BUMDes dalam meningkatkan keuntungan disetiap unitnya. Metode yang digunakan melalui edukasi, training, dan pendampingan yang terdiri tiga tahap, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan, seperti: 1) pemetaan potensi dan masalah, 2) pelatihan penyusunan administrasi BUMDes, 3) pelatihan penguatan kepengurusan BUMDes, dan 4) pelatihan LK-BUMDes. Hasil pengabdian ini berisi tentang administrasi BUMDes yang lebih lengkap, penerapan job desk dan SOP pada kepengurusan BUMDes, dan penerapan aplikasi LK-BUMDes di unit-unit BUMDes. Sedangkan hasil respon mitra terhadap kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat baik.
