Abstract

The problem of education is an issue of human life throughout their life, both as individuals, social groups as well as members of society. A hope for the government and society to the generations of Hindu that schools of Hinduism can be built not only in formal education but through education in formal and non-formal as in the rise and pasraman-pasraman in every Pakraman in Bali, so the creation of a religious culture, the strong one.The phenomenon that occurs in the Hindu generation, where Hindu religious education in the learning process in schools to create a culture of religious solely to meet the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects whereas as if ignored, this happens because of the situation of globalization. Build or revitalize Hindu religious education is actually the duty of teachers and parents with instilling religious values to create a religious culture. A religious culture that is based on religion teacher jobs, selfless, is also a method for building one's values in a comprehensively manner.

Abstract

Education is very important factor in building civilization. A civilization or a country will advance rapidly when its education system give such a great contributions to the development of Human Resources. The advancement of a nation is determined by the extent of the educational institution which has succeeded in building its human being into a superior human being, in order to be a dignified world citizen. Hindu civilization greatly emphasizes the importance of education. In the history of Sanatana Dharma, education gets an enormous portion along with the building of the concept of gurukula, where teachers and sisya are live together in an educational institution. Moreover, when the West has not found an established educational system, India has built the world's earliest university Thaksashila or Taxila with a highly developed teaching system. But the progress of civilization in the past has not always been well inherited in the next era. Currently, Hindus especially in Indonesia are faced with Hindu-based education that is able to answer global challenges. Not only prosecuted to build superior human resources, but educational institutions are required to mastered technology as a global phenomenon. Hindu educational institutions were requested to be capable for becoming a modern gurukula as well as capable for realizing superior human resources.

Abstract

Geguritan as one of the traditional literature is widely used by the authors to pour the brilliant idea of character education through the medium of art language that is strung together based on the diction that is very ungrateful. Through geguritan, a person has indirectly got a character education that is able to build a good mindset, words and deeds. The development of technology and communication in this era of globalization has gradually eroded the interest of teenagers to know and learn traditional literature. Learners are more interested in the things that smelled of technology, especially social media and override traditional literature, one of which is literature geguritan. Geguritan Suddhamala as one of literature geguritan loaded with character values that can be used as guidance in improving the quality of education quality. The relevance of character education in Suddhamala geguritan is divided into three namely divinity / humanity, humanity, and environment. The entire field of character has relevance to efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes in mathematics at the State Elementary School in the material Sukasari summation of integers and the results of their study have not yet reached KKM (minimum completeness criteria) to overcome these problems, the researchers used instructional media as a tool to improve the learning outcomes of students. The research design used in this study are nonequivalent control group design. This research was conducted in two classes, experimental and control classes. Both of these classes are treated differently, grade control using conventional learning while the experimental class using the Media Chips Color. Data collection techniques used in this research is the observation and tests. To collect data in this study, the use of research instrument shaped observation sheets and test questions. Based on the analysis of data there are significant differences between the results of the pretest and posttest experimental class and there are differences in learning outcomes between the control group and the experimental group after treatment so that there are significant media use colored tile to the study of students in mathematics in elementary school then the hypothesis can be accepted.
