Abstract

Request a strategic economic activity, the greater the demand for goods and services by market participants (domestic, foreign governments and the private sector), the economy of a region to be large and growing. Demand curve that describes the behavior of consumers in accordance with the law of demand is derived in many ways, an important one is the Marshallian approach. Through this approach the satisfaction (utility) the consumer is maximized with a certain budget, resulting in the demand functions and graphs are often studied in microeconomics and used in the analysis of the demand for goods and services until now Keyword: Marshallian, utility, budget dan maksimum

Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess and determine the cause dependence Indonesia tehadap beef imported from abroad, especially Australia and the state mafia beef imports that occur from year to year as if Indonesia can not be separated from its dependency on imports. Currently, Indonesia has not been able to meet the needs of domestic beef. So it still would dependency of imported meat products. Dependence is caused by demand (demand) continues to increase, is inversely proportional to the availability (supply) of beef nationally. To meet the needs of society needed policies that support the implementation of food self-sufficiency needs, then comes the beef import policy from abroad, especially the cooperation with neighboring countries (Australia). One of the factors that cause Indonesia's dependence on imported beef is in demand (demand) of beef from the supply (supply). The increased demand caused by Indonesia's population continues to increase with the average of 2,404 hundred million, or in other words grew by 1.38 percent. In addition, the majority of Indonesia's population, or as many as 207 176 162 inhabitants (87.18 per cent) of whom are adherents of Islam and the largest in the World. Which is where most eating beef, especially at the time of religious celebrations, such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Mafia beef imports is caused by: (1) Mental businessmen, bureaucrats and people who do not boast, (2) trade system persapian less efficient and effective as well as supervision of the less maksaimal and (3) The management system of import that have not been integrated between the with other parties. As for the hope of the future, among others: (1) Improving the mental businessmen, bureaucrats and society. (2) To encourage businesses to become cattle ranchers large scale in the form of PT, CV, SMEs, Firm and Cooperatives (3) Tightening oversight against the rules that apply for example, farmers may not sell cows that are still productive (regeneration) (4) Promotion of cattle farms in Indonesia in accordance with a tropical climate and land area in the hope of Indonesia may be the exporter of beef to other countries, (5) Mapping of cattle and the need for beef, (6) Implement integrated farming practices in order to achieve national self-sufficiency in meat.. Keyword: Availability Beef, Mafia Import and Self-sufficiency National Meat

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how much the quality service effects the customers decision in choosing service company and credit funding at PT Finansia Multi Finance Samarinda. The Population of this Research is all of the customers men and women who attain the age of more than 18 years old and ever bought motorcycle by credit at PT Finansia Multi Finance Samarinda as many as 150 samples.  The analysis method of this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method and the result of the research, three is the influence of quality service tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurances and empathy partially and simultaneously to customers decision in choosing service Company and credit. Keywords:  The quality of service, Costumers decision in choosing.

Abstract

Plans for utilization of timber in plantations covering 3,457 ha by  PT. Jaya Bumi Paser in Kutai regency of East Kalimantan province besides a positive impact also negatively impact the socio-economic and cultural conditions of the surrounding community. From the result of the research has been known that the average household income per capita per year is good enough or are not classified as poor. Besides As with farmers, civil servants and employees of the company, they also have side jobs such as working as a builder, selling groceries and fishing. Land area in controlled an average of  2.67 hectares per household obtained from parental inheritance, opening the forest itself, and some who do not own land, because they even have a family as head of the family, but they still ride in the elderly. The type and non-formal economic activity in general is quite varied, such as shops, kiosks groceries, cooperatives, coffee shops, and lodging. Economic infrastructure is sufficient. They use motorcycle for land transportation, or  motorboat for water transportation. The access to central city is easy to reach. Keyword: Social economic; cultural

Abstract
