Abstract

This study aimed to analyze factors - factors that affect the level of employee discipline, in this study the research object is a common part and the protocol secretariat east Kutai district, the variables of this research is concern leadership, compensation, exemplary leadership, supervisory leadership, rules sure, leadership and courage while the dependent variable is work discipline. The population in this study were employees registered and placed on the public and the protocol in east Kutai district secretariat that the total amounted to 87 people, an analysis tool used is multiple regression, the results of the test results of data analysis showed that of the entire independent variables use, have a positive influence on employee discipline, while for the attention of the leadership becoming more dominant variable of six existing variables by obtaining a value of 0.199 (19.9%) and t value of 2.438. Keywords: Disciplinary, Compensation, Exemplary leadership

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio ROE, dan BOPO terhadap harga saham perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan bank dan profil perusahaan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data secara dokumentasi dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu analisis SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari uji analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel independen yang terdiri atas ROE (X1), dan BOPO (X2) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yakni harga saham perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of Career Development and Compensation on Employee Performance PT Office. Rea Kaltim Samarinda Branch. The collection of research data using saturated sample. The sample used in this research that the entire population of 70 respondents employees of PT. Rea Kaltim samarinda branch. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS as an instrument to calculate the data. The results showed that there is significant influence between career development on employee performance. Abstract

This research aim to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work engagement toward nurse’s job satisfaction of Santo Gabriel Pavilion, Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda. To collected the data in this research, researcher uses cencus methods. The sample which used in this research was 42 respondents of nurse who has been worked in Dirgahayu Hospital samarinda at least two years. This researched used multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS as an instrument to calculate the data. The result showed that there was a positive and significant effect between transformational leadership toward nurse’s job satisfaction. And there was also a positive and significant effect between work engagement toward nurse’s job satisfaction.Keywords: transformational leadership, work engagement, job satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menemukan pengaruh dari Customer Value dan Customer Experience terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada Restoran Pizza Hut di Kota Samarinda dengan menggunakan beberapa variabel yang mempengaruhi Customer Satisfaction yaitu Customer Value dan Customer Experience dari Restoran Pizza Hut sebagai variabel bebas (independen). Hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Customer Value dan Customer Experience memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction Restoran Pizza Hut di Kota Samarinda.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kapabilitas pemasaran dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Survey dilakukan pada 47 Toko/Furniture di Samarinda yang menjual produk dari Meubel Jati Jepara di Samarinda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada produk Muebel Jati Jepara Samarinda dengan nilai signifikan kapabilitas pemasaran (X1) adalah 0,015 0,05. Orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan nilai signifikan orientasi kewirausahaan (X2) 0,000 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how much the quality service effects the customers decision in choosing service company and credit funding at PT Finansia Multi Finance Samarinda. The Population of this Research is all of the customers men and women who attain the age of more than 18 years old and ever bought motorcycle by credit at PT Finansia Multi Finance Samarinda as many as 150 samples.  The analysis method of this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method and the result of the research, three is the influence of quality service tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurances and empathy partially and simultaneously to customers decision in choosing service Company and credit. Keywords:  The quality of service, Costumers decision in choosing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh country of origin dan kesadaran halal serta harga terhadap minat beli konsumen. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 orang konsumen yang mengkunjungi Running Korean Street Food Samarinda. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalag Partial Least Square dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa country of origin dan kesadaran halal serta harga mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli.
