Abstract

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, kinerja tenaga administrasi sekolah dan pemanfaatan SIM sekolah terhadap kualitas layanan akademik pada SMAN terakreditasi di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini  menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan populasi 130 SMA Negeri di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dan sampel 47 unit sekolah yang terakreditasi dan responden 1194 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga administrasi dan siswa. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan: 1) Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan layanan akademik dirasakan cukup. 2) Kinerja tenaga administrasi sekolah dan pemanfaatan SIM sekolah dirasakan rendah. 3) Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan akademik. 4) Kinerja tenaga administrasi sekolah dan Pemanfaatan SIM Sekolah masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap layanan akademik. (5) Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, kinerja tenaga administrasi sekolah, dan pemanfaatan SIM sekolah secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan akademik pada SMA Negeri di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Rekomendasi kepada kepala sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan pada tingkat daerah dan provinsi untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan teknis dan kerampilan berkomunikasi tenaga administrasi dalam menunjang pekerjaannya disekolah. Kepada tenaga administrasi sekolah agar lebih terbuka terhadap inovasi-inovasi terbaru mengenai teknologi informasi.  Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan Akademik, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah, Sisem Informasi Manajemen.      AbstractProblems in this study the influence of transformational leadership principals, school administration staff performance and utilization of school SIM on the quality of academic services at SMAN accredited in the province of Central Kalimantan. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method with a population of 130 high schools in Central Kalimantan province and samples of 47 units accredited school and in 1194 the respondents consisting of principals, teachers, administrators and students. This research data collection using the questionnaire. Based on the research results can be concluded: 1) Transformational leadership principals and academic service felt quite. 2) Performance of administrative staff of the school and school SIM perceived low utilization. 3) Transformational leadership principals do not significantly affect the quality of academic services. 4) Performance and Utilization school administrative personnel SIM School each have a significant impact on academic services. (5) Transformational leadership principals, school administrative personnel performance, and utilization of school SIM simultaneously have a significant influence on the quality of academic services at high schools in Central Kalimantan province. Recommendations to principals and policy makers at local and provincial level to facilitate the development of technical skills and communicate kerampilan administrative personnel to support its work in schools. Abstract

AbstrakSekolah penyelenggara proses pendidikan di Indonesia, memiliki tujuan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa sehingga mampu berdaya saing dalam era globalisasi. kenyataannya masih ada sekolah belum melaksanakan fungsi sekolah secara optimal. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui gambaran empirik kepemimpinan visioner, kinerja guru, efektivitas sekolah dan pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap efektivitas sekolah di sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Astana Anyar kota Bandung. Penelitian dilakuan di Sekolah Dasar sekecamatan Astana Anyar Kota Bandung, dengan responden kepala sekolah dan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan instrumen berupa angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis korelasi, regresi  dan menguji setiap hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan. Kesimpulan penelitian menemukan gambaran kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah  berada pada kategori  tinggi, Kinerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi, dan efektivitas sekolah berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan sedang terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Berdasarkan temuan, maka penulis merekomendasikan pihak-pihak terkait penyelenggara satuan pendidikan untuk melakukan berbagai upaya perbaikan secara preventif pada  setiap variabel. Beberapa hal yang perlu tingkatkan diantaranya peningkatan kualifikasi akademik kepala sekolah, kerja sama, peningkatan pelayanan pengajaran terhadap siswa dan penilaian terhadap prestasi belajar siswa yang menyeluruh sehingga berdampak terhadap peningkatkan mutu sekolah. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah, kinerja guru, efektivitas sekolah.      AbstractSchool organization is the organizer that organizes education process in Indonesia. The purpose is to educate our country so that it is able to compete in globalization era. However in fact there are schools which are not able to implement school function in optimum way. The main problem in this research is how the empiric description of head master visionary leadership, teacher’s job, and school effectiveness is and the effect of headmaster visionary leadership and teacher’s job toward school effectiveness at elementary school of Astana Anyar subdistrict in Bandung city. The research is conducted at elementary school of Astana Anyar subdistrict in Bandung city. The unit of analysis is school with headmaster and teacher as the respondent. This research uses the qualitative approach and the instrument used is questionnaire. Data analysis is done by using correlation and regression analysis and by testing every hypothesis which have been formulated. The conclusion of this research finds out the general description about headmaster visionary leadership which is in high category, teacher’s job is in the same category and school effectiveness is in the highest category. Headmaster visionary leadership and teacher’s job give a very significant effect toward school effectiveness. Based on the findings, the writer recommends every authority that relate to education organization to do every effort in the implementation and the development of each variables must be improved. Some of the things must be improved are the factor of headmaster academic qualification improvement, cooperation, the improvement of teaching service towards student and the evaluation of student’s achievement must be done thoroughly, so that they will effect school quality improvement and support the achievement of school effectiveness to become effective school as expected.                 Keywords: headmaster visionary leadership, teacher’s job, school effectiveness.
