Abstract

Perkembangan dunia yang begitu cepat, tidak terlepas dari kemajuan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahun yang terus memberikan inovasi dan kemudahan- kemudahan, kemajuan komunikasi dan informasi menjadi karakteristik utama perkembangan zaman.seiring dengan perkembangan zaman aktifitas dakwah mendapat tantangan tersendiri untuk ikut berkembang, jika dulu berdakwah hanya lewat mimbar, sekarang ini dakwah dapat dilakukan hanya didepan komputer atau smartphone. Dulu gaya berdakwa identik dengan serban dan kain sarung, sekarang menjadi lebih style. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui para pelaku hijrah apakah hijrah membuat mereka semakin shaleh atau hanya sekedar mengikuti gaya hidup yang semakin modren. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori sosial max weber yaitu konsep mendasar pada prilaku manusia yang subjektif, teori tersebut dijadikan sebagai kerangka pemikiran dalam melihat berbagai fenomenologi yang muncul dilapangan. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan penomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gerakan pemuda hijrah dapat memberi dampak positif terhadap generasi muda yang mengikuti komunitas- komunitas hijrah, mereka mengalami perubahan tingkahlaku yang lebih shaleh dan bergaya mengikuti kemajuan zaman namun tetap syar’i.

Abstract

This research refers to the initial survey that researchers find, that is, students who violate religious moral in schools, such as smoking at the time of lesson, steal the parking of the school, skip in the lesson hours, said rude and so on. Related to this problem, the purpose of this research is to solve this problem by embedding religious moral to students with Islamic story method. The study used qualitative methods with the research approach of Action class case study model Kurt Lewin. The instruments used are observation methods, interviews. Research informant of Madrasah (1 person), teacher (2 people), student (4 people). The data analysis techniques in this study use the Miles and Huberman models. The result of Islamic story method implementation in instilling religious moral in MIS Nurul Islam Seresam found that the moral changes of students occurring in school environment such as students often start to perform prayers at school, students begin to interact well with teachers and peers, students begin to show responsible attitude, discipline, and honest attitude. The advantages of the Islamic story method, the story can activate and awaken the students, emotionally directing the students well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal protection of women who are forced to marry according to Islamic law and human rights. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a normative legal approach, namely by analyzing the problem through data from the legal literature. The results of the research found that the marriage law in Indonesia does not recognize the right to consent, on the contrary, the law requires the consent of both parties to enter into a marriage with pleasure without coercion. This is based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights and Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974. Once the reinterpretation of the right to ijbar is considered objective because this concept is based on the form of protection and responsibility in choosing one's life partner.

Abstract

There were those who thought  the interpretation rules compiled by the scholars were binding and might be followed by other commentators, there were also those who Saw them were not binding as they were only as a work procedure for a commentator. Nevertheless the rules of interpretation compiled by the scholars remained important.

Abstract

This research is based on the assumption that the rise of homeless and beggars in the City of Alor Setar. This condition has caused disrupt the beauty and comfort of the city as a result of cancer suffered by the city and the State. For this reason, the government through the Kedah Community Virtue Position has built a transit house as a temporary stopover place for which they are then given guidance on Islamic counseling. Based on the facts above, this study answers the problem formulation, namely how to guide Islamic counseling in tackling homelessness in the City of Alor Setar by the Office of Benevolent Society of the State of Kedah, Malaysia. To answer these questions, this study uses descriptive qualitative methods.This study aims to describe the techniques of Islamic Counseling Guidance conducted by Counselor officers in counseling activities carried out by counselors from the Department of Public Virtue to the homeless in the City of Alor Setar. This research is a qualitative research, namely a type of field research field research, the nature of descriptive research, this study uses interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Interviews were conducted with counselors and midfielders who had participated in Islamic counseling activities in the City of Alor Setar Negeri Kedah Darul Aman, Malaysia. Observation was carried out Islamic counseling guidance techniques used and the process of Islamic counseling in the Office of Benevolence of the Community of Kedah Darul Aman, Malaysia. Photo documentation of Islamic counseling activities. The data source of this research is primary data and secondary data. Qualitative data analysis with deductive deduction method. From the results of this study the Islamic counseling process in the public virtue  position using three homeless people can follow the stages of counseling well so that the homeless can be firm in his faith, especially mental and mental health, can control themselves and understand what is ordered and forbidden by Allah SWT so that when the homeless people have come out to the outside community they no longer feel inferior and can also adjust to society.
