Abstract

Identifikasi suatu getaran mesin listrik merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam menentukan baik tidaknya suatu instrumen mekanik dari mesin listrik tersebut. Getaran dari mesin listrik ini dapat memberikan informasi yang penting apakah instrumen dari suatu mekaniknya berada dalam kondisi baik atau dalam kondisi rusak. Hal ini harus dilakukan analisa melalui analisa getaran dengan menggunakan sensor Piezoelektrik. Sensor Piezoelektrik merupakan salah satu alternatif sensor getaran yang memiliki kelebihan bentuk fisik yang kecil, relatif lebih murah, dan daya yang dibutuhkan kecil. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk mendeteksi sinyal getaran kerusakan bearing maka digunakan sensor Piezoelektrik HYT-3015B sebagai sensor getaran yang akan mendeteksi perbedaan sinyal getaran bearing dari dua buah mesin pompa air Dabori 108C. Satu mesin memiliki bearing yang normal sedangkan mesin yang lain memiliki bearing yang rusak. Metode analisa getaran ini menggunakan Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) yang berfungsi untuk merubah suatu sinyal dalam daerah waktu ke dalam daerah discrete frekwensi yang terpisah. Neural Network Backpropagation digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi data getaran secara on-line melalui pelatihan. Dari hasil pelatihan Neural Network diperoleh hasil kesimpulan percobaan dari dua kondisi bearing yang berbeda dari dua buah mesin Dabori 108C dengan tingkat keberhasilan yaitu kondisi bearing bagus 80% dan kondisi bearing rusak 100%.Kata kunci: identifikasik; piezoelektrik; discrete fourier transform; bearing; neural network backpropagation.

Abstract

To compete internationally, it is not enough just building a product. Today, customers have a lot of choice to choose one product. Due to this condition, manufacturers need to create a product that satisfy or exceed customers’ needs and expectation. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a unique tool that helps a company to plan and design products to meet customers’ needs. QFD is a structured method for product planning that helps a product project team to represent the customers’ needs and then evaluate how and whether the company can meet these needs. The study in this paper presents an implementation of Quality Function Deployment in product design and development phases for developing Portable Shopping Trolley. Three design concepts are built to get the best concept that fulfill customers’ needs and expectation. Abstract

Analytical determination of the distribution centers in Kampar regency is necessary to determine whether or not to increase health services in the area. The data required is the total population, area, health workers and the existing facilities and infrastructures. The search process undertaken to generate information about the distribution of health centers and better with less categories. Pengkatagorikan distribution centers, of course there are the criteria for distribution centers that have an uncertain value. Therefore, to address the criteria that have an uncertain value may use the approach to fuzzy clustering models. This clustering model is known as Fuzzy Clustering Means (FCM). Abstract

Model warna RGB merupakan model warna yang paling sering ditemui dalam pengolah citra (Image Processing/ computer graphic). Model warna ini disebut juga sebagai model warna adaptif karena mengandung 3 komponen warna dasar, yaitu warna Red, Green, dan Blue, untuk membentuk warna-warna lainnya. Dalam segmentasi citra yang merupakan salah satu area terpenting dalam image processing yang sering sekali menjadikan warna sebagai output untuk mereprsentasikan hasil segmentasi. Hal tersebut juga dilakukan pada penelitian ini yang memanfaatkan Normalized RGB Color Space untuk melakukan segmentasi sebaran lahan hijau di Kota Pekanbaru dengan memanfaatkan citra Google Earth.Warna dasar RGB yang digunakan untuk melakukan segmentasi adalah hijau yang terbukti mampu mensegementasi sebaran lahan hijau dan yang bukan lahan hijau.

Abstract

Biji catur kuda dalam papan catur memiliki pergerakan menyerupai huruf L dan juga dapat melangkah walaupun terdapat bidak/pion di depannya. Biji catur ini merupakan salah satu biji yang sangat sulit digerakkan dan sering juga merupakan biji yang paling berbahaya apabila tidak diperhatikan secara seksama setiap pergerakannya. Simulasi dari permasalahan ini menyediakan sebuah papan catur berukuran 8 x 8. Sasaran (goal) dari permasalahan ini adalah menggerakkan sebuah biji kuda dari suatu posisi tertentu pada papan catur ke posisi tujuan yang diinginkan dengan mensimulasikan semua solusi pergerakan terpendek yang mungkin untuk menuju ke posisi tujuan tersebut. Penyelesaian permasalahan ini dapat menggunakan bantuan sistem produksi dan menggunakan metode pencarian melebar pertama (Breadth First Search). Aplikasi mensimulasikan semua gerakan dari semua solusi yang ditemukan, sehingga memberikan gambaran yang cukup jelas atas solusi-solusi yang dihasilkanKata Kunci: Catur, Simulasi, BFS

Abstract

Telecommunications Infrastructure is a very important for PT. Telkom Indonesia, because asTelecommunications company, Telkom’s services and products can not be separated from the use of theTelecommunications Infrastructure. Besides it is important for the company, Telkom’sTelecommunicationsInfrastructure often impaired the events that occurred in Indonesiasuch as natural disasters (floods,lightning, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis), the incidence of fires and other events. ThereforeTelkom'sTelecommunication Infrastructure risk management is very important to achievement of the goals of thecompany.This research examines IT risk management based on ISO 31000 with a case study Telkom'sTelecommunications Infrastructure.The research methodology used "Case Study Research: Design andMethods" consisting of 6 (six) stages of the research, that are literature review, data collection, dataanalysis, design risk management framework, risk management processing and reporting.Researchfocused on the implementation risk management processes of Telkom's Telecommunication Infrastructure.Risk identification process using the approach method of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Riskanalysis using the methods of causal analysis and the methods to be used in risk evaluation is aqualitative method of risk ranking schemes.Based on the results of risk assessment (identification, analysisand risk evaluation) will be determined the appropriate risk treatment for the problem of system failureTelkom’s Telecommunications Infrastructure.Keywords :Telecommunications Infrastructure, Information Technology Risk Management, FMEA, ISO31000.

Abstract

This paper was discusses logistics management to help the victims of earthquake and tsunami disaster. Model development is performance based on case study in Kota Padang. Purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of operations behavioral of disaster relief logistics system after earthquake and Tsunami disaster in Padang using system dynamics simulation model. This study was build simulation model to analyze logistics relief operations of earthquake and tsunami disaster. Model development refers to the occurrence the earthquake disaster in Padang on September 30, 2009. Verification and validation of the proposed model is applying six scenarios. Limitation of funds in disaster relief operations was always deriving conflict of interest between infrastructure and commodities procurement. The simulation results were show that the allocation of disaster relief funds will reach the best effectiveness when government was allocated the relief budget to procure the commodities. The damage level that caused by earthquake or tsunami did not show a significant influence in achieving the best effectiveness in relief logistics operations.Keywords: disaster logistics, simulation, system dynamics

Abstract

Expiration date is very important role in determining the quality of goods in containers that are usually sold in supermarkbkets. That items have passed the expiration date if it is used will give a negative effect on the body. But,the Expired date often forgotten, so much stuff that has passed the expiry date is still on the market. So, by using this application is expected to reduce the circulation of goods that have passed expiration dates because this application have alarm which will run 1 month before expired date of the items.This is semi client-server application,where data is retrieved from the server and the entered back into the SQLite database at the client side. This application runs on Android phones as the client and PHP as the server. Client get reported items and distributors data, alarm from items which will expired, stoks charts and can get supplier’s address from maps.This application runs on Android phones as the client and PHP as the server. All of inputting and editing data is located on the server side.
