Abstract

Tidak dapat ditutupi oleh siapapun bahwa fenomena modernitas yang belakangan terjadi ternyata berbarengan dengan munculnya fenomena kebangkitan agama-agama dunia yang pada saat yang sama juga tercium aroma konflik antar pemeluk agama. Sebuah keniscayaan bahwa dalam masyarakat yang multi agama seringkali timbul pertentangan antar pemeluk agama yang berbeda. Secara umum konflik antar pemeluk agama tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lain seperti:pelecehan terhadap agama dan pemimpin spiritual sebuah agama tertentu, perlakuan aparat yang tidak adil, kecemburuan ekonomi dan pertentangan kepentingan politik karena Untuk menciptakan kerukunan umat beragama di negara yang plural seperti Indonesa nilai-nilai toleransi menjadi hal yang amat penting. Karena substansi dari toleransi adalah mengajarkan kita semua untuk mempunai sifat lapang dada, berjiwa besar, luas pemahaman, pandai menahan diri, tidak memaksakan kehendak sendiri, memberikan kesempatan kepada orang lain untuk berpendapat sekalipun berbeda dengan pendapat kita. Kesemuanya itu dalam rangka untuk menciptakan kerukunan hidup beragama dalam masyarakat baik intern maupun ekstern

Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe the increase in the principal’s efforts in preparing the implementation plan through clinical supervision at State Primary School Pa tronage II Regional District of Klaten Kalikotes odd semester of 2014/2015 academic year. Subject and source of research data were five school principals. Methods of data collection were observation, documentation, and testing. Data analysis used a critical and compara- tive analysis. Indicators of success used the minimum 76 and a target of 100% complete- ness. Results of research and discussion suggest that the observation of the principal in the supervision of lesson preparation plan in detail can be described from previsus cycle  to cycle I, there was an increase of 60%, from cycle to cycle II, there is an increase of 80%, and from the first cycle to the second cycle previsus there is an increase of 20%, it can be concluded that the start of the second cycle to previsus cycle is significantly, and principals in the preparation of the lesson plan in detail can be described from previsus cycle to the first cycle, an increase of 60%, from previsus cycle to second cycle, an increase of 100%, and from the first cycle to the second cycle there is an increase of 40%, it can be concluded that the start of the second cycle to before cycle is significantly.

Abstract

Religious harmony, community and government is as a basic to create sustainable development in this country. Inter-religious dialogue under the program of FKUB of Indonesia can be as a modal and place of religious harmony and religious awarness where become intrinsic value of universal humanity. Furthermore, every adherent should understand their religion and also aware of religion diversity and diferencess. Abstract

Peran baru pustakawan di era masyarakat ekonomi Asean (MEA) memberikan dampak kepada para pustakawan untuk berbenah diri dengan meningkatkan kompetensi diri baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan diri, kemampuan sosial, intelektual dan bidang IT merka untuk dapat bersaing dan sejajar dengan pustakawan dari luar. Adanya persaingan tersebut diperlukan untuk menjadi pustakawan yang smart dalam berinovasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas diri mereka. Strategi yang perlu dilakukan oleh para pustakawan adalah salah satunya dengan memiliki standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan oleh Special Libraries Association (SLA) yaitu pustakawan perlu memiliki kompetensi profesional, kompetensi pribadi dan kompetensi Inti atau umum.Kata Kunci: Pustakawan, Kompetensi, MEA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the effects of Work-life balance on job satisfaction of women workers were studying, how the effects of stress work on job satisfaction women workers were studying, how the effects of role conflict on job satisfaction and how the effects of work-life balance, Job Stress, role conflict on job satisfaction women workers were studying. The samples on this research are 100 respondents. The respondents are the Women Workers were studying In Private University On West Jakarta. The methods of analyze in this research is linear regrestion. The results showed that simultaneous Work-life balance, Job Stress, and Role conflict on Job Satisfaction on Women Workers were studying In Private University on West Jakarta. Partially work-life balance, job stress, and role conflict on job satisfaction on women workers were studying In Private University on West Jakarta and variable work-life balance as a dominant variable.  Keywords: Work-life balance, Work Stress, Role Conflict and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractSome challenges MEA labor courts in Indonesia will only raise the unemployment rate itself, because it has no impact on improving the living standards of the people of Indonesia. If Indonesia is not ready, then the free flow of goods, services, investment, skilled labor and capital, seen as a threat rather than an opportunity. Another challenge is the horizontal chasm between countries with advanced economy class and are still intermediate and advanced. Vertical chasm between the liberal democratic state and still authoritarian. ASEAN Economic Community which was formed with a mission to make the economy in ASEAN for the better and be able to compete with countries - countries whose economies are more advanced than the current condition of the ASEAN countries. In addition, the realization of the ASEAN Community in which there is AEC, can make ASEAN into a more strategic position in the international arena, we expect the realization of the ASEAN economic community is able to open the eyes of all parties, so that there is a dialogue between sectors that will also be complementary among stakeholders in the State sector of the economy of ASEAN countries. Indonesia challenges ahead realize meaningful change to the lives of everyday people. This opportunity is open, if not immediately used will be left behind, because the process is also followed the motion of other countries and it continues to unfold.Keywords: SMEs, Strategy, ASEAN AbstrakBeberapa  tantangan MEA seperti  lapangan  tenaga  kerja  yang  ada  di Indonesia hanya akan menaikkan angka pengangguran itu sendiri, karena tidak berdampak pada peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat Indonesia. Bila Indonesia tidak siap, maka aliran bebas barang, jasa, investasi, tenaga kerja terampil  dan  modal,  terlihat  sebagai  ancaman  daripada  peluang.  Tantangan lainnya adalah jurang horizontal antara negara dengan kelas ekonomi maju dan yang masih menengah dan maju. Jurang vertikal antara negara yang demokratis liberal dan masih otoriter. ASEAN Economic Community  yang dibentuk dengan misi menjadikan perekonomian di ASEAN menjadi lebih baik serta mampu bersaing dengan Negara - negara yang perekonomiannya lebih maju dibandingkan dengan kondisi Negara ASEAN saat ini. Selain itu juga dengan terwujudnya ASEAN Community dimana di dalamnya terdapat AEC, dapat menjadikan posisi ASEAN menjadi lebih strategis di kancah Internasional,  kita  mengharapkan  dengan  terwujudnya  komunitas  masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN ini dapat membuka mata semua pihak, sehingga terjadi suatu dialog antar sektor yang nantinya juga saling melengkapi diantara para stakeholder  sektor  ekonomi  di  Negara  negara  ASEAN. Tantangan Indonesia kedepan mewujudkan perubahan yang berarti bagi kehidupan keseharian masyarakatnya. Abstract

Pengembangan usaha kecil sangat diperlukan untuk menjadikannya kuat, baik pengembangan yang berkaitan dengan eksternal perusahaan maupun di dalam mengelola internal perusahaan. Dilihat dari sisi internal perusahaan, pengelolaan usaha kecil masih menganggap bahwa proses akuntansi masih tidak terlalu penting untuk diterapkan. Khalayak sasaran strategis yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah warga RW 022 Kelurahan Babelan yang berjumlah 17 orang. Pemilihan sasaran tersebut adalah karena  kebanyakan mengelola usaha yang tergolong pada usaha kecil dan menengah dan masih belum mempunyai kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai standar yang ada. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini melibatkan Universitas Esa Unggul Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, dan Rukun Warga 022 Kelurahan Babelan Bekasi. Pada pelaksanaan pengabdian tentang pelatihan ini dirasakan sangat bermanfaat bagi peserta pelatihan. Koordinasi dan kerjasama yang dilakukan antara  Warga  dalam hal ini pelaksana kegiatan, sudah sangat baik. Pihak Rukun Warga  sangat menyambut kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan para warga nya melalui kerja sama dengan pihak Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Esa Unggul, terutama yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan Kata kunci : laporan keuangan, wirausaha, usaha kecil

Abstract

Lecturers' activities in addition to teaching, researching and conducting community activities, must also publish the results of research and community service in journals and proceedings. It aims to find out whether the article is read or quoted by other people. To find out if our writing is quoted by others, it takes several ID accounts that support the publication in Sinta. The more our articles are cited, the higher the university ranking will be. Currently, the Ministry of Education and Culture urges lecturers to update the ID publons, researcher ID, Orcid, and Garuda because the current version 2 sinta system will be migrated to the latest version, namely version 3. However, many lecturers do not know and do not understand how how to update existing data in Sinta. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge and willingness of lecturers to update the ID supporting publications. The method of implementing this activity uses a zoom application with a capacity of 100 participants and the material is in the form of a power point slide. The result of this community activity is the updating of supporting ID for lecturer publications and increasing the knowledge of lecturers in updating data. The conclusion of this activity is that the lecturers at Esa Unggul University have updated the ID data supporting their respective publications in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the context of migrating the Sinta system version 2 to version 3.Keywords : Updating data, data migration, university ranking

Abstract

The period from November to the end of March is the process of laying eggs to the hatching of snakes. After hatching, they will scatter in the environment to find food and survive. So it is not surprising that during that month many snakes enter residential settlements. The purpose of holding this community service activity is to provide knowledge related to the existence and ins and outs of several reptiles that live and breed in an environment close to humans. The scope of this research was conducted on teachers and students at the Sekolah Kreativitas Anak Nusantara in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. This method of implementing community service activities was carried out during the pandemic, so that this activity was not carried out face-to-face with students, but was carried out through recordings with several school teachers. The results of this recording will then be shared with online media which the students of this school participated in. This activity takes place on November 13, 2020, from 08.00 to 12.00. The result of this community service activity is the transfer of knowledge related to the ins and outs of reptiles in the environment so that it is hoped that values can be manifested in local wisdom from an early age in students and teachers of the Sekolah Kreativitas Anak Nusantara. This activity concludes that the teachers who were in the location where the video was taken of this activity could identify and handle reptiles, especially snakes that enter the settlement. However, the drawback of this activity is the lack of interaction between the material giver with students and teachers because this activity does not take place face-to-face. Keywords: Reptile introduction, reptile handling, pandemic era education Periode bulan November sampai dengan akhir Maret merupakan proses bertelur sampai dengan penetasan ular. Setelah menetas, mereka akan berpencar di lingkungan untuk mencari makan dan bertahan hidup. Jadi tidaklah mengherankan apabila pada periode bulan tersebut banyak dijumpai ular-ular yang masuk ke dalam pemukiman perumahan. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait dengan keberadaan dan seluk beluk beberapa reptile yang hidup dan berkembang biak di lingkungan yang berdekatan dengan manusia. Lingkup penelitian ini dilakukan kepada para guru dan murid di Sekolah Kreativitas Anak Nusantara yang berada di Jagakarta Jakarta Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada masa pandemi, sehingga kegiatan ini tidak dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan para siswa, melainkan dilakukan melalui rekaman dengan beberapa guru sekolah. Hasil rekaman ini kemudian akan di share ke media online yang diikuti oleh para siswa sekolah ini. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tanggal 13 November 2020, pukul 08.00 sampai dengan 12.00. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu adanya transfer pengetahuan terkait dengan seluk beluk reptile yang ada dilingkungan, sehingga diharapkan terbentuknya nilai-nilai yang terwujud dalam kearifan lokal sejak dini pada siswa maupun guru Sekolah Kreativitas Anak Nusantara tersebut. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah para guru yang berada ditempat pengambilan video kegiatan ini dapat mengidentifikasi dan menangani reptile khususnya ular yang masuk ke pemukiman. Namun, kekurangan dari kegiatan ini adalah kurangnya interaksi antara pemberi materi dengan siswa dan guru karena kegiatan ini tidak berlangsung secara tatap muka. Kata kunci: Pengenalan reptile, Penanganan reptile, edukasi era pandemi
