Abstract

Rubber processing in PT. Ricry, mechanically uses equipment and machines which potentially create noises. The noise is one of the physical factor of sound that lead to bad effect for health and safety. This research aimed to show noise contour map, to find out how long the exposure time for workers and alternative opinion of the control efforts in the production area. Data collection methodology by observation with calculation method of the equivalent noise level. Data collected from 40 measurement points at production area. Result of noise contour map showed the highest level of the noise; 83 dBA – 100 dBA, which has exceeded the Upper Level Limit (ULL) Kep-51/MEN/1999. and explanation as well as the maximum time accepted by workers has exceeded Upper Level Limit (ULL). The result of contour map showed 3 different color, where the green color at boiled machine indicates safe category (it is suggeted to use earplug that reach 25-30 dBA of noise reduction), yellow and red color at breaker machine, hammermil, creaper and cutter indicates danger category (it is suggeted to use earmuff that reach 25-40 dBA of noise reduction). Therefore, it’s important for the company to do a correction to reduce the noise exposure and noise control both administrative and personal control.Keywords: equivalent noise level, noise, noise control, noise contour map

Abstract

Peranan teknologi informasi (TI) saat ini sangat penting dalam keunggulan bersaing. TI dapat menciptakan value bagi organisasi. BOB PT. Bumi Siak Pusako-Pertamina Hulu sejak awal berdiri sudah menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai pendukung usahanya. Akan tetapi,berdasarkan pra penelitian, penerapan tersebut kurang terkelola dengan baik sebab beberapa teknologi informasi yang telah diterapkan menjadi tidak terpakai dan sia-sia karena sudah diterapkan kembali teknologi informasi yang baru. Untuk itu,perlu dilakukan suatu evaluasi terhadap pengelolaan TI agar tercipta pengelolaan TI yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi dengan baik. Dengan adanya tata kelola TI maka dapat mencapai keefektifan dan keefisienan serta dapat mengurangi risiko-risiko yang tidak diinginkan selama penerapan dan implementasi teknologi. Dalam penelitian ini model yang digunakan adalah COBIT (Control Objectivefor Information and Related Technology) versi4.1. COBIT mempunyai tujuan untuk mengendalikan TI terkait dan merupakan suatu dalam tata kelolaTI. COBIT terdiri dari 34 prosesTI yang dikelompokan dalam 4 domain. Dari penelitian ini, didapatkan kondisi kematangan (maturitas) TI di BOB PT. Bumi Siak Pusako-Pertamina Hulu secara keseluruhan dengan rincian nilai, untuk domain PO adalah 2,69, untuk domain AI adalah 3,02, untuk domain DS adalah 3,03 dan domain ME adalah 2,795.Output dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah rekomendasi untuk IT governance untuk BOB PT. Bumi Siak Pusako, yang mana rekomendasi dibatasi terhadap domain yang memiliki nilai maturitas dibawah 3 pada setiap proses control objectivenya.Kata kunci : COBIT, IT Governance, Nilai Maturitas.

Abstract

Weather forecasting is an important thing in our lives and can help us to minimize the impact it will have in the future, we need a very high accuracy in forecasting the weather conditions in the future. For that, he built a system that can predict the weather. In this study using an artificial neural network models are often used in forecasting. The method used is Backpropagation where there is a training process the data (making patterns), forecasting and output in the form of a state system of rainfall and its weight. In this study using binary sigmoid activation function (logsig) and bipolar sigmoid (tansig) using parameters epoch 1000, learning rate 0.01 and error 0.001. The data used from the city of Pekanbaru BMKG station with focus testing system for local area Pekanbaru. Output adjusted into 5 categories: bright, light rain, moderate rain, heavy rain and torrential rain by BMKG standards. An accuracy system is 96 %, where most of the failures are in the category of moderate rain and heavy rain.Keywords: Backpropagation, BMKG, Pekanbaru, Weather Forecast

Abstract

This study was carried out to the user community transport services Trans Padang which aims to determine what attributes are needed to identify the perceived service quality as well as how big the gap perceived quality of society as a passenger in order to take specific measures to improve service quality Trans Padang. The method used to analyze the level of inequality is SERVQUAL method and then the consumer voice (Voice of Customers) obtained is integrated with the Quality Function Deployment method of forming a quality home (House of Quality).From the data processing obtained 35 attributes that can identify the quality of service perceived users are divided into 5 dimensions, then of processing SERVQUAL known that there is a gap on the perceptions and expectations of respondents where each attribute has a negative value (-), so that made 13 attempts to improve service quality Trans Padang.In an effort to improve the quality of services Trans Padang, there are several proposed procurement of additional facilities which need to be held soon. Therefore, it is expected that the UPT Trans Padang and Padang City Government to synergize in order to add the necessary facilities.Keywords: House of Quality, Servqual

Abstract

The intensity of illumination on the computer laboratory for basic educational institutions such as elementary schools, must have a good quality and quantity as well as the consumption of electrical energy efficiently. If the illumination intensity of a space laboratory is not met, then it will lead to discomfort for elementary school students in carrying out the computer lab. For the quantity of lighting a computer lab space, mostly resulting from the use of lighting lamp. Excessive use of lighting for computer labs will affect the wasteful use of electric energy. To view these conditions, the research conducted by the measurement method of light intensity at the working point and by the SNI 16-7062-2004 standards. From the results of this study gained an average light intensity in the computer lab room of Elementary School no 150 of Pekanbaru for each working point of 171 lux, so that the illumination intensity is still low and according to standard measurements SNI 16-7062-2004 intensity values obtained by an average of 122 lux and it does not meet the standards. The consumption of electrical energy to meet the illumination intensity of the computer lab when using this lamp type of CFL 35W/2100 lm, the electrical energy consumption of 5.88 kWh and when using this lamp type of CFL 58W/3500 lm, the electrical energy consumption of 5.57 kWh.Keywords: Electrical Energy, Intensity Lighting,

Abstract

Karimun Regency is one of regencies in Riau Islands menggunkana Monitoring and EvaluationInformation System Development (SIMONEP). SIMONEP is used for monitoring and evaluation ofdevelopment activities originating from budget funds and state budget. Since 2010, the implementation ofthis SIMONEP has not been evaluated. To determine whether the system is still in accordance with theobjectives of the organization, the purpose of this study was to evaluate SIMONEP in aligning the vision,mission and objectives of the organization of the Information Technology (IT) is SIMONEP. The methodused is the IT Balanced Scorecard. This method is a measurement method that is developed to formulatea strategic plan to equalize the vision of the organization and the vision of the IT Division, the mission ofthe organization and the mission of the Division of IT, the company's strategic objectives with IT Divisiongoals. The success rate of implementation BAPPEDA's SIMONEP on Karimun measured by evaluatingSIMONEP using IT Balanced Scorecard. Measurements by determining the percentage of successfulimplementation of strategic objectives by using the technique of adjustment and measured usingtechniques averages then describe the results of an evaluation using a kite diagram. This evaluationresulted in the development advice on the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation InformationSystem Development (SIMONEP) to improve the quality of implementation in order to achieve specifictargets.Keywords: Adjustment, Average, Evaluation, IT Balanced Scorecard ,SIMONEP.

Abstract

Spread manifold cafe coffee shop making cafe owners competing to promote their cafe. Advertising is one of the efforts that can be done to increase the sale value, attracting consumers as well as to promote a cafe. As the development of technology, advertising began to be developed through mobile technology. Advertising is done through mobile technology is called Mobile Advertising. However, the ads that appear on the application it can annoy users. Therefore, mobile advertising application is made by the ads that appear when there is a request from the user. The application also uses location technology based services that can provide location information of a cafe. Based on the test results through questionnaires obtained an average of 88.8% of users said that the mobile application advertising-based location based service for a cafe in Pekanbaru can provide advertising and information of a cafe as well as provide information about the location of the cafe accurate than the user's position making it easier for users to perform search. Android-based application is built using Eclipse with Java programming language.Keywords: android,coffee shop, location based services, mobile advertising.

Abstract

Buah Tangan Dua Bunda is home industrial that produced typical food from west sumatera. They produced sanjai chips (cassava chips). Base on the questioner SNQ (Standard Nordic Questioner) toward 3 operators at chopper station shown that the significant muscle problems (MSDs) toward their right hand. The preliminary questioner shown that chopper toll is not good enough, especially for the safety. It can injure operators’ hand. So, in this research, the researcher try to redesign chopper tool to make the operators safety, comfort and reduce the risk of operators’ get muscle problems. The method that using to redesign are developing products, anthropometry, product/ design FMEA and REBA. Developing product method produced planning concept that suitable to the operators, such as; handle, chair (contain of second chair), and planning dimension is gotten by using measurement anthropometry. The chopper tool has width is 79,8 cm and high is 40,3cm. The handle has width is 11,2 cm and high is 57,6 cm. The handful diameter is 40,33 cm. Then chair dimension has width is 43,2 cm, length is 42,8 and high is 40,33 cm. The dimension of portable chair is 35 cm for width and high 23,3 cm. Next , prototype testing with FMEA produced the improvement priority toward the failure method with final result that has safe products and a good performance. Abstract

Zakat is the best solution in alleviating poverty. Indonesia has 11.37%. of poor people. It will be a problem in future. High poverty levels can result in increased crime rate. Zakat has the potential to help ease the burden of the poor. This time, many zakat institution have mustahiq data and it potentialy causes the data redudant. This resulted in uneven provision / distribution of alms to the poor. In this research,it makes data integration for some institution of zakat, such as BAZ (Badan Amil Zakat), Lazismu and Rumah Zakat. It analize each business processes to develop rest service as parsing the data. The result, Mustahiq data that has been integrated with each zakat institution. Abstract

The useof fuel oil and LPG gasare often constrained and often disconnected and the price is expensive.This study makesa gas stove with fuel water through electrolysis system. The process of water electrolysis to separate water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen gasby means ofan electric currentto the electrolyte (a solution of water anda catalyst NaCl) through the aluminum electrode.
