Abstract

The high competition in the coffee shop business and promising opportunities make Neira coffee shops able to adapt and develop their business. This study aims to evaluate the business strategy of the Neira coffee shop with a canvas model business approach as well as to design a new business model through five porter analysis and SWOT analysis including identification of internal and external factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with indept interview method. The results of this research show that the development of a business model in seven blocks on the canvas business model, namely the development of the customer segment is a type of professional worker or entrepreneur. In Customer Relationship, the development obtained is push notification email/ WhatsApp; Revenue Streams development is a consignment fee; Key Resources development is a customer database; Key Activity development is a continuous online promotion; Key Partnership development is namely partnering with bakery shops; and development on the Cost Structure is the cost of developing innovation

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to minimize the Customs dwelling time process on imported goods that are exposed to the red lane. This study discusses the length of the dwelling time process on goods affected by the red lane of PT. Wilmar Group which results in company losses. Where dwelling time on imported goods exposed to the red lane takes 12 days. The author limits the scope only by discussing the length of the dwelling time process of goods affected by red lines and costs caused by long dwelling time. The analytical tool used is ASLBAL on LINGO. The ASLBAL method as one method of improving the dwelling time container time to provide the best solution in the dwelling time process at Customs. The results of the analysis show that the actual duration of the dwelling time process is 12 days, after the experimental model 2 has been carried out with a long dwelling time of 5 days, an acceleration of 7 days or around 58.3% of the actual conditions and efficiency is 42, 80% or Rp. 9,837,410, with a time and cost efficiency of 43.19% compared to the actual experimental model and experimental model 1, the dwelling time time cannot be reduced to less than 4 days given the length of the custom clearance process in Tanjung Priok port, Jakarta.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisasi proses dwelling time Bea Cukai pada barang import yang terkena jalur merah.. Penelitian ini membahas lamanya proses dwelling time pada barang yang terkena jalur merah PT. Wilmar Group yang mengakibatkan kerugian perusahaan. Dimana dwelling time pada barang import yang terkena jalur merah memakan waktu 12 Hari. Penulis membatasi ruang lingkup hanya dengan membahas lamanya proses dwelling time barang yang terkena jalur merah dan biaya yang disebabkan oleh dwelling time yang lama. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah ASLBAL pada LINGO. Metode ASLBAL sebagai salah satu metode perbaikan waktu dwelling time container agar memberikan solusi terbaik dalam proses dwelling time pada Bea Cukai. Hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa lama proses dwelling time actual yaitu 12 Hari, setelah dilakukan model percobaan 2 dengan lama waktu dwelling time yaitu 5 Hari, terjadi percepatan sebesar 7 Hari atau sekitar 58,3%dari kondisi actual dan dari segi biaya terjadi efesiensi sebanyak 42,80% atau sebesar Rp.9,837,410, dengan efisiensi waktu dan biaya sebesar 43,19% dibandingkan dengan model percobaan actual dan model percobaan 1, waktu dwelling time tersebut tidak bisa dikurangi kurang dari 4 Hari mengingat panjangnya proses custom clearance di pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta.
