Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Its Implications on the Customer Loyalty of PT. XYZ This type of research used in this study is Causal Research Type. The population in this study were all patients who had visited and had received health services at PT. XYZ in 2018 as many as 43,476 people. Determination of the number of samples using the formula Slovin so as to get 100 respondents. The analysis method used is the regression analysis test through SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that (1) Price has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Patient Satisfaction, (3) Price influences positive and significant impact on Patient Loyalty, (4) Service Quality has positive and significant impact on Patient Loyalty, (5) Patient Satisfaction has positive and significant impact on Patient Loyalty, and (6) There is a positive indirect effect between Price and Quality of Service on loyalty through patient satisfaction, meaning through patient satisfaction can increase patient loyalty.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the world of capital markets, especially in LQ45. The company's share price globally, the Indonesian state, also experienced an unprecedented decline. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on LQ45 shares by comparing the average price of LQ45 shares before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study uses IBM SPSS Version 22 with a different pair-sample test model (compare means paired sample t-test). The results of this study indicate that the decline in stock prices in LQ45 shares before and after the COVID-19 pandemic reached Rp1,234.76.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and how the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes on financial management behavior in coffee shop business actors in Tangerang City. The research design used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and obtained a sample of 31 respondents. In this study, researchers used descriptive data analysis techniques, regression tests and different t-tests with the help of the PLS software program. The results of data analysis and the results of the hypotheses in this study were tested with SmartPLS 3.0 and The results of this study are Financial Knowledge, and Financial Attitudes have no significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of Coffee Shop Businesses in Tangerang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which stock valuation model is the most appropriate and to find the intrinsic value of the stock prices of companies affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, one way to calculate the intrinsic value of shares is using fundamental analysis with the Price to Book Value (PBV) and Dividend Discount methods. Models (DDM). The sample for this study was 28 companies from 11 sectoral indices affected by the covid-19 pandemic in the third quarter of 2021. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data. The analysis tool uses SPSS 25 software. The results of the research on making investment decisions are the most appropriate to buy stocks that are undervalued (cheap). An accurate stock valuation model is the Dividend Discounted Model (DDM) based on Paired samples T-Test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between service quality, product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and its implications for consumer loyalty at PT. Sharp Electronics Indonesia (study case in Karawang’ s Sharp Direct Service Station). The research method used was a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 182 respondents who had purchased 32 inch Sharp television LCD products residing in the Karawang’ s Sharp Direct Service Station area and recorded in the Sharp Customer Care Center database. The tool used to analyze data is the Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) program ver.22. The result in this study are (1) Service Quality has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (2) Product Quality has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (3) Brand Image has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (4) ) Service Quality has positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, (5) Product Quality has positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, (6) Brand Image has positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, (7) Customer Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Sharp Electronics Indonesia especially at Sharp Direct Service Station (SDSS) Karawang. Positive correlation coefficient with a strong level of interpretation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of equity mutual funds in Indonesia by observing their asset allocation policy, stock selection, and risk level. This research uses pooled data, the data choosing with purposive sampling. Data availability at: www.portalreksadana.com, www.bi.go.id,www.lps.go.id, and www.finance.yahoo.com. The sample consists of 63 items of equity mutual funds since January 2017 until December 2019. The hypothesis of this research are examined using the multiple regression. The result of this research shows that equity mutual funds performance is affected by asset allocation policy, stock selection, and risk level. It indicates that mutual funds performance is determined by those activities of investment managers and market return conditions

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus pandemic has had a major impact on Indonesia, including on the economy, exchange rates and stock prices. On March 2, 2020, the first Covid-19 case was announced in Indonesia by President Ir. Joko Widodo. This study aims to analyze stock prices of Transportation Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after Covid-19. In this study, the data used is the average share price of 41 transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 31 days before and 31 days after the announcement of the first case of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The data was processed using the Wilcoxon Test, through the use of SPSS version 25. The results of data processing showed that there was a significant difference in stock prices before and before the announcement of the first Covid-19 case. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Where the price is lower than before the first case of Covid-19 was announce.

Abstract

This research examines the semi-strong form of the market efficiency hypothesis in the context of dividend announcements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), specifically good news in the form of an increase in dividend value over the previous year and bad news in the form of a decrease in dividend value over the previous year. This research aimed to see how dividend announcements affect stock prices and how efficient the market reaction is. The samples used in this study are the companies listed on the mainboard with a cash dividend payment policy once a year and consistently distribute dividends in a row in 2020 and 2021. The observation method used in this study is non-participatory. The return anomaly of up to 59 sample companies was used, with a 21-day observation period. One statistically significant event occurred when dividend announcements increased, and three statistically significant events occurred when dividend announcements dropped, according to the data processing results by t-test. It demonstrates that the market is efficient and supports the market efficiency hypothesis in its semi-strong form.

Abstract

AbstractThis study analyzes the performance of the Kompas 100 stock before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia in the period 2019 – 2020. This study uses stock price data for 40 companies listed in the Kompas 100 stock group on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 25 with a paired sample difference test model (compare means paired samples t test). This study found that there were differences in the situation before and after the COVID-19 pandemic on the volatility of the Kompas 100 stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In general, there has been a decline in the share price of Kompas 100 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which reached -12.46% after the pandemic in 2020 compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic situation in 2019.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, herding bias and income on investment decisions. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. Purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to a predetermined sample via google form. The data analysis technique used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with Smart PLS3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Financial literacy has an influence on investment decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.294; (2) Income has a significant influence on investment decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.412. (3) herding bias does not have a significant effect on investment decisions with a path coefficient value of 0.150.
