This research aims to determine the implementation of regional properties management according to The Government Rule Number 27 in 2014 and find out what causes the problems of management of regional property in Meranti Islands Regency. This reserch is qualitative research using the Soft System Methodology approach, which explores real life with a limited system through collecting data in the form of interviews with twelve participants, observing and from documents or report.The results of the study show that Meranti Islands Regency does not implement the Government Rule Number 27 in 2014 thoroughly yet, and the problem is because The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is not done and renewed yet in accordance with The Government Rule Number 27 in 2014. Beside that, the results of this study also show that there is weakness and deficiency on the human resources and not yet obedient towards the valid rules.In order to overcome the problems, this research recommends to The Government of Meranti Islands Regency to arrange Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in line with the law and in the case of managing regional properties, give education, and training, to the human resources involved in the management of regional properties and conducting activities related to the management of regional properties in accordance with law and regulations.

The massive effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and continuous technological innovations are not the only ones that change people’s lives; the world is now experiencing the emergence of FinTech. FinTech is technology-based financial services that allow financial transactions to be made easily, anywhere and anytime. FinTech has given MSMEs advantages, from capital financing to easy transaction processes to boost MSMEs’ growth. This research aims to see how adoption of FinTech and financial literacy affect the development of Indonesia’s MSMEs. Data were using online questionnaires while samples were selected using convenience sampling technique with 125 business owners participating in this research. Data were then analyzed using OLS regression method. Results suggest that FinTech and financial literacy have a positive and significant influence on the development of MSMEs.

The organization is a complex unit that seeks to allocate human resources in full to achieve goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, physical work environment, and work discipline on the performance of production employees at PT Widaya Inti Plasma. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with the type of explanatory research. This study uses the independent variables namely Leadership, Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline and the dependent variable namely Employee Performance. Withdrawal of samples using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The implementation of this simple random sampling is due to the very large population and the sample taken is a homogeneous population, namely employees of the production division of PT Widaya Inti Plasma. With a margin of error of 10%, it can be seen that the number of respondents set is 70 employees in the production department of PT Widaya Inti Plasma. The results of this study indicate that good leadership carried out by PT Widaya Inti Plasma can improve the performance of production employees at PT Widaya Inti Plasma. Then a comfortable and good physical work environment can improve the performance of production employees at PT Widaya Inti Plasma. As well as the better work discipline for employees, the performance of employees at PT Widaya Inti Plasma will be maximized and meet the targets that have been set.

This study aims to determine the effect of content sensory attribute beliefs, packaging and branding attribute beliefs, content functional attribute beliefs on utilitarian value through repurchase intention on RTD coffee products in Surabaya.The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with the quota sampling method. The sample taken was 130 respondents who were consumers of RTD products. While the tool used to retrieve and collect data is an online questionnaire via google form. The data analysis technique uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0 softwareThe results of this study indicate that the effect of ready to drink coffee product attributes on repurchase intention through utilitarian value has a significant positive effect.

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world in early 2020 forced the economic sector to adapt and innovate. One of them is by switching to using an online system. This shift can be seen in many online businesses that are growing and diversifying. So this of course changes consumer buying behavior, especially online consumer purchase intentions. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the purchase intention factors of online consumers after the Covid-19 pandemic. This test is carried out by looking at whether there is an influence between social present factors, psychological distance, trust, and engagement influencing online consumer purchase intentions and the impact of mediation by engagement.Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 170 online consumers in Batam City. The research data was processed and analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of data processing and analysis show that social presence, trust, and engagement affect online consumer purchase intentions. While psychological distance does not affect. Engagement does not have a mediating effect on these relationships

This study aims to examine the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion in Indonesia, with fintech as a mediating factor. Financial literacy plays a crucial role in enabling individuals to make informed financial decisions and effectively participate in the formal financial system. Fintech, on the other hand, has emerged as a transformative force, providing innovative financial services to previously underserved populations. This research investigates whether financial literacy positively impacts financial inclusion and whether fintech acts as a mediator in this relationship. The study utilizes a quantitative research design, employing survey data collected from a representative sample of Indonesian residents. The findings of this research will contribute to our understanding of the importance of financial literacy and fintech in promoting financial inclusion and provide insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and fintech providers.

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2008, has mandated that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or abbreviated as UMKM need to be empowered by: a) cultivating a business climate that supports the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; b) development and fostering of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. From the results of the study and analysis of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Riau Province, it can be recommended that an appropriate development model be carried out, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), namely a concern or partnership program carried out by companies with micro, small and medium business groups. In this partnership, the company will act as a foster father by providing assistance and guidance through an empowerment program. Next is the microcredit development program, is a business credit granting program aimed at a community that runs a business to increase income with the hope of achieving a better standard of living. And the next one is the cluster development model. This MSME development model is basically to form an MSME industrial center area. This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector before and during the Covid-19 period being listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method, there were 51 companies that met the criteria, and the number of samples in the study before and during the Covid-19 period was 196 data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that human capital efficiency before and during Covid-19 had a significant positive effect on financial performance, structural capital efficiency before and during Covid-19 had no effect on financial performance, and capital employed efficiency before Covid-19 had a significant effect. significantly negative and during the Covid-19 period had a significant positive effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period.

Knowledge of services for Islamic financial institutions in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau, found the results that the level of public knowledge of services and decisions to choose Islamic financial institutions in the city of Pekanbaru in the good to very good category, this is also supported by the results of the SPSS 23 test that the level of service knowledge on the decision to choose Islamic financial institutions has a positive effect and has increased. This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. The research method used is quantitative research and uses the SPSS 23 test tool. The sample size in the study was 110 customers, where the sample was taken 10 times the number of statement items on the questionnaire submitted to customers with a ratio of 1: 10 (11 x10) (Hair, et al 2014) multivariate data analysis.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence shoe brand loyalty in Batam City. The independent variables used include brand experience, brand personality, corporate social responsibility, consumer involvement, and perception mediated by brand trust. The research methodology used is quantitative research methodology. The data used is primary from the survey results using an online questionnaire. The number of samples studied was 400 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, the samples were selected based on certain considerations. Respondents who were sampled were residents of Batam City who often wore shoes. The analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study found that brand experience, corporate social responsibility, brand involvement, and perceived value have a significant and positive effect on brand trust. Brand trust plays a mediating role between the independent variables and brand loyalty. A mediating effect on brand trust was found. Brand experience, corporate social responsibility, brand involvement, and perceived value have an indirect effect on brand loyalty mediated by brand trust. Brand trust has a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty.
