Abstract

Pembangunan masyarakat di kawasan perbatasan dan pulau menjadi salah satu fokusutama pembangunan oleh pemerintah pusat. Pembangunan daerah tidak hanya di kawasan ibukota provinsi tetapi juga harus memperhatikan keadaan masyarakat di kawasan pulau. Tujuankajian ini adalah meneliti apa jenis program pembangunan yang paling dibutuhkan oleh masyarakatdi Kabupaten kepulauan Meranti yang terdiri dari tiga pulau besar dan berbatas langsung denganSelat Melaka. Data kajian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket sebanyak 1.015 respondenyang tersebar di 9 kecamatan. Data dianalisis dengan uji deskriptif menggunakan SPSS Versi 20.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembangunan yang paling diperlukan masyarakatdi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti adalah peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan (mean=1,996),peningkatan sarana dan kualitas pendidikan (mean=1,995), operasi pasar/sembako murah(mean=1,992) dan peningkatan harga hasil perkebunan;sagu, karet dan kopra (mean=1,990). Jenisprogram pembangunan yang akan dibangunkan di masyarakat bukan hanya berdasarkankeuntungan proyek bagi pihak tertentu tetapi program pembangunan yang sangat diperlukanoleh masyarakat sebagai usaha peningkatan kualitas hidup mereka.Kata kunci: program pembangunan, partisipasi masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat pulau

Abstract

The Objective of this study was to test the influence of entrepreneurial education variables, religiosity, motivation, and social environment on entrepreneurial intention of students of Islamic Universities in Riau Province. This research is a quantitative descriptive study by collecting data through distributing questionnaires, interviews, and observations.The results show that the variables of entrepreneurship education, religiosity, motivation, and social environment have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Students' business intentions can be encouraged by providing an entrepreneurial curriculum that fosters student interest and creativity in entrepreneurship. The role of religiosity is also expected to increase business intention because Islamic universities have more religious curriculum content.

Abstract

This study aims  to determine the effect of financial compensation to the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Teluk Kuantan, the influence of non-financial compensation to the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Teluk Kuantan, the influence of financial and nonfinancial compensation simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Teluk Kuantan and whether the performance difference between regular employees and contract employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Teluk Kuantan. The sample in this study amounted to 44 respondents were distributed to the employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Teluk Kuantan. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analyzes using the validity test, reliability test, test for normality, the assumption of classical test, multiple linear regression analysis and mean difference test. The results of studies using multiple linear regression analysis is financial compensation and a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Teluk Kuantan, non financial compensation and a significant positive effect on the performance  of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Teluk Kuantan, financial and nonfinancial compensation simultaneously positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Teluk Kuantan, while the test results by using the average difference is there is no performance difference between regular employees and contract employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Teluk Kuantan.

Abstract

Competence, Work Environment and Service Quality. This study aims to determineand analyze the influence of competence, work environment together and partially on the qualityof service at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences UIN Suska Riau. This type of researchis a quantitative approach with survey methods and data analysis is quantitative / statistical. Theannouncement of primary data through a questionnaire on 98 employee respondents at the Facultyof Economics and Social Sciences UIN Suska Riau as well as secondary data throughorganizational data relating to the problem under study. Data analysis method uses Multiple LinearRegression with the help of SPSS application. The results showed that together the variables ofcompetence, work environment significantly influence the service quality of employees with fcount (77.949)> f table (3.09) and the contribution coefficient of determination (R2) is 62.1%.37.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2008, has mandated that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or abbreviated as UMKM need to be empowered by: a) cultivating a business climate that supports the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; b) development and fostering of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. From the results of the study and analysis of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Riau Province, it can be recommended that an appropriate development model be carried out, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), namely a concern or partnership program carried out by companies with micro, small and medium business groups. In this partnership, the company will act as a foster father by providing assistance and guidance through an empowerment program. Next is the microcredit development program, is a business credit granting program aimed at a community that runs a business to increase income with the hope of achieving a better standard of living. And the next one is the cluster development model. This MSME development model is basically to form an MSME industrial center area. Abstract

Potensi Pulau Rupat yang besar dan letak strategis, namun nyatanya masih menghadapi masalah terkait dengan pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang belum maksimal. Salah satunya potensi di wilayah Pesisir Indonesia yang pengelolaan sumber alam hayatinya belum bisa memberikan manfaat dan menjadi komoditas penting bagi kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat. Produksi perikanan Indonesia saat ini masih di dominasi oleh perikanan tangkap. Upaya mengatasi hal tersebut, salah satu alternatif yang dipilih ialah peningkatan produksi perikanan dengan kegiatan agribisnis/budidaya laut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang diawali dengan menggali potensi dan asset yang ada dan dimiliki oleh komunitas. Dalam proses ini diawali dengan identifikasi aset yang potensial yang dimiliki oleh komunitas masyarakat nelayan di Pulau Rupat.  Tahapan menyatukan pandangan dan visi ke dengan secara kolektif. Komunitas masyarakat nelayan di Pulau Rupat bisa dan mampu bangkit dan maju secara bersama dengan memanfaatkan lahan tidur yang dimiliki. Bagaimana mewujudakan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pelayanan, pemberdayaan dan peran serta masyarakat untuk meningkatkan daya saing daerah. Proses dimana dilakukan Studi Kelayakan Investasi baik aspek finansial maupun non finansial yang dilakukan oleh tim bersama tokoh komunitas  masyarakat nelayan dan unsur pemerintahan di Pulau Rupat, Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dan dipusatkan di Desa Dungun Baru. Potensi perikanan dan pertambakan di Rupat Tengah Kabupaten Bengkalis ini adalah perikanan laut dan budidaya.Proses edukasi dan sosialisai hasil Studi Kelayakan Investasi kepada seluruh komunitas masyarakat nelayan tentang Kelayakan Investasi dari aspek Finansial, Operasional dan Pemasaran.Melaksanakan kegiatan yang sudah disepakati sebagai salah satu alternatif aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat serta pemanfaatan aset dan potensi yang dimiliki.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Cyber-Link marketing model in MSMEs assistedby PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR). The analysis in this study used a quantitative descriptive method with data collectiontechniques using questionnaires and interviews with MSME actors. The population of this study are MSMEs assisted byPT Pertamina Hulu Rokan who are members of the Riau Cyber Community of Regional Featured Products (KaRiCePU)with a total sample of 63 MSMEs. Data analysis was carried out in four stages, namely editing, coding, tabulation, and dataanalysis. The results explained that the implementation of the Cyber-Link model succeeded in increasing product visibility,expanding market reach, and creating better interactions with consumers. However, challenges in technology adoption,including limited digital knowledge and internet access, were significant barriers. Recommendations from this studyinclude increasing digital training for MSME players and strengthening technology infrastructure to support thesustainability and growth of MSMEs in the digital era. This research is expected to provide insights for the developmentof more effective and innovative marketing strategies for MSMEs.

Abstract

This research is an associative research that aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing implementation on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. The problem in this study is the application of digital marketing and purchasing decisions made by consumers on Scarlett Whitening products. The sampling technique used Nonprobability Sampling technique. Respondents totaled 100 students who used Scarlett Whitening products at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis and used primary data sources (questionnaires). The correlation coefficient is positive and unidirectional at 0.888. The simple linear regression equation which is positive at Y = 5.829 + 1.319X and the coefficient of determination shows 0.788, which means that digital marketing affects purchasing decisions by 78.8%. The T test results show that the t value of 19.100 is greater than the t table of 1.984, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This states that digital marketing variables influence purchasing decisions.Keywords:  Digital Marketing, Purchasing Decisions, Scarlett Whitening products

Abstract

The research aims to determine the center of growth and strategic policies in developing leading sectors on Rupat Bengkalis Island, Indonesia. The research method uses a mixed-methods approach: calculations and analysis using Klassen typology, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the agricultural and fisheries sectors are the leading sectors on Rupat Island, especially Central Rupat of the Klassen typology, with an average growth rate of 0.32 and a contribution of 49%. The government's strategic policies include improving the quality of roads connecting bridges, improving infrastructure quality, and improving the welfare of farmers and fishermen.
