Abstract

Improvements to the quality of existing human resources in schools should receive more attention than the development of facilities and infrastructure. Because as written in Law No. 14 year 2005, that HRD is the most strategic factor in national education development and most decisive for the success of an educational institution. This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of human resource development management in an effort to improve the quality of education in Pesantren Al-Muslimun Sumberagung Plaosan Magetan, knowing how the role of human resource development management in improving the quality of education in Pesantren Al-Muslimun Sumberagung Plaosan Magetan, and knowing what factors which become supporters and obstacles in the implementation of human resource development management in Pesantren Al-Muslimun Sumberagung Plaosan Magetan. This research is field research with qualitative approach. The data are generated from interviews, observations, and documentation. While the steps of data analysis in this research with the process, data collection, data reduction, display data, take conclusions and verification. From the results of the research it is known that managerial and operational, the function of human resource management has been done in Pesantren al-Muslimun Sumberagung Plaosan Magetan and proved to play a very positive role. This can be seen in the process, implementation, and procedures in the stages of planning, management, employment, compensation, development and training, evaluation and dismissal. Although there are some light evaluation notes as well as a few inhibiting factors that should be solved and become the concern to be improved in the future. Keywords: Management, Resource Development, Education Quality, Improvement Efforts

Abstract

Keywords: Islamic Values, Morals guidance, Internalization The formulation of the problem in this research are, firstly, how is the implementation of internalization of Islamic values in guiding students morality through the subjects Aqeeda Akhlaq at Madrasah Aliyah Al Ikhsan Jombang? Second, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the internalization of Islamic values in guiding students’ morality through the subjects Aqeeda Akhlaq at Madrasah Aliyah Al Ikhsan Jombang? Third, how is the efforts made by teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Al Ikhsan Jombang in overcoming the obstacles of the internalization of Islamic values in guiding students morality through the subject of Aqeeda Akhlaq?Qualitative approach is used in this research. Data are collected through observation, interview and documentation. The data is analyzed using descriptive analysis which described "what is" about a variable, symptom or state.Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that, first, the implementation of the internalization of Islamic values in guiding students morality through the subjects Aqeeda Akhlaq in the madrasah was shown by the existence of religious activities that must be implemented/ obeyed by all the students in the madrasah, whether it is in the form of Mahdhoh and Ghoiru Mahdhoh. Second, the supporting factors in the implementation of internalization of Islamic values in guiding students morality through the subjects Aqeeda Akhlaq in this madrasah consists of internal and external factors that exist in the child himself. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the implementation of the internalization of Islamic religious values in guiding students morality through the subjects Aqeeda Akhlaq in this madrasah is generally a constraint that come from students who had many problems which is difficult to set up, lazy to perform the task and so on. Other factor is families relying solely on education and guidance provided by the school, and problems BP teachers who had not been able to handle the problems that were done by students. Third, in overcoming the obstacles of internalization of Islamic religious values in guiding students morality through the subjects Aqeeda Akhlaq, efforts made by principals and teachers are: (1) giving more attention to troubled children, (2) giving understanding gradually, (3) providing a fair affection among students.

Muawah (2017), “The Study of Learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Based on Contextual Teaching and Learning in MA Darul Iman Pamolaan Village Camplong Sub district Sampang Regency”. Keywords: Learning ( Islamic Religious Education), Contextual Teaching And Learning The quality of life of the nation is determined by education factor. The role of education is very important to create a smart, peaceful, and democratic life. Religious education should be used as a benchmark in shaping the character and personality of learners, and build nation's character (nation character building). So in practice, religious education (Islam) should be carried out as well as possible with mature management and directed to the continuity of human relationships with His creator, human with human (society) and human with environmant. The researcher describes the formulation of the problem from this research as follows: First How is the planning of Islamic education based on Contextual Teaching and Learning?. Second, How is the implementation of Islamic religious education based on Contextual Teaching and Learning?. Third, How is the evaluation of Islamic religious education based on Contextual Teaching and Learning?.This research used qualitative approach. Data collection used interview technique, observation and documentation. The collected data is checked for validity by source triangulation techniques and methods, data checking and peer discussions. Data are analyzed by taking steps; (1) data reduction (2) data presentation and (3) drawing conclusions.The findings of the results of research from the data analysis as follows, during the learning process of Islamic education, teacher as managerial learning has applied the principles of management planning learning Islamic religious education, implementing learning Islamic religious education and conducts evaluation of the implementation of learning Islamic education with contextual teaching and learning strategy.

Abstract

To create creative, fun learning in need of various teaching skill or teaching skill, this research problems are formulated: first, how to apply Think, Talk, Write (TTW) Learning Strategy in PAI learning at SMP Al-Islah at Central Gunung Anyar of Surabaya?; second, how to increase students' activity on learning PAI at SMP Al-Islah at Central Gunung Anyar Surabaya?           In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used observation, documentation and interview, while the data analysis used inductive, deductive and comparative method.           Based on the research results, it can be concluded: First, Think, Talk, Write Strategy applied in SMP Al-Islah at Central Gunung Anyar Surabaya by forming groups that each must be able to present the content of the verse, reading by tajwid in the verse . Each group should be active in this activity because the students' scores can be obtained from the points given by teachers during discussion and question and answer. The implementation of this strategy does not experience significant problems or constraints, Think, Talk, Write strategy has given very satisfactory results, in addition, this strategy also used several methods such as lectures, Questions and answers, etc. In the learning process; Second, using the Think, Talk, Write strategy can be said that the students' learning activity is good, because the children have fulfilled some of the liveliness indicators of learning, more enthusiastic and more excited. Keywords: Think, Talk, Write Strategy, Students’ Learning Activity, and Implementation.

Abstract

AbstractCharacter education is a process of transformation of life values to be developedin the personality of a person or student so it becomes one in the person’slife behavior. Character education is not only about teaching what is rightand what is wrong, more than that character education inculcate habits aboutgood so students become the wrong idea which one is right, and able to feelgood value so students will be able to do good things. This study is aimed toteach the characters values and analyze the obstacles and supporting factorsof the character education of students through Islamic Education learningin SMP PGRI I Bojonegoro. Qualitative research method is used in thisstudy, a research method that does not use the count (statistics) but throughdata collection, analysis and then interpretation. The qualitative descriptiveresearch attempts to describe the situation or events, does not seek or explainthe relationship but describes the situation. The research results show that thevalues taught to students of SMP PGRI 1 Bojonegoro are religious, honesty,democratic, social interest, environmental interest, discipline. The supportingfactors of the implementation of character education are the availability offacilities, and proper classroom infrastructure, good student learning interests,comfortable class atmosphere, and clean classroom. Keywords: Character Education, Islamic Education Subject

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to reveal the basis of the halaqah practice in the Pesantrenal-Islam Lamongan, the implementation of the learning and formation ofcharacter through halaqah, and the way the system may build Islamic personality.The method used in this reseach was qualitative. The results of this researchare as follows. Firstly, the halaqah practiced in the pesantren al-Islam was basedon the ideas presented by the kyais and the management as formulized inthe khiththah of the pesantren namely to have a rabbani generation with faithand sincerity, good morals, high spirituality, wide knowledge insights, healthyand strong physical condition, and readiness to make some propaganda aboutIslam. Secondly, the implementation of halaqah in Pesantren al-Islam maybe classified into two categories. (1) halaqah taklim, intended to give someinsights to the santries on the right aqidah and the correct worship. Theemployed techniques of the halaqah implementation were bandongan, soroganor the combination of the two. (2) halaqah tarbiyah, intended to build santriesto become muslims with noble morals and with some awareness and spirits ofteaching and of struggling Islam. The technique of the halaqah implementationis to give materials of tazkiyat al-nafs accompanied with ‘amaliah ibadah sunnah,and teaching and harakah materials and also guidance in reciting the HolyQur’an and in guiding the characters. Keywords: Halaqah, Character Building, Pesantren.

Abstract

The early age education in the family is very important as basic to form Moslem personality. The parents should understand and realize that education is not started when the children come in to formal institution. Really, education is given to children since they were born and did not have to give in the formal institution only. Education of early of age child in the family is the first and primary for the next child growth. Because a lot of child’s time is finished at the family with their parents. Role of the parent as educator is needed, because they have related with process, goal, and result of child education in the family.There are three problems in this research, first, how is the education of early age of children in the family according to Islam, second, how the concept to form the Moslem personality, and third, how is the urgent of education of early age of children as basic to make Moslem personality.Kind of research did by writer is library research, The steps in this research are to fix the general idea of research, to look for information to support the topic, to clear the research focus and materials organizing, to look for and to find reading material (articles, journals, references, published documents, manuscript, etc), to reorganize and making research notes, to review and to rich the reading materials, to reorganize the notes, and starting to write. The approaches that used in this research are psychological and sociological approach. Analyses method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, inductive and deductive think method.Based on the research result, so is concluded: first, that the education of early age of the children is continued on 0-7 years old, on the 0-7 years old the children experiences the important growth viewed from various point of view. Moreover, on this age the most important periods all of the human living stretches. So it is called as critical period to children growth for the next period. Education of the golden age is had to do stately by various methods that exact to the children. Second, The Moslem personality is not the instant and permanent thing, but it is a dynamic and by process that done since early age. The education of early age of the children in the family is very important to base Moslem personality. Because. Some one’s personality is formed by internal and external factors, one of them is education that is received, especially informal or family education on the early age. Third, the personality will be formed by education that the truth is habit process. The habit that has given since early age will be formed children character, and finally will be personality of the children. If since on the early age the children are educated according to Islamic laws, so the children will have the Moslem personality.
