Abstract

                Research on the relationship between the quality of service to the satisfaction of the patient in clinic post Laweyan, surakarta aims to find out the relationship between the quality of service to the satisfaction of the patient. Methods used quantitative methods associative. The analysis used pearson product moment.The results of the analysis of the data shows the five dimensions of service quality have a positive correlation with patient satisfaction Clinics Post with correlation of Tangible (Physical Ketampakan) 0,556; Reability 0.665 (reliability); Responsiveness (Responsiveness) 0.520; Assurance (Assurance) 0.665; Emphaty (Attention) 0.665 significance level where p 0.000 < 0.05.Thus it can be concluded that is  "there is a relationship between the quality of service to the satisfaction of the patient In Clinic Post Laweyan, Surakarta". Keywords: quality of service, Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pentingnya kajian administrasi kepariwisataan perlu disadari oleh pengelola wisata. Seringkali pengelola wisata mengabaikan analisis terkait jumlah kunjungan, sehingga kurang tepat dalam memetakan potensi wisata yang ada. Penelitian ini mengkaji administrasi kepariwisataan di Desa Wisata Kaki Langit yang terletak di Desa Mangunan, Kecamatan Dlingo, Kabupaten Bantul. Desa ini dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian, karena dianggap memiliki pencatatan administrasi kepariwisataan yang baik, dilihat dari terpilihnya desa ini sebagai desa wisata yang mewakili DI Yogyakarta dalam lomba desa wisata tingkat nasional tahun 2017 lalu. Riset ini memfokuskan studi kasus pada 4 (empat) destinasi wisata di desa tersebut, meliputi : Destinasi Dahromo, Seribu Batu, Bukit Panguk, dan Bukit Mojo. Kata kunci : desa wisata, administrasi keuangan, potensi

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to describe and analysis about local regulation of central java number 6 year 2013 about population control and implementation policy of family planning program in wonogiri. In case to support this analysis of implementation policy of family planning program , it basically used the theory of model implementation by Van Meter and Van Horn.This research is literally used descriptive qualitative methode. It called purposive sample and snowball technique. Whereas observing, interviewing and documentation is the part of the collection data technique.And the result of this study is generally, the family planning program in Wonogiri is good. But in the other hand, socialization and counseling are not equally handle by department of counseling field of family program. It cause the limited resources in their region. Citizents are generally had the basic socialization by doctor and nurse. Keywords: implementation, family planning, socialization.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research aimed to analyze the organizational performance of Youth, Sport, and Tourism Service (Dispora) of Wonogiri Regency, particularly in tourism division. This study was a descriptive qualitative research with case study method. Techniques of collecting data used were: (1) observation, (2) interview, and (3) documentation. To measure the performance of public organization, in this research the author employed five indicators developed by Agus Dwiyanto, et al., consisting of: (1) productivity, (2) service quality, (3) responsibility, (4) responsiveness, and (5) accountability, while the analysis model used was an interactive one developed by Mathew B, Miles, A. Michael Huberman and Johnny Saldana encompassing: (1) data collection/reflection, (2) data display, (3) data reduction, and (4) Conclusion.   Overall, the result of research was good, as indicated with the following results: (1) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from productivity aspect, was fair (sufficiently good) and had been effective; (2) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from service quality, was still low; (3) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from Responsiveness, was sufficiently good (fair); (4) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from Responsibility, had been good; and (5) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from Accountability, had been sufficiently good (fair).  Keywords: Performance, Organization, Tourism

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peluang (Opportunity) dan Ancaman (Threat), merupakan kedua indikator yang tidak terpisahkan dalam analisis SWOT. SWOT Analysis, meliputi Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat. Penelitian ini berfokus mengkaji analisis peluang dan ancaman dari Program Studi Diploma III Manajemen Administrasi Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Kajian peluang dan ancaman di program studi ini akan dikaitkan dengan peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa. Hal ini menjadi penting, dikarenakan tujuan berdirinya program tsudi ialah memperoleh output mahasiswa yang memiliki kompetensi yang baik.  Kata kunci : peluang, ancaman, Strategi, SWOT.

Abstract

AbstractResearch on the performance of the officials Secretariat DPRD Kota Surakarta, aims to describe how the performance of the officials Secretariat REGIONAL city of Surakarta. This event will be based on research by the DPRD Secretariat employee performance in carrying out the tasks and functions, which are listed on the Mayor of Surakarta Regulations No. 27c Year 2016. Research method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The collection of data in this study through observation, interview and documentation. Technical analysis data analysis techniques used are interactive.This research uses the theory of Soedarmayanti (2010) about performance measurement and use Regulations the Mayor No. 2016 year 27C about the position, Organization, duties, functions, the Device Work Area of the city of Surakarta. In the theory of performance measurement indicators is divided into 4 indicators, among others, work achievement, skills, behaviors, and cooperation. The overall Performance of the employees of the Secretariat REGIONAL city of Surakarta is already good enough. As a suggestion from the aspect of 4 need for a work placement in accordance with the educational background. Then the level of discipline or leadership officer should also be improved because an employee of the Secretariat has been implementing REGULATION (Peraturan Pemerintah) No. 53 years 2010 chapter I and chapter II of the discipline of civil servants. Need for resolute action to indisipliner actions performed repeatedly. Furthermore need enhanced sense of responsibility employees remain in working in spite of labor contracts that helped him. Keywords: Performance, Employees, The Secretariat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Karangrejo village successfully prioritizes community development and empowerment so that its successfulness process can be guidelines or can inspire other villages. This research aims to describe and to analyze the statement about the compatibility of Village Fund Implementation based on Village Minister’s Regulation (Permendes) Number 21 of 2015 about the Determination of Village Fund Use Priority,The result of analysis showed that the implementation of village fund use priority in community development and empowerment based on Permendes No.21 of 2015 has run well, but the objective expected by the community has not been achieved maximally, as indicated with the plan implemented less compatible to the community’s desire, implementation and reporting quickness level affected by resource and the relationship to other institution is established with supervisor only rather than all institution, organization establishment and job division has not been clear and executor team coordination is not inadequate as indicated with the meeting held any time the change occurs, community responds positively because it contributes effort and fund positively to community development and empowerment and executor team understand the implementation of prioritized village fund.Through community development and empowerment, this study recommends the training for human resources to be held to give them understanding on the ever changing policy to be implemented. In its implementation, Sekdes (Village Secretary) and Bendes (Village Treasurer) should understand community fund increase coming from fund income and expenditure to relieve the community’s burden in development policy implementation.   Keywords: Implementation, Development Priority, Village Fund

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The objective of research was to analyze the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (thereafter called PSTL) Program Policy based on Agrarian and Spatial Layout Minister/National Land Affairs Agency Head’s Regulation Number 12 of 2017 in Kismoyo Village, Ngemplak Sub District, Boyolali Regency in 2017. The method employed was an empirical descriptive one with qualitative approach. The research was taken place in Kismoyo Village, Ngemplak Sub District, Boyolali Regency. The informants were selected using purposive and snowball sampling methods. Techniques of collecting data used were observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity and reliability were tested using data source triangulation technique. Technique of analyzing data used in this research was an interactive model of analysis (Miles and Huberman 1992) encompassing data collection, data reduction, data display, verification/conclusion drawing. In this research, the author referred to Van Meter and Van Horn’s arguments in which there were 6 indicators affecting the successfulness of program policy implementation: basic measures and policy objectives, policy sources, inter-organization communication, executive agency characteristic, and economic, social and political condition and implementer’s predisposition.   The result of research showed that basic measure and policy objective are good as they conform to the objective of program. This program had not met yet the need of all people who want to register their land, due to limited allocation. Human resource has been good and effective as it has involved community leader and internal institution. The Local Income and Expenditure Budget resource of Boyolali Regency had not sufficed yet all beneficiaries. Communication between organizations and implementers (executors) had been established well by National Land Affairs Agency of Boyolali Regency.  The character of implementers was good, as indicated with the commitment to catering to the people well in program implementation. Economic, social and political environment of this policy is provided to people who had no land deeds, including those coming from low and high economic level. Community participation in this program was very enthusiastic and supporting. The predisposition of implementer has good commitment to helping the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. Keywords: policy implementation, land registration, community

Abstract

ABSTRAKKawasan tanpa rokok artinya tidak boleh ada kegiatan merokok, jualan dan promosi rokok dikawasan yang telah di tentukan. Kawasan tersebut meliputi : Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, Tempat proses belajar mengajar, Tempat anak bermain, Tempat beribadah, Angkutan umum, Tempat kerja, Tempat umum dan tempat lain yang ditetapkan. Rumah sakit seharusnya menjadi tempat yang sehat dan higenis, namun kenyataannya penetapan KTR masih butuh sosialisasi. Sebab masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui ketentuan terkait KTR di rumah sakit yang telah dinyatakan secara normatif melalui regulasi pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sosialisasi Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) oleh pemerintah kabupaten kulon progo di lingkungan RSUD Wates Kabupaten Kulon Progo.Berlokasi di RSUD Wates Kabupaten Kulon Progo, penelitian ini menggunakan teori sosialisasi dengan metodologi deskrip tifkualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi kawasan tanpa rokok di RSUD Wates sudah berjalan secara optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari media stiker, pamflet, baliho dan plang ternyata masyarakat lingkungan RSUD Wates Kabupaten Kulon Progo mampu meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai kawasan tanpa rokok. Masyarakat lingkungan RSUD sebagian besar sangat berapresiasi dan ikut berperan aktif dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi kawasan tanpa rokok.Kata kunci :Sosialisasi, Komunikasi massa, Komunikasi interpersonal
