Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of describing the quality of Service Passports at the Immigration Office grade 1. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that describe the State of the real in the Immigration Office grade 1 passport services in Surakarta. Quality of service is the level of conformity of desire or the demands of customers by implementing a more responsive service to achieve customer satisfaction. Data collection techniques used in this research, i.e., interview, observation and documentation. The informant is determined using a purposive sampling technique by choosing which is considered research problem in knowing, the selected informer is the Kasubsi Insarkom of the immigration and Passport service users at the Immigration Office grade 1 Surakarta is Tri Widodo, Ferry and Tiara. Data analysis techniques using interactive model. The results of this research, service passport at the Immigration Office grade 1 Surakarta already qualified. Passport services based on quality assessment indicators that have been used, namely the first tangibles (direct evidence) as seen from the existence of the facility as well as the supporting infrastructure is already good. Reliability (reliability) reliability employees already well because employees have gotten training-previous training in order to provide a maximum service. Responsiveness (responsiveness) seen from the dexterity in delivering appropriate services officer in the SOP and has the motto of the Ministry is PASTI (Professional, accountable, synergy, transparent, innovative). Assurance (assurance) gives employees the ability to foster a sense of trust towards the services provided by trying to improve the quality of service through the spread of kuisoner. Empaty is a form of caring employees in facilitating the service of the complaint via email and twitter.Keywords: quality of, public services.

This research aims to analyze the quality of service of making family card (KK) in Subdistrict Office Baturetno District Wonogori by using a theory of And (in the Lukman, 1999:8) about 10 dimensions of service quality improvement which then simplifies researchers in 7 dimensions of service quality improvement.The quality of public services according to Kotler (2000:25) service quality is the totality of characteristics of the goods and services showed its ability to satisfy the needs of customers, both of which appear to be obvious or hidden.The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. As for the data collection techniques namely direct interviews with users and service providers, and documentation. The type of data in this study using primary data and secondary data.The results of this study showed that the quality of service provided by an employee of the Office of the Subdistrict of Baturetno dimensions timeliness is in compliance, in other words services already provided in a timely manner, to the dimensions of the accuracy of the service provider parties considered has not been accurate in giving pelayanankepada the community, to the dimension of the politeness and kerahaman is in compliance even very sesua, this means that service providers are already providing service with friendly and courteous. For dimensions of responsibility, the user services already give a good response. This means that the service provider is already responsible for give a service, for ease of service of process dimension of service users felt it was appropriate. This means services provided through a process that is easily understood by the user of the service, to the dimension of comfort, service users are already comfortable with the Environment Ministry, to dimension attributes, services supporting service users felt it was appropriate to their expectations.See the results of the 7 dimensions of service quality above, then researchers may conclude that the Ministry of the family card (KK) is in compliance with the wishes of the user/community service. This means that the services provided by the Subdistrict is said to be already qualified Baturetno. Key Words: Quality, Service, Family Card.

This research studied the Effect of World Trade Organization on Investment and Trading Policy with A Case Study on the Member Countries’ Objection against Mineral and Coal Law Number 4 of 2009 using realism, international organization, international cooperation and international trading theory approaches. The data employed consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected using interview method. Secondary data was obtained from literature, article, journal and other sources relevant to the research. The conclusion of research was that Indonesia was prosecuted in WTO’s dispute settlement agency as some WTO’s member countries were objected with the Mineral and Coal Law Number 4 of 2009 considered as not consistent with WTO’s provision. However, Indonesia declined it with the reason that it could increase the added value of Mineral and Coal product for the nation welfare. It indicated that in WTO’s International Organization every member country still had opportunity of defending the national interest. This thesis aimed to discuss Human Security principle in NATO’s Humanitarian Intervention in Libya in the conflict occurring between Moammar Khadafi, and opposition group (NTC) and Libyan people. This conflict occurred due to people’s dissatisfaction with Khadafi’s dictator leadership. Some elements of human security were also broken by Khadafi’s regime. During the conflict, many people became the victim of violence and human right infringement committed by Khadafi and his proponent soldiers. UN’s Security Council released resolution no.1970 on February 26, 2011 imposing mild sanction to Khadafi. However, this resolution did not lead Khadafi to cease his action. Thus, UN’s Security Council released again the resolution no. 1973 underlying military intervention by NATO. This intervention aimed to stop infringement against human rights by Moammar Khadafi’s government against civilians. The theories employed to analyze this thesis were international organization, human security, and humanitarian intervention. This thesis was studied using a qualitative research. The type of data employed was secondary data; technique of collecting data used was library study taken from document, journal, and internet. From the result of research, it could be concluded that humanitarian intervention could be done when human right infringement occurred in a country, but it still had humanity intervention, and accompanied with national interest of NATO’s dominant member countries. ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled WTO’s National Treatment Principle (A Case Study on Trade Dispute of WTO DS477 / DS478 Indonesia – Importation of Horticultural Products, Animals and Animal Products). World Trade Organization, as an organization and an international trade regime, has any regulation in its trade agreement that is bonding to its member countries, including Indonesia. In 2014, Indonesia was involved in trade dispute with United States of America and New Zealand because Indonesian foreign trading policy governs agricultural trading particularly Horticultural Product, Animal and Animal Product import considered as adverse and breaking WTO’s National Treatment principle. This research aimed to explain the enactment of National Treatment principle justifiable or not justifiable by WTO panel during the session. The research method used was a quantitative research; technique of collecting primary data used was interview with RI’s Trading Ministry and library research on book, journal or document relevant to the study. The theories employed were International Organization, International Regime, and Trading Liberalization. The result of research showed that WTO panel, in this case, declined to enact this principle as the infringement by Indonesia; it proved that there was a difference of interpretation on national treatment principle between United States of America and New Zealand to maintain their national interest, so did Indonesia. The conclusion was that the main problem of this dispute was different interpretation on WTO agreement as the trading instrument among WTO’s member countries in protecting their national interest. ABSTRACTGrebeg Sudiro was created as new culture to unite assimilation of Javanese and Chinese ethnics existing in Surakarta. This cultural rite was held by Sudiroprajan multiethnic people to unite Javanese and Chinese Ethnics in Jebres Sub District, Surakarta City in 2007. Sudiroprajan village is called as Chinese (Pecinan) village in Surakarta. Different Javanese and Chinese traditions were combined well and merrily as two large ethnics composing Sudiroprajan community in Grebeg Sudiro helped with participation by outsiders. In this Grebeg Sudiro there were Buk Teko and Kue Keranjang particularly as the symbols that should exist every year.The method employed in this research was descriptive qualitative one with scientific research approach aiming to conceive a phenomenon in social context naturally by emphasizing on an in-depth communication interaction process between author and phenomenon studied. To complete the data, the author interviewed the informants to answer her questions. Limited book and other supporting literature, and many people not knowing or recognizing Grebeg Sudiro cultural rite were the reasons of why this research was important to conduct, thereby can be the basis of more in-depth research in the future. This research was very closely related to Communication Science, particularly Cross-culture Communication in order to realize the peaceful life in this world. Grebeg Sudiro was a connector to connect the messages from communicator (Sudiroprajan people) to communicant (Surakarta people). The message of Grebeg Sudiro was communicated by means of communication symbol such as gunungan, jodang karya seni, art carnival, annual theme. ABSTRACT Frank Jefkins says media relations is an attempt to reach publications to inform activities about his company. Media relations is shown by Favehotel Solo's public relations activities in the form of press release, press conference (press conference), and on radio talkshow (radio broadcast). The purpose of this study provides the understanding that good and interesting writing will help in the process of preparing the news by the mass media who do coverage. In addition, a personally built relationship will also help, such as the relationship between public relations practitioners and journalists. News coverage in the mass media is not just in print and online media, electronic media such as radio is also influential, when seeing most of the local community still believe the voice of broadcasters and radio stations can provide its own stimulants. This research uses qualitative descriptive. Informants are public relations, journalists / journalists, sales and marketing departments, visitors. ABSTRACTPT. GO-JEK INDONESIA is one of business entity that concentrate in business field in transportation service industry sector which focuses on Ojek online (GO-JEK) . The company was founded by Nadiem Makarim in 2011 and Go-Jek is present at Solo city on May 26th, 2016. Go-Jek presents a communications technology based on mobile internet applications, where this application is effectively used in everyday activities. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of PT application technology. Go-Jek Indonesia in Soloraya. The theory used in this research is communication technology of mobile internet application and communication effectiveness. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study use interview techniques, observation and documents. Validity of data is using data triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques performed with data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. In conclusion that application technology PT. Go-Jek Indonesia has given effectiveness and changes the consumer action patterns in the use of Go-Jek applications in everyday life. This effectiveness is seen from the effects of consumers who prefer Go-Jek than conventional services or other online transportation services.Keywords: communication technology, Go-Jek app

AbstractTwitter is able to form a diverse public opinion through the dissemination of information widely and quickly. The background of this issue is twitter as an application that many young people including students still love it until now. Twitter is a photo sharing application, status updates with digital images, and share it using hashtags. Twitter's common usage as a place to upload photos and share opinions to other users. Twitter spreading a lot of political hoax news that ca harm and even divide many parties. Political hoax news is a false preaching or deceitful attempt, outsmarting the reader or listener to believe in something, whereas the false creator of the news knows that the news is false. This research described how the political hoax news through social media of twitter affects the opinion of students of the Faculty of Communication of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.Located at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This research used the theories from William Albiq said that a number of opinions from the opinions of individuals who obtained through debate and public opinion is the result of interaction between individuals in a public. Technique of collecting data obtained by purposive sampling through interview with information, observation and documentation. The results obtained show that the political hoax news circulating in social media of twitter did not give influenced that could harm or enmity among the students. Students are looking for a reliable source of news. With the news of political hoax circulating nitizens was troubled, but no matter and no favors.Keywords: Twitter, News Hoax, Public Opinion

AbstractProgram broadcast “Siaran Kumpulan Inspirasi Sahabat” is one of the programs in RRI Pro 2 Yogyakarta, this program is usually called the program of Kisah. The “Siaran Kumpulan Inspirasi Sahabat” program is a program that aims to inspire RRI Pro 2 Yogyakarta listeners. Media radio is the main capital exposure of radio to the audience and the stimulation connected to the audience. The success of a radio station is inseparably influenced by the program broadcasted, such as the program broadcast “Siaran Kumpulan Inspirasi Sahabat” in RRI Pro 2 Yogyakarta.The problem in this research is how the production process of the program “Siaran Kumpulan Inspirasi Sahabat” in RRI Pro 2 Yogyakarta. With the purpose of research is to describe the production process of the program broadcast “Siaran Kumpulan Inspirasi Sahabat” in RRI Pro 2 Yogyakarta. “Siaran Kumpulan Inspirasi Sahabat” bring resources who will make the recording process in order to get good results. The program of “Siaran Kumpulan Inspirasi Sahabat” is broadcasted directly without presenting the speakers, the speakers present only with the recording in other words only played the recording.The theory used in this research is the Production Process of Broadcast Program by using theory from Morrisan.This research method is descriptive qualitative research type, data collecting technique using interview, observation and documentation. As for the validity of data using triangulation of data, in this study the authors use interactive data analysis technique is the analysis model that requires 3 components of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The result of the research of the production process of the “Siaran Kumpulan Inspirasi Sahabat” is known that the pre-program production of the story is the discovery of an idea inspired by Kick Andy's broadcast program on Metro TV and in pre production is also determined for the selection of resource persons. The next process is a production process where in this process there are 3 stages of the resource person will conduct a recording session of his personal story, then will enter the editing and mixing stage conducted by the team RRI Pro 2 Yogyakarta. The last process is post-production that will perform the evaluation, evaluation in the story program is done twice before and after the show story program.The conclusion of this research is the production process of broadcast program of “Siaran Kumpulan Inspirasi Sahabat” well organized, in the process of editing and mixing done carefully so as to reduce the noice and obstacle in recording process. So it becomes interesting, engaging, and improving good results for the listener.Keywords: Radio, Production Process, Program Kisah
