Abstract

ABSTRACK Located in District Karangmalang Sragen regency, this research uses the theory proposed by Blummer that is the motive of media usage is the cognitive orientation that is information needs, diversi is the need for entertainment, and raises the personal identity of the reader. Technique of collecting data obtained by purposive sampling through interview with informant, observation and document. The data validity test is obtained by triangulation of data, as well as data analysis technique using interactive modeling technique by Miles and Huberman.The need for information is a motivation that encourages the reader's loyalty and puts Daily JOGLOSEMAR as a medium to meet the needs of information and news. Daily JOGLOSEMAR also provide entertainment, it can be a means of relaxation of saturation and give pleasure to the reader. Harian JOGLOSEMAR also took part in growing the personal identity of its readers. With the articles presented, readers can obtain information to build their self-concept, world view, and views about human nature. Keywords: loyalty, motivation, reader, newspaper

Abstract

ABSTRACTThere is one of Ulama or Dai which spreading Islam by dakwah communication method as have done by Walisongo that is used art method long time ago. He is Habib Syekh bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf, who did not start his dakwah by using shalawatan art and he just get 200 jamaah/ congegation. But after he used shalawatan art, the congegations reached to fifteen thousands in his recitation of Islam.Metode Komunikasi Dakwah Habib Syekh Bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf dalam Meningkatkan Budaya Shalawatan Dikalangan Jama’ah Majlis Ahbaabul Musthofa Surakarta is a research which aimed to describe the method of dakwah communication by Habib Syekh bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf to increased shalawatan tradition in the congegation circle of jama’ah majlis Ahbaabul Musthofa Surakarta.This research using qualitative descriptive method with 8 informants, there are key informant by Habib Syekh himself, two delegation from Islam religion leader, two delegations of Ahbaabul Musthofa hadrah personel, and three delegations from Ahbaabul Musthofa congegation. This research did by interview, direct observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used interactive data analysis technique there are data collection, data reduction, data presentation then conclusion. To measure the data validity, the researcher used triangulation sources technique, it is different informants but using the same technique.The result of this research showed that dakwah communication method which used by Habib Syekh bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf to increase shalawatan tradition in congegation circle of jamaah majlis Ahbaabul Musthofa Surakarta by speech method and art. Speech method include of Nasehat, Tabsyir ( good news for prophet Muhammad), Tandzir (warning), Wasiat and Kisah. Whereas art method of Habib Syekh in his dakwah activities with shalawatan art which is reflecting shalawat in qasidah style go along with hadrah or rebana music. Speech method and art is very effective to increase shalawatan tradition in the congengation circle of jamaah majlis Ahbaabul Musthofa, indicated by changing effect in the jamaah such as cognitive effect (knowledge) that happened in the jamaah whom can infiltrated the reading of shalawat which reflect. Affective effect (attitude) which indicated by emotional side of jamaah more be controled by theirselves, and behavioral effect (action) which indicated by the congegations that participated and competed to create hadrah group.keywords :  communication, dakwah communication method, Shalawatan tradition

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The community is on one of these social media Fandom ID formed in april 2015, consists of the internet users who often keep a journal (blogging) about football that can be received and read by followers Fandom id. The main goal of peneltian to describe the management of twitter as a communication media on the community of fandom. Study of the theory used is a social media management consists of planning, activation, and surveillance as well as optimization.Methods a descriptive qualitative approach uses, the type of data used the data of the secondary data and prime. The technique of determination of the informants using purposive sampling, data collection is done with the interview and documentation. As for the data analysis technique used to use descriptive qualitative analysis.Based on the results of the analysis of the obtained conclusions that the management of Twitter as a communication medoa basically covers three things, namely planning, activation and monitoring, and optimization. The planning undertaken fandom hold meetings and evaluation every day and make a strategy of what to do to enable the target readership (traffic). Activation and subsequent supervision of fandom can accept Disclaimer and remove a twitt judged unsuitable, fandom had already ruled the football field could therefore filter which should be shared and which ones are unnecessary. Additional activation and supervision after the last optimization. optmalisasi covers all processes where Besides doing a meeting and evaluation of the fandom do editing that can be viewed from google trend of what is being discussed and many become trending on twitter at that moment. In conclusion the management of twitter as a communication medium in fandom id quite effective because its spread through twitter a very real time and easy to read at any time by the followers (follower) of fandom. Management via the medium of twitter can also invite the follower to keep active and participate to discuss what is currently crowded discussed. Abstract

Abstract: Does Organizational Communication has a significant influence on Work Motivation for Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff at SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi? This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi with the subject of Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff at SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi with the number of 40 people. The research method used in the research is quantitative research, type eksplanatif. . The result of the research is known that organizational communication yields regression coefficient 9.75 and significant level of 9.75> 3.25. For the coefficient of determination generated r2 coefficient value of 0.450. So it can be interpreted that as much as 45% can be explained by organizational communication to work motivation of teachers and employees. The remaining 55% are explained by causes outside the organizational communication variable. The conclusion of organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation and employees. Keywords : Organizational Communication, teacher, staff, motivation to work

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to provide an overview of how Harian Joglosemar framed a fact related to the 2015 local election into an editorial during the campaign period of August 25 - December 6, 2015.                 The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Technique of collecting data using documentation method. And the data analysis technique used is Pan and Kosicki framing analysis, which is to test the editorial into syntactic, script, thematic, and rhetorical structure.               The results of this study indicate that the framing picture conducted by Harian Joglosemar is criticized but feels like a wishy-washy in writing an opinion on an editorial themed on Election of Solo 2015.Keywords: Framing analysis, Local Elections, Editorial, Joglosemar
