Traffic accident data that occurred in the last three years increased quite significantly from 2017 to 2018 by 5%, and the increase from 2018 to 2019 was 7%. Cases on this highway should be suppressed or even eliminated with an understanding of the safety of the community, especially motorists. One of the government's efforts to provide services to the community in the prevention and management of accidents, the National Traffic Management Center Polri which was later referred to as the NTMC Polri. Implementation of information technology is expected to provide positive and useful services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of acceptance of the use of technology, Electronic Word of Mouth, Service Quality on the NTMC Contact Center application for the NTMC Korlantas Polri on the level of satisfaction. This type of research used in this research is quantitative explanatory. This research was conducted on the application of the NTMC Contact Center Korlantas Polri. The population in this study were 10,000 people who had accessed and used the NTMC application for public complaint service needs. The research sample was taken by using snowball sampling with the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 100 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the technology acceptance model variable had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction with a t-value of 3,120> t table, 2,000 with a sig value of 0,000. Furthermore, the variable electronic word of mouth has no effect on community satisfaction with t-count value of 1.156 t table, 2,000 with a sig value of 0.000. Indonesian Migrant Workers or abbreviated as PMI are workers from Indonesia who work abroad. Malaysia as the main destination country for PMIs has more access to employ workers from Indonesia. The large number of PMIs in Malaysia also causes a high level of violence that occurs in Malaysia, especially cases of sexual violence against female PMIs in Malaysia. This is being a particular concern to efforts to protect PMI's human security through protective diplomacy carried out by the Indonesian Embassy in Malaysia. The research method used is reviewing data from the official website. It was found that the Indonesian Embassy was supervising cases of sexual violence against female PMIs in Malaysia by making protection diplomatic efforts with related parties to uphold the human security of female PMIs in Malaysia. Persepsi adalah suatu proses memilih, mengatur dan menginterpretasikan informasi mengenai suatu produk barang atau jasa oleh konsumen, Persepsi tidak hanya terjadi dalam bentuk rangsangan fisik tapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pemasaran yang ada. Pelayanan Telekomunikasi Bandarjaya, Secara praktis, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dipakai sebagai masukan yang berarti bagi perkembangan PT. Telkom (Persero) dalam mengantisipasi kendala serta hambatan dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan yang sedang dilaksanakan. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini dapat dianggap sebagai sumbangan dalam menguji dan menerapkan teori-teori baru terhadap masalah pelayanan publik.Bobot kualitas penelitian sosial ditentukan oleh kemampuan untuk mewujudkan dua kali kategori kualitas yaitu visi (vision) dan presisi. Mengenai jenis penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif Dapat juga diketahui bahwa nilai indeks yang paling rendah dari total kuesioner penelitian yang diberikan oleh responden adalah terletak pada kuesioner tentang Tentang Pelayanan Pegawai dan Pimpinan dihubungi jika ada keluhan yang hanya memperoleh nilai indeks 1,89%. Kemudian nilai indeks yang termasuk sedang adalah terletak pada kuesioner tentang Pelanggan Tentang Pelayanan Tarif yang ditetapkan Telkom yang memperoleh nilai indeks 2,87 % dan nilai indeks termasuk tinggi adalah terletak pada kuesioner tentang Pelanggan Tentang Pelayanan mengenai Jasa Layanan Operator 108 secara keseluruhan yang memperoleh nilai indeks 3,23%. Sedangkan Nilai rata-rata Indeks sejumlah 2,68%, dengan nilai indeks Sedang. Dalam penyelenggaraan telekomunikasi yang menyangkut sikap dan persepsi pemakai jasa dan kalangan tertentu diduga keterkaitan dengan kurangnya pengetahuan, konsumen memerlukan mutu pelayanan Telekomunikasi pada saat ini, ternyata masih belum dapat dirasakan oleh konsumen itu sendiri pelayanan yang mengarah kepada kepuasan pelanggan.. This research is motivated by the low communication skills of students in Javanese language subjects, especially in class XII students of SMKN 3 Malang. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the Whatsapp Voice Note-based cooperative learning method on online learning on students' communication skills in Javanese. This study uses a pre-experimental method. The subjects consisted of 35 students. Communication skills were measured by written tests (pretest and posttest) and observation sheets. Communication skills tests and observation sheets were prepared and developed based on 21st-century communication indicators. Analysis of written test data (pretest and posttest) in this study were analyzed using statistical tests using the Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) software and performed manually using Microsoft Excel 2010 The observation sheet data were analyzed using the percentage calculation results. The data obtained from the study revealed that the application of the Whatsapp Voice Note-based cooperative learning method affected communication skills. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the efforts of the Indonesian Consulate General in Kota Kinabalu to provide protection for migrant workers who are involved in drug abuse cases (dadah) in 2018-2020. This research was studied using diplomacy protection theory and bilateral relations theory. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of protection provided by the KJRI Kota Kinabalu for TKI who were involved in drug abuse cases (dadah). The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method with primary data collection and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with the KJRI Kota Kinabalu staff, then secondary data was carried out by collecting documents obtained from various reference sources of books, libraries or online information then sorted and focused and described descriptively. From the data collection the researchers concluded that the bilateral relationship which exists between Indonesia and Sabah, Malaysia plays a very important role in the protective diplomacy practice of the KJRI Kota Kinabalu in providing protection for migrant workers who are involved in drug abuse cases (dadah) . The forms of protection provided by the KJRI Kota Kinabalu for migrant workers who are involved in drug abuse cases (dadah) are technical protection, juridical protection, and political protection. Covid-19’s pandemic impacts on the Indonesians food system pose risks to human health. Little attention has been paid to food insecurity of 250 million Indonesians, resulting in a public health concern. The aim of the study is to conduct a scoping review on food security in Indonesia. Google Scholar and the Pubmed Research Documents were used to search for relevant primary research using the following terms: “food security”, “access”, “availability”, “utilisation”, “Indonesia”, and “Covid-19”. A totalled seven articles from Google Scholar and the Pubmed Research Documents were finally selected. The articles revealed three types of research approaches, those that nutritious food intake of Indonesians (n=1), those that quantified food security (n=2), and articles that addressed at least one pillar of food security during covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia (n=4). Research investigating dietary intake of carbohydrate foods is more prevalent among Indonesians, though many differences exist among participant age groups and geographical areas. Future research should include direct measurements of food intake and food security to provide a more complete picture of food security in Indonesia. This research is motivated by the presence of advertisements in online media dealing with the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic. Advertisement with children as the endorser to convey the message on Waspada Corona aired in animated version of public service advertisement. this advertisement is very intriguing seen from the emerge of children in educating the public dealing with the enormity and serious impact of the epidemic. How online media construct the children animated advertising language on waspada Corona and how the Semarang society reconstruct language message in the media. This research purposive media text selection as the data collecting method and media text analysis in its analyzing technique as analyzing advertisement method. While the construction of the society, the data were analyzed by mans of Miles and Huberman’s interactive and constructivist qualitative analysis. The paradigm used is constructivism and is completed with Peter L berger’s social construction theory. The result of this research are expecyed to show the full form of construction of children advertisement in online media and the construction of the society in responding the online media advertising messages. This research is theoretically expected to contribute to the development of legal science, especially criminal law and also those who have an interest in conducting research on criminal acts of fraud and are practically expected to provide benefits to development in the field of law and public legal awareness in This research was conducted with the type of normative legal research carried out by literature study of legal materials, both primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials and / or non-legal materials, while the analysis method was carried out by collecting data which were then linked to existing problems are arranged systematically and logically, so that a research result is obtained on the Criminal Case Study of Fraud in the Karanganyar District Court (Decision Number 159 / Pid.B / 2019 / Pn Krg) Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that, the defendant was charged with alternative charges by being legally proven and convincingly guilty of committing a criminal act of fraud as regulated in Article 378 of the Criminal Code, it is appropriate and has been based on facts at trial, valid evidence. in the form of witness statements, evidence, letters in the form of a statement letter, and statements from the defendant. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala apa saja yang ada pada implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru SMP Negeri di Provinsi DKI Jakarta khususnya SMP negeri di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi kebijakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui data primer yaitu wawancara dan observasi, dan data sekunder melalui dokumen tertulis. Analisis data dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat beberapa kendala terhadap kebijakan sistem penerimaan peserta didik baru berdasarkan sistem zonasi di SMP Negeri yang ada di Jakarta sehingga sekolah perlu memberi evaluasi dan masukan akan permasalahan yang ada terkait dengan penerimaan peserta didik baru dan memberikan rekomendasi pemikiran-pemikiran baru untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan tersebut. This research aims to analyse the influence of foreign exchange index and macroeconomic globalization which includes SSEC, S&P BSE Sensex, exchange rate, world gold price, and inflation on the CSPI before and during the government decided to lockdown due to the spread of Covid-19 virus. Sampling-based on time series data with observation periods from 8 January 2019 to 9 June 2020, data analysis techniques used regression SPSS. The results concluded that the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite has a significant effect on the CSPI, the S&P BSE Sensex significantly influential to the CSPI, the exchange rate has a significant effect on the CSPI, the world gold price significantly negative to the CSPI, inflation has a significant negative effect on the CSPI before and during the Pandemic Covid-19 in Indonesia Keyword: CSPI, Exchange Rate, Inflation, S&P BSE Sensex, World Gold Price
