Kegiatan menonton film merupakan salah satu cara sederhana untuk menghibur diri dari rasa gundah gulana ataupun melepas rasa lelah setelah melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Akan tetapi, karena berbagai alasan terkadang seseorang tidak ada waktu untuk menonton film di bioskop. Dengan bantuan media internet, berbagai macam aplikasi nonton film android sangat mudah dicari. Hanya bermodalkan smartphone saja para penonton film dapat streaming berbagai macam jenis film di mana saja dan kapan saja mereka inginkan. Akan tetapi, karena banyaknya pilihan aplikasi nonton film android yang bisa digunakan, terkadang seseorang bingung memilihnya. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakan para pengguna sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih dengan berbagai macam kriteria yang ada. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP melakukan perankingan dengan melalui penjumlahan antara vector bobot dengan matrik keputusan dengan tujuan agar hasil yang diberikan lebih baik dalam menentukan alternatif yang akan dipilih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh 36 sampel responden didapatkan kriteria konten menjadi prioritas pertama pengguna untuk memilih aplikasi nonton film android dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,224. Sedangkan Netflix menjadi alternatif dengan prioritas pertama keputusan pengguna dalam memilih aplikasi nonton film android dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,352.

Abstract

PT Prismas Jamintara one the service human resources company every month selected employee on Field Collector position for customer needed. The process of human resources needs to have criteria such as Old, Education, Experience, and vehicle. The purpose of a processed employee is customer need. Algorithm C4.5 is one of the methods for analyzing data used entropy and gain concept. With that Algorithm. made the decision tree to measure the best criteria and get accuracy value 71,54%+/-%+/-9,13%, precision 80,47% +/-8,16 and recall 83,78% +/-9,29% with ROC value 0,721.

Abstract

The availability of land for burial in Jakarta increasingly critical. DKI Jakarta with an area of approximately 65 thousand hectares, currently only has 589.7 hectares of a cemetery that has been used up to 80%. Each month, approximately 2 hectares of unused land burial because the death rate reached 110 people per day. According to Currently, there are 76 burial sites in Jakarta. Based on the results of a survey conducted at several locations Taman Pemakaman Umum (TPU) in Jakarta, does not have an information system that is used to record, how many people who died were buried in the gravesite TPU, it would be difficult for the officer must inspect or search for one by one file in the office of TPU. Heir or people do not know whether relatives are buried there or not, or the bodies buried ditumpang with new jenajah. Judging from the above problems, needed an information system that can be easily accessed by the public, the most convenient solution created a web-based information system for the public and officers, in view of data from anywhere. Model development is a model system used by Rapid Application Development (RAD).

Abstract

AMIK BSI Jakarta is the largest vocational education in Indonesia. Currently, AMIK BSI Jakarta has three (3) courses: Computerized Accounting, Information Management, and Computer Engineering. AMIK BSI has 15.133 active students. Of the many students have a background in different schools. After graduating from high school, the students wanted to go to college to continue their education even higher, but after entering college students are experiencing difficulties because it was not able to follow the lessons and find one of the majors, as a result of these students through college with no spirit and not serious. We need logic to solve the problem, and the need to support a decision in the selection process the selection of majors and giving recommendations courses according to the parameter by using fuzzy logic Mamdani method to determine the relationship of the determination of academic study programs. Reasons for using fuzzy logic Mamdani method for decision support.

Abstract

The prediction accuracy of defects in code can help direct the test effort, reduce costs and improve software quality. Until now, many researchers have applied various types of algorithm based on machine learning and statistical methods to build predictive performance software defects. One of them uses a machine learning approach to the classification, which is a popular approach to predict software defects. While Naive Bayes one simple classification to have good performance that produces an average probability of 71 percent. As well as the time required in the process of learning faster than on any other machine learning. Additionally, it has a good reputation on the accuracy of the prediction. While NASA MDP is a very popular data used by previous researchers in the development of predictive models of software defects. Because it is common and freely used by researchers. However, these data have deficiencies, including the occurrence of imbalance class and attribute noise. Therefore by using SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Technique) for sampling techniques and Bagging on the ensemble method, is used to deal with the class imbalance. As for dealing with noise attribute, in this research using information gain in the process of selecting the relevant attributes. So after the trial that the application of the model SMOTE Bagging and Information Gain proven to obtain good results to handled imbalance class and attribute noise at prediction software defects, and can increase the accuracy of the prediction results software defects.

Abstract

The implementation of e-learning in SMK-SMAK Bogor since the 2012-2013 school year. The E-learning consists of learning materials, matter (assignment), exams and can also communicate between students and teachers. This study aims to determine the factors that influence students' attitudes in accepting the use of e-learning in Vocational High School - SMAK Bogor. Variables used in this research is the ease of use and benefit by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. Total population is taken as many as 273 students of class XI and the respondent sample used in this study were as many as 73 students, is calculated using the formula Slovin with 10% significance. This type of sampling used was probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. In this study, the quantitative analysis used multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis of the data showed that 12.8% of students who accept the existence of e-learning technology based on the ease and benefits of e-learning. The results of these two hypotheses being tested, H1: Ease of use of e-learning influence the attitudes of the users of e-learning. H2: Benefits of e-learning did not affect the user's e-learning attitude. This is because the significant value of the benefit is greater than 5% (0.46 > 0.05).

Abstract

In the era of the web as it is now, some information is now flowing through the network. Because of the variety of web content includes subjective opinion and objective information, it is now common for people to gather information about products and services they want to buy. However, because there is quite a lot of information in text form without any numerical scale, it is difficult to classify the evaluation of information efficiently without reading the complete text. Sentiment analysis aims to address this problem by automatically classifying user review be a positive or negative opinion. Naïve Bayes classifier is a popular machine learning techniques for text classification because it is very simple, efficient and performs well in many domains. However, Naïve Bayes has the disadvantage that is very sensitive to feature too much, resulting in a classification accuracy becomes low. Therefore, this study used the method of selecting features, namely Genetic algorithm in order to improve the accuracy of Naïve Bayes classifier. This research resulted in the classification of the text in the form of a positive or negative review of the restaurant. Measurement is based on the accuracy of Naive Bayes before and after the addition of feature selection methods. The evaluation was done using a 10 fold cross-validation. While the measurement accuracy is measured by confusion matrix and ROC curves. The results showed an increase in the accuracy of Naïve Bayes from 86.50% to 90.50%.

Abstract

Utilization of IT has been providing solutions and benefits through the opportunities as a form of the strategic role of IT in achieving its vision and mission. Opportunities created from the optimization of IT resources on areas of company resources including data, application systems, infrastructure, and human resources. On the other hand, IT implementation requires a relatively expensive investment cost, where the emergence of the risk of failure is also quite large. This condition requires consistency within the field of management, so an IT Governance (IT Governance) that is suitable will be an essential requirement. To achieve this we need management of existing IT structured. IT Governance Institute (ITGI) defines IT governance as a responsibility of executive and board of directors, and consists of leadership, organizational structures, and processes that ensure IT companies to support and expand the organization's objective and strategy. IT governance objectives are to be able to direct the efforts of IT, thereby ensuring IT performance according to the fulfillment of the following objective: 1. IT aligned with the company and the realization of promised benefits. 2. Using IT enables companies to exploit opportunities and maximize benefits. 3. The use of IT resources is responsible. Proper management of risks related to IT. COBIT is one methodology that provides the basic framework in creating appropriate information technology with organizational needs while considering other factors that influence. This thesis took DS and ME domain of COBIT framework, determine the maturity of the Corporate Governance Ti Pro Car International Finance, Jakarta, and then provide recommendations. Currently IT Governance Maturity PT. International Car Finance Jakarta is at Level 3 and level 4 is expected to become the Company has established a number of indicators or quantitative measures that serve as the target or objective performance of each application of the existing information technology applications. It is expected that the research can be conducted periodically, either in the same plane or different.

Abstract

To find algorithms that have the best performance in predicting the success of telemarketing in banking courses researchers have conducted various material tests of several algorithms for data from the uci data set, and have as many as 17 attributes, some algorithms that have previously been tested in this study. to find the best performing algorithm using algorithm authors, among others, is to use an algorithm based on particle swarm optimization to optimize some attribute values ​​and to improve the accuracy of algorithms and higher data classification, and can produce even higher accuracy values. From the neural algorithm network (NN) based on PSO, the results are 91.80%, Support Vector Machine (SVM) to get an accuracy of 90.20%. Naif Bayes (NB) with an accuracy of 89.41%, and to use the Decision Tree (DT) algorithm with an accuracy of 90.93%. Then the PSO Neural Network based algorithm is clear resulting in higher accuracy than some algorithms tested with an accuracy of 91.80%. These results are classified as very good (very good classification).

Abstract

The acceleration of the use of the internet and the need for the allocation of bandwidth needed, a method that is used for the management of internet usage and bandwidth needs. A large number of hotspots – hotspot that allows many people to connect to the device so that it requires adequate bandwidth in use. Method per connection is a queueing method that divides a large number of users in a network with a bandwidth that is provided to share the same evenly to each connected user. Method per connection queue is particularly suitable in the application where the user in a network number is dynamical.
