Abstract

The study is devoted to identifying the customer’s expectation for the service quality of the regional water supply company (PDAM) of Kolaka Regency, describing the customer’s perception of its service quality, and projecting the managerial implication to improve the quality of its services. The analysis methods used are conformity level analysis and important performance analysis. The analysis indicates that the highest expectation of the customer rests on the continuous supply of water without rotation system. The best performance of the company in the customer’s perception is in the explanation of the water system installation procedure which is simple and uncomplicated. Based on Important Performance Matrix, it is apparent that quadrant 1 (Primary priorities) has eight attributes, quandrant 2(maintained) has six attributies, quandrant 3(low priority) has four attributies and quandrant 4(excessive) has two attibuties

Abstract

Business Health is a fundamental right of all individuals and all citizens are entitled to health care. With growing awareness of the public about their rights in terms of health care is one of the positive indicators increasing legal awareness in society. The downside is the tendency of increasing cases of health or hospital personnel to be summoned, the patient complained of or even prosecuted legally. Puskesmas a technical unit office district/city responsible for organizing something health development in the working area. Medaeng Community Health Center is the center of the sub-sub health centers in the area of Sidoarjo. This study aims to improve the quality of health center services Medaeng in order to support government programs in the areas of health so that health community increased. This study begins with In-depth interviews were carried out on thirty patients at the time get feedback on the quality of health center services Medaeng. Then make questionnaires and distributed to one hundred patients about the attributes of services that are used in research. Attribute services used in the study is based on five dimensions of service delivery according to the method Service Quality (SERVQUAL). Five dimensions are dimensions tangibles, reliability dimension, the dimension of empathy, assurance dimension and the dimension of responsiveness. After distributing questionnaires SERVQUAL next step is to process data and perform the analysis. The calculation of the value gap is performed to determine patient satisfaction with quality attributes Medaeng services at the health center. In addition, to determine the attributes in a predetermined dimension that contributes the largest and smallest, it would require the calculation of this gap.

Abstract

Agricultural Urban (Urban Farming) utilizing land intensification, in order to meet the needs of the fresh fruit and vegetables daily for the public residential/housing in urban areas. Portable Technology Greenhouse inflated as urban agriculture production support facilities, can be built and transferred to a residential location / specific housing is easy, safe, fast and lightweight (PVC 0,55mm Tarpaulin) so that urban agricultural products closer to consumers in urban settlements, the impact price getting cheaper, but quality. The long term goal is to develop protitipe Portable inflated Greenhouse as facilities Urban Farming which fulfills the power, speed, effectiveness, comfort and encourage crops of fruit / vegetable hydroponic hygienic, cheap and profitable, so that the product Portable inflated Greenhouse automatically support an increase in food production of the National, Specific target is the availability protitipe Portable Greenhouse inflated as Urban Farming facility in order to increase productivity of crops of fruit/vegetable hydroponic hygienic, cheap and profitable, so the high prospects for mass production in order to meet national food requirements. Methods using methods Experiments and Action Research, starting with the development of the design, manufacture, testing and repair of prototype Portable inflated Greenhouse includes (1) a test of strength and endurance of materials Portable inflated Greenhouse to weather, (2) test material Portable inflated Greenhouse most effective as a component of the structure, (3) test the speed of manufacture, transport, assembly, installation, dismantling Portable inflated Greenhouse, (4) the test temperature, humidity and air pressure within the Portable inflated Greenhouse, (5) test crops of fruit/vegetables hydroponically are suitable to be developed in inflated portable building a greenhouse in order to obtain yields hygienic, inexpensive andprofitable.The first year developing a prototype design Portable Greenhouse inflated, followed prototyping and ends with prototype testing and field trials at The Lab Narotama, published in the SeminarS/Proceeding International and International Journals indexed, filed a registration PATENT Kemenkumham.The results this research were published in the Appropriate Technology Seminar/Proceeding International and International Journals indexed, processed PATENT Kemenkumham, and is eligible to be mass produced to support the acceleration of National hygienic food production, cheap and profitable

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important role and strategic for the country's economic growth in both developing and developed countries. At the time of the economic crisis in Indonesia, Small and Medium Enterprises is an economic sector that has the most excellent durability. The ability of SMEs needs to be empowered and developed constantly to try to reduce obstacles experienced by SMEs, so as to provide maximum contribution to improving the welfare of society. Tanggulangin industry is one of the SMEs which stood since 1939 when a few craftsmen begin manufacture of luggage bags and suitcases. And in 1976 founded Bags and Luggage Industry Cooperative (INTAKO), which initially had only 27 people.Venture capital obtained from the principal member. In a way, the cooperative continues to grow and the number of members has reached 354 artisans SMEs with assets of approximately US $ 10 billion. Tanggulangin product brand and has had a pretty good quality which has been recognized by consumers. But after the Lapindo mudflow, nearly 70 percent of artisans in Tanggulangin already folded. Some of them are surviving to working order. In addition invasion goods Chinese products very competitive price, but the quality is poor who also took part in the downturn. Practically, bags and suitcases industrial centers deserted visitors. Penelitian Tanggulangin This shows that the cause of the decline in sales is a flood of Chinese products, rising raw material prices, and the lack of innovation in product design. Therefore there is the need for guidance from the government in developing innovation in product design and innovation in marketing.
