Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop of a three-dimensional media of pop-up book worksheet as learning media on geometry. The method of this study is Research and Development (R&D). The validity test was carried out by media and material experts using questionnaires. The effectiveness of learning media was measured based on the N-Gain value indicator from the pre and post-test results, as well as the teacher and student response questionnaire scores. Student learning interest is measured based on the questionnaire score of student learning interest. The test of the effectiveness of learning media was carried out at a public elementary school in Batu City. The results showed that the validation score of the media expert reached 96.66%, while the validation score of the material expert validation reached 90.76% with an average of 93.71%, which means that the learning media could be classified valid. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the media based on the N-Gain value of 0.009 (sig value <0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the gain score, which means that the increase in the pre to post-test could be classified as high criteria. The scores for the questionnaire responses from teachers and students were 92.50% and 86.46%, both of which were very effective. The percentage of interest in learning reached 90.09% with very good criteria. Based on these indicators, it can be concluded that the Pop Up Book as a Learning Media and student’s worksheet is declared valid by media and material experts, is effectively used in learning and is able to generate interest in learning in the very good category.

Abstract

The quality of learning materials that are not in accordance with the local culture affects the learning outcomes of students in elementary schools. This research aims to develop a responsive cultural teaching (CRT) learning module that is in accordance with the Independent Curriculum. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subject of the study was a fourth-grade students of SD Negeri Julang Tanah Sareal. The results showed that CRT-based learning modules improved student learning outcomes with an average score of 4.1 in the indicators of knowledge and learning experience. In addition, the aspect of teacher support scored 4.04, and students' communication empathy skills scored 4.06, indicating that culture-based learning creates an inclusive and appropriate learning environment. This module also supports the formation of students' soft skills, such as collaboration and critical thinking, although the critical thinking aspect has not been improved. Finally, the development of CRT-based modules supports the implementation of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in primary schools, integrating local cultural values to create meaningful and sustainable learning experiences. This module is expected to be the basis for continuing education at the elementary level and can be replicated in a variety of other educational contexts

Abstract

This study aims to develop differentiated student worksheet of learning media based on Assemblr Edu. Through the development of differentiated and innovative learning media, it can meet the diverse learning needs of students by considering the readiness, interests, and talents of students. The development model used is Dick and Carrey. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students of SDN 1 Srirahayu, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung in the mathematics subject of cubes and cuboids. The results of the validation of material experts were 89.24% and media experts 91.21%, meaning that student worksheet based on Assemblr Edu is suitable for use as a trial. The trial went through the stages of small group trials, medium groups, and large groups. The results of the trial received a good response, with an average of 88%. The implications of the development carried out are an increase in understanding of the concept of cubes and cuboids, learning that is more interesting and innovative, more effective learning differentiation and the creation of learning independence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that arise in learning to write narrative texts during the covid-19 pandemic. Writing skills are not only about putting ideas that are in the mind into written form but also related to critical thinking so that it is not uncommon to find students who still have difficulties in learning narrative texts and teacher difficulties in teaching them. This study aims to determine the obstacles faced by elementary school teachers when teaching learning to write narrative texts during the covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by giving questionnaires and conducting interviews. The subjects of this study were 20 elementary school teachers in Bukit Batu sub-district, Bengkalis district, Riau Province. The results of this study indicate that in general elementary school teachers are not ready to do online learning, this is because among other things that hinder the learning process is the lack of understanding of teachers and students about the use of distance learning applications. However, government support that has helped ease the burden by providing free quota subsidies to teachers, students and the availability of Wi-Fi in some areas does not seem to be able to maximize its use for online learning.

Bullying is a condition when children are faced with negative actions carried out by individuals or groups with frequent frequency and considerable intensity. Bullying in the school environment as a form of one of the aggressive behaviors carried out repeatedly by individuals or groups who feel they have power over other individuals who are considered weaker. Bullying behavior is related to the lack of social emotional skills possessed by children. The research has implications for interventions or prevention that seek to focus on social emotional skills, which can be a factor in maintaining relationships so that no child is victimized, as it is associated with significant behaviors among children who are bullies in peer friendships. Cruel treatment of others. Educators in ECD settings can assist young children in developing important social-emotional skills that can be used to prevent bullying behavior. These activities include teaching children to empathize with the feelings of others, differentiate between their own and others' emotions, take on new roles, and become more emotionally responsive.
