School action research (PTS) is a research report based on the experience of the authors in applying learningmodel giving question and getting answer in an effort to improve teacher performance in teaching at SMPN 4Minas. The goal is to find out whether teacher performance in teaching can be improved through the model ofgiving questions and getting answer in SMPN 4 Minas. The sample taken in this action research is 30 people,that is teacher from SMPN 4 Minas. The research procedure in this research is divided into two cycles, eachcycle consists of four main activities, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Datacollection techniques in this study using observation. From the description of data processing and discussion itcan be concluded that the performance of teachers is obtained in the first cycle of 60.7% with good category andin the second cycle increased to 84.50% with good category. This means that the model of learning givingquestion and getting answer can improve teacher performance in teaching in SMPN 4 Minas said successful

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the SD Negeri 007 Pendalian KecamatanPendalian IV Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of IPS students ofclass VI SD Negeri 007 Pendalian Kecamatan Pendalian IV Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu with theimplementation of cooperative learning model type numbered heads together, which is held for 1 month. Thesubjects of this study are the students of class VI SD Negeri 007 Pendalian Kecamatan Pendalian IV KotoKabupaten Rokan Hulu which amounted to 40 people academic year 2016-2017. The form of research isclassroom action research. The instrument of this research consisted of performance instrument and datacollection instrument in the form of observation sheet of teacher activity and student activity. Based on theresults of research that has been done, it is known that cooperative learning model type numbered headstogether can improve the results of IPS student grade VI SD Negeri 007 Pendalian Kecamatan Pendalian IVKoto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. This is evident from the repetition of cycle I the average score of studentsincreased 12.1% points from the basic score of students to 76.6%. In cycle II increased 4.8% points from cycle Ito 81.4%. From the data can be interpreted that the implementation of cooperative learning model typenumbered heads together can improve the learning outcomes of IPS students class VI SD Negeri 007 PendalianKecamatan Pendalian IV Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

This research is motivated by the low of IPS student learning mastery of class VI SDN 01 Tanjuang BalikDistrict of Lima Puluh City West Sumatra. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to improve themastery of IPS learning on the material development of the territory of Indonesia Student Class VI SDN 01Tanjuang Balik District of Lima Puluh Kota West Sumatera through Expository strategy implemented for 1month. This research was conducted at SDN 01 Tanjuang Balik District of Lima Puluh Kota Sumatera Barat.The researcher's first grade is Class VI semester one with a total of 27 students. This classroom action researchbegan to take place in early August 2016. This form of research is a classroom action research. The instrumentof this research consists of instrument of activity sheet of teacher and student and test result of learning. Basedon the results of the analysis and discussion as presented in chapter IV, it can be concluded that the applicationof learning method using expository strategy can increase the IPS learning mastery in the material developmentof Indonesian territory of grade VI student SDN 01 Tanjuang Balik Pangkalan Koto Baru Sub-district, LimaPuluh Kota, West Sumatera. This success is caused by the application of learning methods using studentexpository strategies become more active which means students tend to be positive in following the teaching andlearning process provided by the teacher. Through the improvement of learning by using expository strategy incycle II, student learning outcomes reach individual completeness and mastery of class with average value 74,1.

This research is motivated by the low motivation of student learning in the lesson of Math class VI SD Negeri002 Teluk Nilap Kubu Babussalam. This study aims to improve students' learning motivation in the lesson ofClass VI SD Negeri 002 Teluk Nilap Kubu Babussalam by applying cooperative learning model of teams gamestournament (TGT) type. The subjects of this study are all students of class VI SD Negeri 002 Teluk Nilap KubuBabussalam which amounted to 29 people. The form of research is classroom action research. The instrument ofthis research consisted of performance instrument and data collection instrument in the form of observationsheet of teacher activity and student activity. Based on the results of analysis and discussion can be concludedthat through cooperative learning model type TGT can improve students' learning motivation Math class SDNegeri 002 Teluk Nilap Kubu Babussalam students. Based on the results of the study note that the student'slearning motivation before the action in a classical reach the average percentage of 36.2% is at the interval 0-40%. The first cycle of the first meeting indicates that the students 'level of learning motivation classically onlyreaches the average 51.4% percentage in the 40% -55% interval is quite high and in the second meeting thestudents' learning motivation is classically reaching the percentage average of 56, 9%, are at a 40-55% intervalquite high. While in the first cycle of the first encounter increased with the acquisition of the average valueclassically 71% are at intervals of 56% -75% are high and at the second meeting is klasikal get the averagevalue of 83.4% percentage, is at interval 76- 100% with very high category.

Indonesian language learning at SD Negeri 020 Tembilahan Hilir is currently not showing the expected results.The learning atmosphere is predominantly teachers and students' language skills are very low. Teachingactivities undertaken by teachers, less use or use of learning methods that vary. Such learning is less interestingand students become passive. The condition of Indonesian learning in class V SD Negeri 020 Tembilahan Hiliris still below the minimum mastery criteria. One of the methods used to increase learning activity is through roleplaying method. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 020 Tembilahan Hilir Kecamatan Tembilahan. Thisresearch was conducted in May 2016 with the subject of 25 students. The result of this research concludes thatlearning role playing method has a positive impact in improving students 'learning achievement which is markedby the improvement of students' learning mastery in every cycle, that is cycle I (56.00%) and cycle II (92.00%).Implementation of learning role playing method has a positive influence, which can increase aktivtas studentsare shown with the results of observation no more students who get less criteria.

This research is motivated by the result of observation of the researcher on the students of class V SD Negeri002 Batu Bersurat on the learning process of Penjaskes in class. From the observation it is known that there arestill many students pay less attention to the explanation of the teacher when delivering the material in the class,the students are only silent although the teacher asked for lesson material dimenegrti by students. studentlearning outcomes are low that is 62.5% complete from 24 students with minimal mastery criteria (KKM) is 70.Students classical thoroughness din seniatakan not complete. This study aims to find out that the application ofindex card match method can improve the learning outcomes of Penjaskes in grade V SD Negeri 002 BatuBersurat students. This research was conducted in class V SD Negeri 002 Batu Bersurat. This research wasconducted from September 2016 until October 2016. The subjects of this study are the students of class V withthe number of students 24 students consisting of 11 female students and 13 male students. This form of researchis a classroom action research (PTK). The results obtained that the application of index card match learningmethod can improve learning outcomes Penjaskes in grade V SD Negeri 002 Batu Bersurat 2016/2017 academicyear. Learning outcomes before the PTK is 66.7 with the category of less and classical completeness of 62.5%premises unfinished category. The result of learning cycle I meeting 1 is 75.8 with sufficient category andclassical completeness of 87.5% with complete category. The results of learning cycle I meeting 2 is 79.2 withsufficient category and classical completeness of 91.7% with the category of due diligence. The result oflearning cycle II meeting 3 is 82.1 with good category and classical completeness equal to 95.8% with completecategory. The result of learning cycle II meeting 4 is 87.9 with good category and classical completeness equalto 100% with complete category.

Based on the temporary observation in SD Negeri 55 Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru, found thephenomenon, among others, teachers who have passed the certification and get a professional teacher degreehas not improved its performance and has not been able to realize the title. Teachers have not optimized IT tosupport learning activities and still use lecture and record methods. Lack of teachers in improving learningthrough classroom action research and learning tools that have not been well-structured. Teachers have notbeen able to apply new learning methods to improve children's achievement in learning. In accordance with theformulation of the problem then the purpose of this study is to determine whether the exercise method canimprove the professionalism of teachers in SD Negeri 55 Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru. Thesample in this research is teacher in SD Negeri 55 Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru with datacollection technique using observation. From the description of data processing and discussion it can beconcluded as follows: Aspects of school supervisor activity as facilitator get achievement with score 37 or withpercentage equal to 62% from all aspect of assessment or equal to 62% all activity achieved. Then on the secondcycle score obtained by 52 or with percentage achievement of 87% of all aspects achieved. In the aspect ofprofessionalism of teachers obtained in the first cycle of 59% with good enough category and on the secondcycle increased to 88% with very good category.

This study aims to improve the results of learning mathematics students class II SDN 002 Teluk Nilap KubuBabussalam by applying STAD cooperative learning model type with RME approach. The subjects in this studyare the students of class II SDN 002 Teluk Nilap Kubu Babussalam, with the number of students as many as 36people, while the object in this study is the application of STAD type cooperative learning model with realisticmathematic education (RME) approach to improve mathematics learning outcomes. This study was conducted intwo cycles, cycle I consisted of two meetings and one daily test and cycle II consisted of 2 meetings and one dailytest. In order for this classroom action research to work well without any obstacles that interfere with thesmoothness of the research, the researchers set up the stages in the classroom action research: planning /preparation of action, action execution, observation and reflection. Based on the results of the research, it isconcluded that the method used to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics students of class II SDN 002Teluk Nilap Kubu Babussalam on the subject matter of building space. The average of student learning outcomesbefore the action is categorized as low with the percentage of attainment of KKMnya 40%, while studentlearning outcomes after the action is categorized both with the percentage of KKM achievement of 75%, with100% success category of the number of students. This means that all students have achieved a predeterminedsuccess score (at least 75%). From the result of research indicate that student learning result in second gradeSDN 002 Teluk Nilap Kubu Babussalam mathematics can be improved through applying STAD type cooperativelearning model with RME approach.

The low learning outcomes of civics is the background of this classroom action research, from 22 students only10 students who achieve minimal mastery criteria, for that researcher make improvements by doing research byapplying the image media with the aim to improve student learning outcomes. This research is a classroomaction research conducted at SDN 006 Kubang Jaya, the subject of this research is the second grade student ofSDN 006 Kubang Jaya. The result of research stated that the result of learning of civics has increased afterapplied media of image. At the basic score of the number of students who completed is 10 students, the UH I incycle I amounted to 16 students and at UH II on cycle II amounted to 20 students. The classical completeness onthe basic score of 45.45% in UH I in the first cycle of 72.72% and on UH II in the second cycle of 90.90%. Theaverage score of students on a basic score scored 64.30. At UH I in cycle I equal to 76,25, and at UH II in cycleII equal to 78,30. Based on the explanation of the research results can be concluded that the application ofimage media can improve the learning outcomes of civics students class II SDN 006 Kubang Jaya.

This research is motivated by the low ability of reading poetry students of class XII MIA 3 SMAN 1 Pekanbaru.This study aims to improve the ability to read poetry using demonstration methods. This classroom actionresearch was conducted for 1 month. The subjects of this study are students of class XII MIA 3 SMAN 1Pekanbaru amounted to 34 students, in the academic year 2014-2015. The instrument of this research consistedof performance instrument and data collection instrument in the form of observation sheet of teacher activity andstudent activity. Based on the results of research, the conclusion obtained from this study is the ability ofstudents in the ability to read poetry has increased. This is known from the initial data average value of 72.1.When viewed from the classical completeness, there are 17.6% of students (6 people) who complete a minimumscore of 85 (according to KKM standards). However, after the implementation of the demonstration method,obtained an average value of 90.2 or with a mastery of 87.4%. Thus, the study is said to be successful.
