Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of budget goal clarity, internal control systems, and quality of human resources on the village chief performance with accountability and organizational commitment as the moderating variables. The population of this study is 218 village chief in Kuantan Singingi Regency.  This study applied purposive sampling method and 130 chief villages were selected as a sample. The study used primary data and applied Moderrated Regression Analysis (MRA) by using SPSS 25th version to test the hyphoteses. The result of this study shows that budget goal clarity, internal control systems, and quality of human resources affect the village chief performance. Futhermore, the result shows that accountability and organizational commitment strengthen the effect of budget goal clarity, quality of human resources and internal control systems on the village chief performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on the competence and  perfomance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) manager in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. In this study, there are four variables, namely Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2), Competence (Y1) and Performance (Y2). The population in this study is the BUMDes manager in Kampar Regency. The method of determining the number of samples was obtained through purposive sampling technique (30 BUMDes Managers from 229 BUMDes in Kampar Regency based on criteria). The data collection was gained through interviewing, observing and distributing questionnaires to respondents. While, in terms of data analysis this study used was two-stage regression analysis namely simple and multiple regression, the quality test of research instruments , test classic assumptions and hypotheses that were processed using the SPSS program (Statistical Program Society Science) version 21. The result shows that: 1) recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the competencies of BUMDes manager, 2) selection has a positive and significant effect on the competencies of BUMDes manager, 3) recruitment and selection has a positive and simultant effect the competence of BUMDes manager, 4) competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BUMDes manager. Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Competence, Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of budget planning, budget implementation, the competency of human resources and understanding of regulation on Village Budget Absorption with organizational commitment as moderator. The population in this study is 136 villages in Bengkalis Regency and the sample was determined by Saturated Sampling technique. Abstract

Abstract

The idea behind corporate social responsibility (CSR) is that companies not only have economic and legal obligation to shareholders but also obligations to stakeholders. Social responsibility (CSR) has close links with good corporate governance, like two sides of a coin; both have a strong foothold in the business world. The aim of this research was to analyze corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance to financial performance that influence the value of manufacturing companies sector basic industry and chemicals in 2015-2017, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study stated that Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive effect on financial performance, Good Corporate Governance does not affect financial performance. Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive effect on company value. Good Corporate Governance has a positive effect on company value. Financial performance has no effect on firm value. Financial performance does not mediate the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibilities to firm value. Financial performance does not mediate the relationship between Good Corporate Governance and firm value

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of training and commitment on the performance of BUMDes management in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The samples of this study were 30 BUMDes from 5 Districts in Kampar Regency. Questionnaires were distributed to 30 respondents, and successfully collected with complete answers from 30 respondents. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire as the instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program were used to test the hypothesis of the study. Data collected from 30 respondents then were analyzed with the assistance of SPSS software version 23.0 using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to generate a classical assumption test, data analysis model, coefficient of determination and proving the hypothesis. The results of the study show that: 1) there is positive and partially significant effect of training on the performance of BUMDes management in Kampar District, 2) there is positive and significant effect of partial commitment on the performance of BUMDes management in Kampar Regency, 3) there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of training and commitment on the performance of the managers of BUMDes management in Kampar Regency.

This study aims to see the effect of training and commitment on the performance of BUMDes management in Kampar Regency, Riau Province.
