Abstract

The vendor registration process at PT Badak NGL is still in a manual form, so that it is considered to be less relevant, at the time of vendor registration there is a process of determining the risk classification of the fields determined through the K3L2M questionnaire (Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Protection and Quality) or CSMS Questionnaire (Contractor Safety Health Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Management Evaluation System). In line with the development of technology to improve the quality of the company, the researcher conducted a study with the title Decision Support System Vendor Registration Selection Using Web-Based SMART Method (Case Study of PT Badak NGL). In designing this system, the system uses SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method and the development of a structured system applies SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) using the waterfall model with the PHP programming language and the My SQL database. The results show vendor selection based on the classification of risk fields, all test using Black Box function properly

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan neural network untuk peramalan data time series jumlah kedatangan wisatawan mancanegara di Indonesia. Data jumlah wisatawan merupakan data runtun waktu (time series), dimana khususnya di Indonesia data ini dikelola oleh Kementrian Pariwisata dan Badan Pusat Statistik.  Data runtun waktu (time series) sangatlah menarik bagi banyak disiplin ilmu. Salah satu alasannya karena memungkinkan untuk menemukan nilai periode berikutnya pada sebuah urutan dari nilai masa lalu, dengan sedikit kesalahan. Metode yang dipilih adalah Neural Network dengan Tools Rapidminer Studio akan digunakan mulai dari tahapan pertama hingga tahapan akhir. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan melakukan perubahan pada beberapa parameter neural network seperti jumlah hidden layer, training cycle, learning rate maupun jumlah momentum. Penentuan hidden layer diupayakan semaksimal mungkin bertujuan untuk menghindari terjadinya permasalahan Overfitting dan Underfitting. Data set yang digunakan bersifat univariate. Penelitian ini membandingkan 2 fungsi aktivasi, yakni sigmoid biner dan sigmoid bipolar. Hasil yang dicapai, bahwasanya RMSE terkecil diperoleh dari penggunaan fungsi aktivasi sigmoid biner dengan nilai 0.061. dan arsitektur terabik yakni 12 input, 1 hidden dan 1 output. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa neural network memberikan hasil peramalan yang cukup baik bagi data time series univariate.

Abstract

Currently the expert system is growing rapidly moving along with the development of computer technology which is getting more and more advanced from day to day. Humans always try to make it easier to solve every problem faced. One application to solve every problem is an expert system for a healthy lifestyle.The importance of health for everyone in order to be able to empower everything that they have and their environment to the fullest, health is very closely related to healthy living. So that the definition of healthy living can be elaborated by having health in life with no problems with disruption in life both physical in the form of illness in the body and non-physical related to the condition of one's soul, heart and mind in life both individually and socially. The making of this expert system is carried out in the following stages: designing a healthy living program on eating rules, so as to create an expert system design with a tracking model with the Fuzzy Logic method. The making of this expert system uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 programming language.
