Abstract

This study investigates the effects of Indonesia Economic growth (IDR exchange rate, Inflation and Gross Domestic Brutto) on Regional economic growth of West Kalimantan (Gross Domestic Regional Brutto). This research use series range data from 2013 to the early 2015. Vector Auto regression (VAR) was used for data analysis. As a result that find Inflation rate and IDR exchange rate have a significant and positive impact to the Gross Domestic Regional Bruto Province of Kalimantan Barat. In other way, Gross Domestic Brutto has not an impact to Gross Domestic Regional Brutto Province of West Kalimantan

Abstract

The title of this research is the analysis of the effect of the cost and the location on the students’ decision to study in Open University (The study conducted on student-UT UPBJJ Pontianak). The background of this research is the declining level of participation of UPBJJ-UT Pontianak students, hence the researchers tried to find whether the cost and location variables affect the level of student participation. Based on this research background, the research problems of this study is to what extent the costs and location influence the student's decision to study at UT in Pontianak UPBJJ either partially or simultaneously. The benefits expected from the findings of this study is to provide information to the unit of work, authors and academics management in decision-making to enhance the student participation as well as a reference for other researchers who also studying the other variables that affect the number of students participation in UPBJJ UT Pontianak. The research method in this study using a survey method in which the population of this study were all students of UPBJJ-UT Pontianak, the sample size of this study were 150 respondents from all existing populations. The results of this study showed that costs affect the student's decision in choosing a lecture at UT UPBJJ Pontianak significantly and for the location variables the influence is not significant, while in simultaneously both variables influence the student's decision significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Sarihusada Generasi Mahardika Di Pontianak. Penelitian ini memakai alat analisis kuantitatif dengan metode statistik deskriptif infresia.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan responden membeli produk susu SGM karena manfaat/fungsinya, untuk kualitas minuman produk SGM untuk anak-anak dinyatakan relatif baik. Untuk desain kemasan dinyatakan menarik dan kemasan yang paling banyak dipilih adalah kemasan kotak.Pilihan rasa dinyatakan bervariasi dan pilihan rasa yang paling banyak dikonsumsi adalah pilihan rasa vanila. Sedangkan label pada kemasan dinyatakan sangat jelas. Responden menyatakan produk SGM memiliki harga yang murah.Untuk kesesuaian antara kualitas dengan harga yang harus dibayar responden berpendapat bahwa relatif cukupsesuai. Sedangkan untuk perbandingan harga antara produk SGM dengan merek lain responden menyatakan lebih murah.Sumber informasi lebih banyak diperoleh dari teman. Untuk informasi yang diperoleh dari pengecer, responden menyatakan relatif banyak.Sedangkan responden menyatakan promosi mempengaruhi pada keputusan pembelian. Responden menyatakan ketersediaan produk susu SGMEksplor Dan Aktif relatif tersedia, sedangkan penyebarannya responden menyatakan merata. Untuk tempat yang paling sering untuk pembelian produk SGM Eksplor dan Aktifadalah supermarket.Alasannya dikarenakan ketersediaan produk terjamin.

The need for an information is the most important thing for everyone to take a decision. Online passport information service system is an application that is based on the thought that a good idea to access the fast service. Someone who needs a passport RI no longer need to waste a lot of time to come to the Immigration office to take care of it. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job stress and organizational commitment to performance in the personnel RSUD Soedarso Pontianak. Independent variables of the study consisted of organizational commitment and job stress, while the dependent variable consisted of the performance of officers. Results of the study, a direct effect of job stress is negative and no significantly related to organizational commitment (p = 0.092 >α = 0.05, β = -0,277). Organizational commitment directly influence a positive and significant effect on the performance of officers as well as dominant (p = 0.035 <α = 0.05, β = 0.362), a direct effect Job Stress is positive but no significant effect on the performance of officers (p = 0.484 >α = 0.050; β = 0.117).
