Abstract

Variables such as the promotion of research that is focused on aspects of inventory using Economic Order Point (EOQ) to form a quantitative description of the research which is the way in research describing the research object as it is. The data source is taken by way of direct communication through an interview with the company's internal parties. While the data reports and other documentation used to complete the data analysis.The study found that the results of calculations using the EOQ method found an efficient supply that is for the type of mineral water gallons in the amount of 1,217 per booking, and the type of bottles of 1500 ml in the amount of  977 per order, with the frequency of purchases optimum mineral water gallons at 149 times per year, or about 12 times per month and type of bottles of 1500 ml of 112 times per year or a total of nine times per month. Use EOQ method can save the cost of supply of mineral water gallon kinds of Rp 537 575, or 9.58%. Sementra for Pasqua types of bottled mineral water in 1500 ml savings of USD 320 600, or 9.29%.

Abstract

Human resources are assets that are very important for the organization or company so the company must be able to develop human resources properly to assist the company in achieving its objectives in accordance with the specified targets. With good human resources, it is expected that companies will be able to optimize and improve the performance of employees. To improve and optimize the performance of employees, companies need to make efforts, such as providing work motivation and employee job satisfaction. This study wants to prove the effect of each variable, namely motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Tour & Travel employees in Pontianak. Based on previous research and linked to supporting theories put forward by experts using the SPSS 21 program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research is associative research. The population in the study was 112 employees taken from 21 Tour & Travel companies in Pontianak City and the entire population was sampled with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This type of research is Causal explanatory is a type of research that aims to determine the pattern of the relationship between variables as hypothesis testing. The data analysis technique used is the technique of data analysis path analysis (Path Analysis). Based on the data processing using path analysis, it is evident that the people, processes and service quality effect on customer value and people, process, service quality and customer value is also positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Prudential Life Assurance Pontianak with customer value as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aim to know factors considered by netizen in Kotamadya Pontianak in doing transaction of e-commerce. This analysis can be finalized by using descriptive analysis and factor analysis. This research entangles the netizen a number of100 mans livinging in Kota Pontianak. Sample is taken at random. This research concludes that out of 14 variables simply there are 10 variables considered by netizen in doing transaction of e-commerce. Result of factor loadings indicates 10 divisible variable become two primary factor.

Abstract

Good corporate governance (GCG) is used by companies to improve the quality of earnings by taking into account the interests of stakeholders are based on the rule of law and norms. System of good corporate governance requires built and executable principles of corporate governance (GCG) in the process of managerial companies. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the principles of good corporate governance at Bank Mandiri are measured using the dimensions of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness in excellent criteria.

Abstract

Compensation and motivational aspects are inseparable in human resource management. Compensation and motivation discount linkages and relationships that influence each other in supporting a person's performance. This study seeks to assess the degree of influence between variable compensation on work motivation on temporary teachers in the District Meliau Sanggau. The main problem of this study is: "How the compensation on work motivation of teachers does not remain in the Meliau District?” The method used is quantitative method. The study population was  temporary teachers in the Meliau district 30 people. Namely data collection techniques using indirect communication, direct communication and observation with data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire, interview and observation. Data were analyzed using regression techniques (correlation causality). Based on the survey results revealed that there is an influence of 0.54, or 29.7% of variable compensation to variable work motivation on temporary teachers in District Meliau. The conclusion from this study is that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected because tcount> t table (3.443> 2.045).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe general objective of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang. The research approach used a descriptive quantitative approach. form of research is simple linear regression. The population in this research are all consumers who have been customers of the Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a type of incidental sampling. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques, and documentation techniques with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documents. Based on the analysis results obtained: The criteria of service quality at the the Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang are sufficient. 2) Customer satisfaction has good criteria. 3) Based on a simple regression test, it is proven that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a determination coefficient of 36.02%.Keywords: Quality, Service, and Satisfaction.ABSTRAKTujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Pasar Intan Lintas Melawi Sintang. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Bentuk penelitiannya adalah regresi linier sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah menjadi pelanggan Pasar Intan Lintas Melawi Sintang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan jenis pengambilan sampel insidental. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan teknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket dan dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh: Kriteria kualitas pelayanan di Pasar Intan Lintas Melawi Sintang sudah cukup. 2) Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki kriteria baik. 3) Berdasarkan uji regresi sederhana terbukti kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan koefisien determinasi 36,02%.Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of Indonesia Economic growth (IDR exchange rate, Inflation and Gross Domestic Brutto) on Regional economic growth of West Kalimantan (Gross Domestic Regional Brutto). This research use series range data from 2013 to the early 2015. Vector Auto regression (VAR) was used for data analysis. As a result that find Inflation rate and IDR exchange rate have a significant and positive impact to the Gross Domestic Regional Bruto Province of Kalimantan Barat. In other way, Gross Domestic Brutto has not an impact to Gross Domestic Regional Brutto Province of West Kalimantan

Abstract

Employee performance for the company as the last measure of the success of a personnel department dam has a strong relationship with the goals and success of a company. With the existence of compensation pemeberian then expected every employee feel satisfied with company kebiajakan and will impact to good work performance also.This study wanted to prove the influence of compensation on employee performance at hotel in ketapang city (Ketapang Kalimantan Barat). Based on previous research and related to the supporting theory put forward by experts by using SPSS 21 program, as a tool of statistical data processing.This type of research is Causal explanatory is a type of research that aims to determine the pattern of relationships between variables as a hypothesis testers. This research was conducted in the town of Ketapang Kalimantan Barat. With some population and 60 hotel employees as sempel in this research with data analysis using simple linear regression analysis technique.Based on the data processing using simple linear regression proved that the variable (X) compensation effect positively and significantly to the variable (Y) Employee performance at the hotel in ketapang city (Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat).

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of company profitability on firm value. Company profitability is measured using the Return on Assets (ROA) approach. Company value is measured using Tobins Q. The research method used is quantitative methods. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the IDX in the basic industry and chemical sector in 2014-2018 consisting of 72 companies with a sample of 42 companies consisting of 240 financial statements. The data collection technique is the study of documentation. The data collection tool in this study is in the form of company financial statement documentation, data processing techniques using a simple regression test obtained regression coefficient value of 0.040, t test based on the calculation results is known t hitung> t tabel or 2.676> 1.969. means Ha is accepted H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between the company's profitability on the value of the company.
