Abstract

Variables such as the promotion of research that is focused on aspects of inventory using Economic Order Point (EOQ) to form a quantitative description of the research which is the way in research describing the research object as it is. The data source is taken by way of direct communication through an interview with the company's internal parties. While the data reports and other documentation used to complete the data analysis.The study found that the results of calculations using the EOQ method found an efficient supply that is for the type of mineral water gallons in the amount of 1,217 per booking, and the type of bottles of 1500 ml in the amount of  977 per order, with the frequency of purchases optimum mineral water gallons at 149 times per year, or about 12 times per month and type of bottles of 1500 ml of 112 times per year or a total of nine times per month. Use EOQ method can save the cost of supply of mineral water gallon kinds of Rp 537 575, or 9.58%. Sementra for Pasqua types of bottled mineral water in 1500 ml savings of USD 320 600, or 9.29%.

Abstract

Tool used to predict the ability of the company at the rate of bankruptcy in order to know the position where the company is located, is in a position to bankruptcy, insolvency or position verge of bankruptcy a safe position. Financial ratios that measure the level of bankruptcy, five of these financial ratios have influence or at least contribute to the prediction model. As for the ratio: the ratio between working capital and total assets; comparison between retained earnings and total assets; the ratio between earnings before interest and tax and total assets; the ratio between shareholders' equity and total liabilities; as well as the comparison between sales and total assets. Each of these ratios has a constant value or parameter.

Abstract

the company's financial performance is based on assessment of the health of BUMN that are in sound classification (AA). Analysis of company performance based on standard productivity votes BUMN according to the Decree of the Minister of Finance (No. 826 / KMK.123 / 1992 dated July 24, 1992), found on the tendency of each acquisition ratio of the company is healthy. The dominant factors affecting the company's financial performance is a high quick ratio sehingg not optimal to generate profits, a fairly high debt raises the risk of the operating profit, and sales volumes seen from the company's low turnover low.

Abstract

According to Law 2 of 1992 on Insurance Business, insurance or coverage is an agreement between two or more parties, with which the parties committed themselves to the insured person, by accepting insurance premiums, to reimburse the insured for loss, damage, or loss of profits expected, or legal liability to third parties which may be suffered by the insured, arising from an uncertain events, or to provide a payment based on death or life of an insured person. Based on this research, simultaneously (Test F) accept the hypothesis, thus the variable quality of service a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While partially (t test) accept the hypothesis for the Realiability and Responsiveness an significant effect on customer satisfaction. Onather variable has no effect on customer satisfaction are Tangibles, Assurance and Empathy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strength of the brand Yamaha Jupiter MX when viewed from the aspect of advantages and disadvantages which become the basis of the formation of a community of users. To answer the research question, used qualitative analysis techniques, which collects information from informants that members of the community Jupiter MX, then the results are summarized in a complete accurate. The determination is based on the speaker or respondent snowball sampling method, if after the interview, the initial group is asked to appoint another person to be interviewed. Then, new to the respondents, the researchers also ask another name that .fits into the target. With this technique will produce a relatively homogeneous sample, because respondents tend to appoint people who have the same characteristics with them.The study concluded that the strength of the brand Yamaha Jupiter MX is already well marked by numerous communities popping its kind in the real world or in cyberspace. Of these communities can be assembled several advantages and disadvantages Yamaha Jupiter MX which can later be used as additional information for the Yamaha factory.

Abstract

The method used is explanatory research and associative. Study population so that the same number of samples, a total of 107 respondents. Measurement data using a Likert scale, the data is processed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, simultaneously (Test F) accept the hypothesis of the influence of variable compensation and leadership simultaneously towards employee motivation. Determinansi amounted for 34.0% (R2) can be explained by the model, with the remaining 66% are influenced by other factors outside the research model. Dominance partially on work motivation in a row is a variable compensation and a variable leadership. Furthermore, the effect of motivation on the performance of significant influence by determinansi by 10.8%
