Abstract

This study aimed to know the influence of celebrity's endorsment and word of mouth to the decision of the national watch films partially or simultaneously. The preparation of this study using a quantitative approach. based on the nature of this research is a form of associative research with this type of causal relationship. Based on the data obtained, this study is a kind of field research (field research). The study population was moviegoers NSC Sun City Mall Madiun, sample taken 340 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Instrument research on the validity and reliability by looking at the corrected item total correlation and cronbanch's alpha and all declared valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques used in this study by using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression.The results showed that the celebrity's endorsment and word of mouth significant effect partially and simultaneously to the national decision at the cinema watching a movie NSC Sun City Mall Madiun. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the the effect of celebrity's endorsment and word of mouth to the decision of the national movie in this study explained 51% and the rest is explained factors outside the model.

Abstract

The strategic role of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the midst of a national economic life, a fact that can not be denied any longer. The strategic role is primarily related to the amount, distribution and potential. In addition to being the life expectancy for most people of Indonesia, KUKM also capable of absorbing high enough jobs. The problem that arises is the need for internal control in a company. SAK ETAP expected use of small, medium, able to prepare its financial statements to obtain funds for business development. To achieve these objectives, the required system, particularly in securing wealth, maintain accuracy and to what extent the reliability of accounting data in the cooperative.The research method is done by collecting data used questionnaire method. The questionnaire was given to the cooperative supervisors each, totaling 91 supervisors of cooperatives in all cooperatives in the city of Semarang. Data were analyzed using SPSS.Results of this research are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between the independence of the internal control supervisors, so that if the independence of the supervisory increase the cooperative's internal control will also increasingly baik. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the competence of the internal control, so that when supervisory competence increases, the internal control co-operatives will also be baik. 3) There is no influence of the scope of work on internal control. The level of complexity of the scope of the labor inspectors are not always followed by the low height of the internal control cooperatives. 4) There is a positive and significant influence between accounting information system of internal control, so that when the accounting information system of internal control, the better the cooperative will also be better

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and communication on employee performance with intellectual intelligence as a moderating variable. So it can be analyzed whether the intellectual intelligence variable can serve as moderating to the performance of employees.Variables in this study consisted of five variables where in the first stage of competence, motivation and communication variables become independent variables while employee performance becomes dependent variable. Then in the second stage the three independent variables are modified with intellectual  intelligence variables.Techniques of collecting research data by spreading questionnaires on employees of state-owned companies in Semarang City. The number of samples in this study amounted to 195 people. Analyzer used in this research is doubled linear regression, while to test the moderation variable by using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis).

Abstract

The development of tourism in an area brings the impact of benefits to society economically and socially and culturally. Rembang Regency has many attractions including attractions Dampo Awang Beach. It takes a proper strategy in influencing tourists interest to the attractions of Dampo Awang Beach. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that conducts assessment on alternative strategy of planning and development of Dampo Awang Beach attraction based on internal and external factor analysis. Population in this research is visitor of Dampo Awang Beach tourism object with research method with SWOT analysis approach. The results of this study are internal and external factors affect the level of visits on the attraction of Dampo Awang Beach is very large. SWOT analysis is a planning and development strategy that can be applied to the attractions of Dampo Awang Beach

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direction of empirical about the influence of leverage level on company performance. By using sample of companies engaged in food and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2013. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression technique. Secondary data is obtained from Indonesi Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and annual reporting company taken samples for three years, issued by BEI. Two variables were used in this research to analyze leverage level: Debt Ratio (DR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE) to analyze company performance. The results of this study indicate that the use of debt affects the performance of the company, so the company should consider the level of leverage

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Organization Commitment and Job Satisfaction on OCB. The data used in this study was primary data obtained from questionnaires. Total samples were 63 respondents who constituted the entirety of the population of Consultant Office Manajemen Rizqi (Tax and Management Consultant) so it used census samples. The analysis technique used was multiple regression method and hypothesis testing using F test and t test. The results showed that variable Organization Commitment had positive and significant effect on OCB. Variable Job Satisfaction had positive and significant effect on OCB. And the variable that had the most dominant effect on OCB was variable Organization Commitment. From this study it obtained R2 value of 0.429, meaning that 42,9% of OCB variable could be explained by independent variable.The remaining 57,10% were explained by other variables outside the research

Abstract

Compensation and working discipline is important relationships in employee performance, compensation will encourage employees to work better and work discipline that will produce good work also in improving employee performance. This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation and working discipline to employees performance at PT.Sony Mobile Indonesia Semarang branch.The population of this study were 65 respondents and sample research that all of the population of 65 respondents. So this research is called the study population or census study. The variables in this study is divided into two variables, independent variables and the dependent variable. The independent variables consist of compensation and working discipline, and the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Data collection method used is using a questionnaire method. Data analysis tools used include validity, reliability test, t-test, f, and the coefficient of determination.The results showed that the partial (people) there is a positive and significant influence between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y); partially (people) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). The test results showed that the variable compensation (X1), and discipline (X2) simultaneously (together) a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y).
