Abstract

Training programs is short and long-term training programs. This is a program that has been implemented by AT Papua Police Detachment 88, and can run properly. Although sometimes have experienced systematic problems in terms of funding and location of the easternmost region of Indonesia. Training of personnel is very influential on the performance of AT Papua Police Detachment 88, the data on the effect of training on performance as contained in the table are cumulative data of respondents who found the answer 73% of the samples taken were 30 personnel, who said the training is very influential. In terms of discipline, achievement, and work ethic, and training considered to be very effective to be used as benchmarks for Detachment 88 AT specifically in relation to the duties and functions of AT Detachment 88 police jurisdictions in the area of Papua.

Abstract

Changes in banking profits in the referene to find business prospects in the future. Loan to deposit ratio is a variable that is unique in affecting change in earnings. The uniqueness of the results of different studies show, that there was a significant positive effect or which have significant negative effects. Net interest margin included in the study to reinforce the influence loan to deposit ratio to changes in earnings. The study was conducted on a Devisa bank registered in Indonesian Bank 2006-2009 period by taking a sample of 26 foreign banks. Data collection methods used are literature and documentation. Analysis of data using techniques of data normality test, the deviation of classical assumptions, test moderation regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS. The results showed that the Loan to Deposit Ratio did not prove a negative and significant impact on profit of changes in foreign exchange bank in Indonesia. Net interest variables can not strengthen the influence of a variable loan to deposit ratio to changes in earnings on bank foreign exchange bank in Indonesia.

Abstract

The principal purpose of the present paper is to investigate the association between the efficiency of value added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) by the major components of a manufacture enterprise resource base {employee capital (CEE), human capital (HCE) and structural capital (SCE)} and ROA as dimension of manufacture enterprise financial performance. The traditional dimension of financial performance is profitability and market valuation. The study used 32 manufacture enterprises data drawn from Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) reporting period 2008-2010. The paper used two models to testing, the first between the Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) as the efficiency measure of three intellectual capital components and financial performance. The second model explores the relation between every intellectual capital variables as independent variables and market valuation. The result is VAIC have relation with financial performance, but have’nt relation with market valuation.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to know factors which influence company value with modal structure as the mediation on Development Property companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis method which will be used is Quantitative method by using Path Analysis with the help of SPSS ver.17. The results gained from the research showed that the Profitability factor didn’t have any influence on company value since the significant value is just 0.276, bigger than 0.05 and t-count value 1.110, less than t-table(2.045). Meanwhile, other factors like assets structure, Sales growth and Financial risk influenced the company significantly. It can be shown on t-count value from each of those factors (6.234, 2.351, and 2.461) which were bigger than t-table on alpha level 5% which is 2.045. By including Modal Structure as mediation variable, we gained a result that high modal structure is able to strengthen or moderate the influence of those factors on company values. From the research results, it is suggested that ; Firstly, If the company’s goal is improving the company value then the optimum modal structure deciding process has to be strived correctly. Secondly, Some factors, like Assets structure, Sales growth and Financial risk, are important to be paid attention on company values improvement efforts. And Lastly, for stockholder’s wealth, company value improvement is more important than profit improvement.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to prove the influence of work surroundings and leadership style toward work motivation and the implication toward employee work in Semarang STIMART-AMNI college. To do this research, it will be needed the theory related to the definition of human resources management, the definition of work surroundings, surroundings factors, the definition of work and work system. The location of this research is in Semarang STIMART-AMNI College. The method done to collect sample is sensus, which all population become sample because the population is less than 100. The sample of total is 65 people. Data analysis used is the experiment of validity, reliability, and bifilar regression, and also simple regression. The result oh the study can be concluded that variable used together in this research, those are work surroundings and leadership style, give the influence toward employee work motivation. Next, simple motivation variable simple can influence the work system of the employee in Semarang STIMART-AMNI College.

Abstract

This research investigate the Weekend Effect Phenomena that explain stock price inclined rise on Friday and declined on Monday. Then, this research investigate the analysis of Weekend Effect toward stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange that purpose to analyze the difference of stock return on Friday and Monday.The population is Stock registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange, and sample is: IHSG and LQ45 Index in Jan 2010 to Des 2011. Dependen Variable is Stock Return and Independen Variable is Weekend Effect which trade on Friday and Monday. Data used in this study is secondary data from ISX, that is IHSG and LQ45 Index.This study show that there is no difference on Stock Return on Friday and Monday on IHSG and LQ45 Index. This prove by significancy value of IHSG 0,658 > 0,05 and LQ45 Index 0,560 > 0,05.

Abstract

The objective of this research seemed to examine whether the variable of occupational and arganizational characteristics simultaneously (collectively) and partially (individually) influenced the job satisfaction of auditor at public accountant office in Semarang. The type of this reseach was explanatory research. The population and samples were 117 auditors at 18 public accountant offices in Semarang. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression. The results of simultaneous analysis (F-test) indicated that the variables of accupational characteristic (X1) and organizational characteristic (X2) had significant influence to the job satisfaction of auditor at accountant office in Semarang city with significance rate 0.000. Meanwhile, the partial analysis (t-test) showed that the variable of occupational characteristic (X1) had significant influence to the job satisfaction of auditor with significance rate 0.000, while organizational characteristic (X2) did not have significant influence to the job satisfaction of auditor with significance rate 0.854.
