Abstract

Tourists who visit the city of Pekanbaru not only come from within the country, but also from abroad. To provide services to people inside and outside Pekanbaru City, the Pekanbaru City Tourism Office currently has an official website as a medium to convey information about tourist attractions in Pekanbaru City. On the website, there is already a list of tourist attractions in the city of Pekanbaru. This research will develop applications that can be used by tourists who will visit tourist attractions in Pekanbaru City. Applications developed based on Android will provide recommendations for tourist attractions that are around application users by utilizing the Location Based Service feature. The application will also be equipped with a map and use the BellmanFord algorithm to get the shortest route to that location. It is hoped that the application generated from this research can be used as an alternative media that can be used by the Pekanbaru City Tourism Office in order to provide the best service for people inside and outside Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

The report from Riskesdas shows that there is a 2x increase in diabetes every year in Indonesia. This is due to an increase in factors such as human population, age, obesity, irregular eating patterns and lack of physical activity. The increase in a factor that causes diabetes in Indonesia must be prevented. The first step in preventing diabetes is to detect the risk factors for diabetes that may occur. Influencing factors include behavioral factors and sociodemographic factors The increase in diabetes in a country is due to late identified factors. The number of factors that are collected in order to detect whether a person has diabetes or not requires a fairly large data processing system. The data used in this study are diabetes data obtained from the Pima Indian Diabetes Database with attributes of pregnant, glucose, diastolic, triceps, insulin, BMI, history of diabetes, age and 300 data output. The Naive Bayes Classifier method can be used to classify diabetes in women based on pregnant, glucose, diastolic, triceps, insulin, BMI, history of diabetes, age and output. The accuracy result of the Naive Bayes Classifier method in classifying diabetes in women is 84% of 300 data which is divided into 2, namely 275 data as training data and 25 data as test data.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, especially in Indonesia, information is more easily obtained through online media. Therefore, the dissemination of information in online media becomes uncontrollable and a lot of information is not in accordance with the facts or can be said to be a hoax. Readers should be more careful when reading news headlines to avoid hoaxes. The purpose of this research is to find out how to apply the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm in classifying news including hoaxes or not hoaxes. In the process, the classification of hoaxes or non-hoaxes uses the KDD method in text mining and goes through several stages, namely preprocessing, word weighting with TF-IDF and classification using the KNN algorithm. There are 3 scenarios in the data split process, namely 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30. Evaluation is done by using a confusion matrix. The results of this study obtained the highest accuracy of 93.33% with a k value of 3 in the 90:10 scenario. So, the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is suitable for classifying hoax news titles.

Abstract

The new student admission system that uses the K-Means algorithm data grouping is the simplest clustering pattern compared to other algorithms. This algorithm is one of the data mining. K-Means groups them into several clusters that have similarities and separates each cluster based on the differences between each cluster.The research of the K-Means Clustering algorithm aims to minimize the functions set during the Clustering process.The implementation of the K-Means Clustering algorithm into the clustering information system provides the results of an effective data grouping classification and the process of each literacy rotation of the Centroid distance, the determination of the Cluster point is formed, student data as a reference object saves more time on clustering the superior class. The application of this web-based clustering information system results in more flexible information that can be accessed at any time by users who are given access rights to utilize the data. The application of the K-Means Clustering Algorithm to get the results of the Superior Class clarification requires an information system implementation to form 3 clusters for each class, namely M1, M2 and M3. M1 as a high score with a criterion value of 85 to 100, M2 as a medium value with a criterion value of 75 to 80 and M3 as a low value with a criterion value of 10 to 70.

Abstract

Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a deep learning algorithm which is the development of Multilayer Perception (MLP) which is designed to process data in two-dimensional form. At the stage of making the system there are several stages including sample data, data sources and data analysis methods. The dataset that is processed is the Badminton Technique, namely the Forehand Technique which consists of 374 images, the Service Technique consisting of 369 images and the smash technique consisting of 420 images with outliers of 146 images. After the data is cleaned of outliers, bootrapping is carried out again to unite all data from each separate class into one again. The results of this study say that the Classification of Badminton Techniques Based on Pose with Convolutional Neural Networks, it can be concluded that the process of testing pose classification with test data using several methods such as logistic regression, random forest, and KNN produces significant accuracy. values ranging from 80% to 90%.

Abstract

Belik Subdistrict Agricultural Extension Center (BPP Belik) is a government extension agency that fosters farmers in Belik village. Every month at BPP Belik many activities are carried out. Both indoor activities and outdoor activities. The PPL (Field Agricultural Extension) officers provide a lot of training and coaching to farmers in Belik Village. However, the involvement of the participating farmers is still very limited, considering that BPP Belik has very limited funds and time. This makes information not spread evenly to farmers in Belik Village. Dissemination of information in the form of training or articles evenly will certainly increase agricultural production. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to have a new information system, namely the creation of a website profile of the Belik District Agricultural Extension Center as an effort to provide alternative solutions for PPLs in disseminating information to farmers. The development of information systems on the website profile of the Belik District Agricultural Extension Center is using the waterfall method. Which consists of the analysis process, system design, design and implementation. The data analysis stage was obtained from interviews. Creating a website profile for BPP Belik agencies using the PHP programming language and MySql database. As well as using the php Codeigniter framework. The system trial on the BPP Belik Agency profile website is using the black box method. This test was carried out by 2 admins and writers at BPP Belik. The tests carried out are testing the appearance / user interface on the admin page and on the main page of the website.

Abstract

The existence of suppliers or suppliers plays an important role in the availability of raw materials for the ongoing production activities of a company. The role of suppliers is very vital in a company, so suppliers must maintain the availability of goods so that company activities can run smoothly. PT. Dutamasindo Labora Jaya is a company engaged in logistics and distribution. Companies are required to provide the best service to customers so that the company's performance remains stable and of course it is expected to increase as announced by the management. PT. Dutamasindo Labora Jaya is required to cooperate with many supplier companies to meet the company's operational needs. The problem faced by the company is the difficulty of determining which supplier has good performance in terms of delivery time, quality and quantity so that the company can prioritize these suppliers in meeting the raw materials needed. In this study, the author will implement a decision support system for selecting the best supplier using the simple additive weighting method.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a population service information system that currently running on the RW 009  Bojong Pondok Terong Village Cipayung District Depok, from manual to based computer. In addition, this research also aims to design a population service information system at the RW 009  Bojong Pondok Terong Village Cipayung District Depok to be able to overcome the problems in data storage, be more effective in making reports, and so that data is not easily lost. The time research was carried out starting from March until July 2022. This research uses a qualitative approach by developing a system using the waterfall method. The result of this research is the application that the researcher made can make it easier to manage data in the database RW 009 Bojong Pondok Terong Village Cipayung District Depok because it is computerized and easy to use. With the application that the researcher made, the data of the residents of RW 009 Bojong Pondok Terong Village Cipayung District Depok is safer because it no longer uses paper media so there is no more risk of paper loss or tearing.

Abstract

E-Open application user satisfaction is a level where the needs, desires and expectations of E-Open application users can be met which results in people using E-Open applications for administrative purposes in the village. The warrior village is one of the villages in the Medan Satria sub-district, Bekasi. There are many things that must be considered in using the E-Open application, namely by providing something that is in accordance with the needs of the warrior village community. Based on these problems, the researchers found that the suitability of the E-Open application with administrative activities in the urban village would make it easier to provide services to the warrior village. Sources of data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to people who had used the E-Open application in the warrior village to 101 people. The attributes used as parameters for evaluating the satisfaction of E-Open application users include: gender, age, occupation, E-Open Usability Level, E-Open Application Image, E-Open Service Quality, E-Open User Quality. The results of processing the C4.5 method using a decision tree after determining the Entropy and Gain. The model that has been formed is tested for accuracy by entering the initial data. For the value of user satisfaction of the E-Open application.

Abstract

The research is to analyze the coverage area of ​​the 4G LTE network of telecommunications operators Telkomsel, XL Axiata, and Indosat Ooredo in Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The information obtained by the result of this research is expected to be useful for the public to determine and choose a telecommunications operator that has the widest coverage area and is a catalyst for improvement for telecommunications operators whose coverage area is not yet wide. This study will analyze the parameters of the 4G LTE network coverage area, namely: Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) and Signal to Noise Ratio (SINR), on the 4G LTE network. The aim of this study to analyze the coverage area of ​​the 4G LTE network of Telkomsel, XL Axiata and Indosat Ooredoo in Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province using the G-NetTrack Pro application. The study was conducted in 9 villages/kelurahan in Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin District, South Sumatra Province. The results of the measurement of the coverage area parameters using the G-NetTrack Pro software were then analyzed statistically with the Single Factor Analysis of Variance. The results of the study, that  find RSRP and SINR parameters for cellular operators Telkomsel, XL Axiata, and Indosat Ooredoo, it was found that statistically the RSRP value between operators was not significantly different, which means that the RSRP values ​​for Telkomsel, XL Axiata, and Indosat Ooredoo were considered the same and the SINR parameter for operators Telkomsel, XL Axiata, and Indosat Ooredoo are statistically different where the SINR value of Telkomsel is the highest, followed by Indosat Ooredo at position number 2, and XL Axiata at position 3.
