Abstract

Pariwisata adalah sektor industri penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan dapat dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan potensi yang dimiliki. Pembangunan pariwisata di Indonesia terus diupayakan termasuk pengembangan desa wisata karena dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat dan sekitarnya. Salah satu desa wisata yang berpotensi adalah Desa Bugisan yang berada di Klaten. Wilayahnya berada di perbatasan Klaten dan Sleman sangat strategis karena terdapat Candi Prambanan dan Candi Plaosan. Desa Bugisan memiliki potensi wisata namun belum terkelola secara optimal karena keterbatasan SDM. Pengurus pengelolaan desa wisata (Pokdarwis) berjumlah sangat terbatas, karena sebagian besar memiliki kesibukan atau pekerjaan lainnya, sehingga sering kesulitan dalam mencari ide, solusi, dan inovasi. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di Desa Wisata Bugisan terlihat pada aspek keorganisasian. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah sosialisai mengenai sadar wisata dan pelatihan pengelolaan organisasi Pokdarwis. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: a) persiapan (penggalian informasi, penetapan materi dan peserta), b) pelaksanaan (sosialisasi, pre-test, pelatihan, dan post-test), dan c) evaluasi dan pelaporan. Dengan adanya pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, pengurus Pokdarwis Candi Kembar memperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan perannya dalam menggerakkan masyarakat mengembangkan kegiatan pariwisata di Desa Bugisan.   Abstract: Tourism is an important industry sector in economic development and can be developed by employing its potential. Tourism development in Indonesia continues to be carried out, including the development of tourism villages, because it can increase the economic growth of the community and its surroundings. One of the tourist villages that has the potential is Bugisan Village in Klaten. Its area on the border of Klaten and Sleman is very strategic because there are Prambanan Temples and Plaosan Temples. Bugisan Village has tourism potential but has not been optimally managed due to limited human resources. The number of tourism village management committees (Pokdarwis) is very limited because most of them have other activities or occupations, so they often have difficulty finding ideas, solutions, and innovations. The problems found in the Bugisan Tourism Village are seen in the organizational aspect. The solution taken is the socialization regarding tourism awareness and the training in managing the Pokdarwis organization. The following activities were carried out: a) preparation (gathering information, determining material and participants), b) implementation (socialization, pre-test, training, and post-test), and c) evaluation and reporting. With the implementation of these activities, the management of Pokdarwis Candi Kembar gained more knowledge and skills so that they could optimize their roles in mobilizing the community to develop tourism activities in Bugisan Village.

Abstract

The aim of this article is the assistance of education training in digital media to increase skills in the management of traditional snack promotions through Instagram, fan pages, and graphic design to impact financial markets' income or profitability for the community at Payungi (Pasar Yosomulyo Payungi). The researchers used ABCD (Asset Based Community) Method to maximize the potential assets, which includes individual assets, communities, infrastructure, and community. The result showed that the economy of the residents around Payungi was assisted and impacted new jobs and good relationships among stakeholders. The economy of the people around Payungi is helped, new jobs appear, and the relationships built within them support each other. They no longer need each other but are mutually beneficial. Other results show that the community can access information from competent sources, the audience gets interesting material, the resource persons get an instant and massive audience, and traders have greater opportunities because buyers gather in one location.
