“Be careful you know, it’s not safe out there lately”. Such sentences are often heard lately in urban societies. In big cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Medan and Surabaya more and more crimes occurred every day not only in terms of quantity but also offenders’ characteristics (male and female, adults and children), methods, and motivations. What is wrong? One undeniable thing, however, is that the hazardous circumstances will further lead to reactions in the society
