Abstract

At this time in the rapid development of technology, there must be advantages and disadvantages of a system or technology that was created. Within the scope of the website, there are also many security holes that irresponsible parties can enter. The state of the website at the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology, both University and Faculty websites, already uses Hypertext Transfers Protocol Secure (HTTPS). This study used the Information System Security Assessment Framework (ISSAF) and Open Web Application Project (OWASP) frameworks with the Penetration Testing method. This study aims to determine vulnerabilities on the website s1if.ittelkom-pwt.ac.id. The result of performing vulnerabilities is several vulnerabilities to the Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP) Informatics Study Program website, including not updating jquery on the ITTP website. Ten tests have been carried out, five tests using ISSAF and five tests using OWSP version 4. When performing vulnerabilities in the ISSAF framework, found robots files.txt on the S1 Informatics website which is quite crucial for s1if.ittelkom-pwt.ac.id website which contains an exploitable sitemap.

Abstract

International security studies have developed and expanded from the scope and actors involved. The emergence of new threats, such as the spread of disease, requires the state to shift the referent object of security to focus on the individual. The Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) phenomenon is a new thing that requires a quick response from the state and local governments. This response is needed to suppress the resulting impact so that it does not grow and spread to various fields. This study aims to assess the implementation of the Makassar Recover policy to handle COVID-19 through the Human Security Concept. It starts by comparing several state policies and more specifically looking at local government policies in Indonesia in dealing with the COVID-19 phenomenon. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and interviews with several parties related to the COVID-19 phenomenon. The approach used is the concept of Human Security to measure the form of secured threats and objects. The study results that the implementation of the Makassar Recover policy has a dilemma in determining the priority of objects that should be secured. In the case of the COVID-19 phenomenon, it is still difficult for central and regional government policies to determine policy priorities that are directed at the economy or health sector. In this study, the results are that the Makassar Recover Policy should be implemented in stages. The health security sectors should be the priority, not economic security. Because the COVID-19 phenomenon has an existential threat to health security, economic security is still at the stage of vulnerability

Abstract

The Frogman Forces Command or Kopaska (Komando Pasukan Katak) is one of the special forces owned by the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL). Kopaska unit often carries out covert operations such as Amphibious Operations, Special Operations, and other supports to expedite Indonesian Navy operations. To support the implementation of these tasks, the Kopaska unit needs to be equipped with special equipment to carry out operational tasks. Currently, the Kopaska unit does not yet have a weapon mount that can be controlled remotely. This study proposes a multivariance weapon wireless system control that is designed to be used remotely by using a mobile application through the internet. A Multivariance Mount Weapon Wireless System Control was designed using the Kansei Engineering method to provide alternative tools to support Kopaska tasks more effectively and efficiently and be able to minimize material and personnel losses. The average value of the level of user satisfaction with the tool design has reached a fairly good position, namely 3.17 from the initial value of 1.36 (scale 1 to 4), so this new product is ready as an alternative to be produced.
