Abstract

Many people using vehicles such as cars, with different types, brands, and price of the car.Many people use the increasingly rapid development of technology to make the presentation of information can be done easily, quickly and efficiently. In the Bintang Showroom Auto current process of information services at Bintang Auto Showroom still using print media such as advertisements in newspapers and leaflets brochures, this is less efficient due to the additional cost. This is exactly what underlies doing research on Bintang Auto Showroom. In conducting the study, the authors used several research methodology, including. Media was built with support information using the programming language HTML, PHP, CSS, Java Script, Framewrok Bootstrap, Xampp as web servers, and My SQL as the database processing. Further media information that has been built is expected to further assist Bintang Auto Showroom car in conveying information to consumers, such as stock information automobile, car prices, car loans and simulation

Abstract

Application which is a computer program that made to do and implement a special assignment from users, in which the application can be used many people to ease in the daily. in STMIK Nurdin Hamzah contract lecture is still classified as manual, especially student who have to write the registration form study as many as three sheets of in accordance with the subjects that will taken, that calls for more of the time and energy. This is exactly the foundation for a review what do research on STMIK Nurdin Hamzah. In conducting the study, the authors using some of the research methodology, including field research, to the library and laboratory. This application was built with support for Visual Basic 2013, Crystal Report 13 as well as additional libraries are required. Furthermore, the application that has been built is expected to be more helpful STMIK Nurdin Hamzah in contracting lectures, such as the students taking the course. From the results of this study concluded contract applications lectures pas STMIK Nurdin Hamzah were made with the aim of helping STMIK Nurdin Hamzah in data processing of the contract relating to the students, and the application is built with support for Visual Basic 2013, Crystal Report 13 as well as additional libraries are required.

Abstract

The management of newborn medical records in hospitals has an important role in generating birth history information, identification of infants and the condition of the baby when born. Panti Waluyo Hospital Surakarta is one of the hospitals that became the reference of labor in the city of Surakarta. Recording of medical records of infant identification and perinatology assessment is still done manually and constrained record quality on the form that causes the reduced value of information from newborns. It is therefore necessary to establish a newborn medical record management software covering infant identification, perinatological assessment and birth certificate to support the accuracy and speed of management of newborn data. This research method includes problem identification, data collection and software development. Software development methods using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) include Project Identification and Selection, Initiation and Project Planning, Design Stage, Implementation, and Maintenance. This research produces newborn medical record management software consisting of patient data, paramedical data, ward data, diagnostic data, medical action data, infant identification data management, perinatalogi assessment data management and birth certificate. The conclusion of this research is the software has been able to perform data management of newborn medical record, especially baby identification, perinatology and birth certificate quickly and accurately so as to facilitate medical record unit to manage infant birth data information in order to support optimal medical recorder service. Abstract

BPHTB or duty on the acquisition of land and building rights are taxes imposed on the acquisition of land and building rights. Acquisition of rights to land and buildings is a legal act or event resulting in the acquisition or possession of rights to land and buildings by private individuals or entities. The purpose of this research is to know the process that occurred at BPHTB Kab. Muaro Jambi. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with data acquisition technique that is survey, interview, documentation and literature study. The results obtained in the analysis then used as a reference in the design and construction BPHTB application Kab. Muaro Jambi web-based. Contribution generated from the built program is expected to create administration BPHTB Kab. Muaro Jambi is regular and compatible so it can increase local revenue

Abstract

SD Negeri I / IV Kota Jambi is one of the favorite elementary schools in Jambi City. In order to improve the quality of education services to students, the school regularly evaluates the performance of teachers and employees. Assessment is done by measuring the performance of each teacher and employees in carrying out their duties and obligations, in accordance with existing competencies. During this time, the implementation of teacher performance evaluation in SD Negeri I / IV of Kota Jambi is done using form sheets that filled manually. The decision support system with the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is built to assist the school in determining the performance appraisal of teachers and employees effectively and efficiently. There are 10 criteria used in the assessment (C1-C10) with a weight of importance level of 1 to 5. The ranking is done by looking at the preference values ​​of each alternative (ie teachers and employees). This decision support system is built on the web using PHP programming language with SQLYog database. The application of decision support system is expected to help the school to assess the performance of employees and teachers more efficiently.

Abstract

XYZ Bank is one of the financial institutions in Indonesia that provide financial services in the form of payments on credit / installments and has several procedures and requirements that must be met by prospective customers. As an effort to improve bank profitability and efficiency and effectiveness of work it is necessary to do proper financing management. One alternative financing solution is to use the  Decision Support System based applications that can provide creditworthiness decisions. The Decision Support System is built using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where this method that can solve the problem with the compound criteria and details, in a comprehensive framework of thinking with consideration of hierarchy process which then performed the calculation of weights for each of the criteria in determines credit eligibility. Based on the results of the test program shows that this decision support system has been able to determine the creditworthiness of customers well.

Abstract

From background found in SMK Prasasti Karang Berahi Kota Jambi in the application of inventory data processing is still relatively simple, inventory data inventory practice equipment done manually by writing / note on the agenda book and some enter data is done by using microsoft office application. To help these activities need to be created or designed a program or application that can be used together and able to run on all computers that are installed software browsing. Application Data Processing Inventory Equipment Practice is built using a web-based technology with PHP scripting language, MySQL database, and Freamwork. With the implementation of the Inventory Data Processing Applications that are web based in this SMK Prasasti Karang Berahi so that it affects the school, and so forth and helps administrative data collection staff in delivering the inventory of practice equipment ofline and online because the data presented quickly

Abstract

Informatics Engineering is one of the department  at STMIK Nurdin Hamzah, Jambi which was opened since 2002. According to data from the academic division STMIK Nurdin Hamzah, until 2012, Prodi Informatics Engineering has graduated 735 colleger. However, the alumni data processing has not been done optimally. The purpose of this research is to make alumni website to facilitate the alumni of Informatics Engineering Department to tie the ropes of brotherhood and sharing information and job vacancy after graduated.  This system is done by design that includes database design and interface. Programming language used to create web-based applications, while to create a website using PHP programming language and using MySQL as database.

Abstract

The parking process at STMIK NH Jambi is still done manually which is only supervised by the security guard on duty at that time, so there is still a weakness in terms of security where the security guard can not control the vehicle in and out during the hours of duty. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based program, especially to facilitate the management of two-wheel parking, data collection and supervision, using the programming language PHP, Bootstrap¸framework CodeIgniter, and PHP Myadmin as a database. The methodology used in this study is directed object, which is poured using UML (Unified Modeling Language) that is Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram and designing data structure. The results of this parking application processing application is expected to provide ease and safety in the parking process. It can be concluded that this vehicle parking processing application can assist in the issue of incoming and outgoing vehicle governance in detail with clear reports.

Abstract

Abstrak - Desa Lambur Luar Office is a government institution that serves the community in various needs. One of them is data collection of population, death data, birth data, and processing in the form of monthly report. In the data processing there is still information that can be accessed by data, which amounts altogether, because the number of heads of household in one house, so when the population data is often error, besides the data processing of population in Desa Lambur Luar also still using manual system, the data is still stored in the books agenda. To overcome these problems then needed a web-based information system applications so that data does not have a long time in search data, and easily find information that live in every home residents and the location of each homes residence by determining the cobalt point that can be seen through google maps.
