Abstract

This study aims to decrypt: 1) Strategic planning of school work program to improve the quality of education in school. 2) Implementation of the work plan in school, 3) evaluation andsupervision of school work plan. Research conducted using qualitative description. Activity was collected using the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on research, it can be concluded in school has conducted planning school work optimally in terms of both thesteps of planning work program, the implementation of the work plan of the school as well as the evaluation and supervision of school work plan to be comprehensive, objective, responsible and sustainable, as well as disseminated to all teachers and education personnel.Keywords: strategy, principal, quality education

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the principal’s management in developing the discipline of teachers in Public Vocational High School 1 in of Ketahun. The subyect of thisresearch was the principal in Public Vocational High School. The method was designed as descripte qualitative method.The data collecting technique were interview, observation, anddocumentation. The resuls of this research showed that the schools principal’s management on the teachers’ dicipline has been done well and systematic.Keywords: management, principal, discipline, teacher

Abstract

The purpose of the research to evaluate the performance of certified teacher’s educator. The subject of this research was the teachers who has certified teacher’s educator in Muhammadiyah Senior High School Number 4 Bengkulu City. The technique of collecting data was interview, observation, and study documentation. Technique of analyze data was qualitativeand quantitative. such as reduction of, display data, and got conclusion or verification, so that can be seen teacher performance who has certified teacher’s educator in Muhammadiyah Senior High School Number 4 Bengkulu City and also follow-up toward that result. The Result is good Based on this research, can be concluded that the performance of teacher’s has reached suitable result.Keyword: performance, certified teacher’s educator.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out whether of the monitoring by the performance of teachers, determine the relationship of compensation to the performance ofteachers, and determine the relationship of supervision and compensation along with teacher performance. The samples of the study were 33 respondents in high school state 1 Ketahun and teacher as the population of this study. The method of this study was descriptive Correlation. The results of this study showed that (1) there is a positive correlation between the control (X1) with the performance of teachers (Y); (2) there is a positive correlation between compensation (X2) andteacher performance (Y); and (3) there is a positive correlation between the control (X1) and compensation (X2) together with the teacher's performance (Y).Keywords: supervision, compensation, performance of teachers

Abstract

The Academik Supervision of the Headmaster (Qualitatif Deskriptif Study in public junior legent school 1 in Ketahun North Bengkulu). The purpose of this research is to describe theplanning implementation, evaluation and following up the Academic Supervision of principals. The method ofthis research was a describtive qualitatif study. The result of this research showed that 1) The planing was by arranging the supervision program: 2) The Implementation was by meeting teachers, visiting class, individual dialogue; 3) The evaluation was done by the meeting in the last semester in order to know the teacher competence; 4) The following up was done to know the changing the teacher attitude toward the teachers professionalKeywords: academic supervision, evaluation, teacher
