Abstract

The general objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between headmasterleadership style and organization climate to the teacher of elementary school. The method of thisresearchuses descriptive quantitative study, data analysis techniques used SPSS 16.0 version byusing quality test and classic assumtion test. After doing research and done t test obtainedconclusion that there is significant and positive relationship between headmaster’s leadership styleith the teachers performance, while there is no significant relationship between organizationclimate and teachers performance. It means that the better the organization climate doesn’t maketeachers performance increase, the in F test, headmaster leadership style and organization climatesimultanous influence teacher’s performance significantly and positively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine management the problem solving and enterpreneurship  communication students. Popolation in this study were all students of class XII of TP SMK N 2 Bengkulu City. This research is experimental and instrument used is the type of the test (about problem solving and communication) and non-test (student attitude scale). Collecting data using test instruments. The results showed that an increase in problem-solving and communication abilities of students receiving enterpreneurship cooperative learning jigsaw better than students who received conventional learning.Keywords: enterpreneurship, problem solving, learning, jigsaw, cooperative.

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to describe the implementation of the academicsupervision of the principal in improving the professionalism of teachers in Junior High SchoolNumber 7 Seluma. This study uses evaluative. The subjects were the principal Junior High SchoolNumber 7 Seluma. Data were collected by using observation, interviews and documentation. Datawere analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of theacademic supervision of the principal in improving the professionalism of the teachersexecutedwith good.Keyword: academic supervision, principal,professionalism of teachers
