Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the ratio of professional development of teachers by principals between SD Negeri 16 Seluma with MIN Bungamas Seluma on aspects : mastering the material , managing learning programs , manage the classroom , using the media , mastering the educational foundation , manages the interaction of learning , and assess achievements students . The method used is descriptive evaluative . Results of the study is the result of development of professional competence of teachers in primary schools 16 SelumaSeluma compared with the guidance in the MIN Bungamas Seluma Seluma almost the same , only the existing infrastructure in the district Seluma MIN Bungamas still inadequate , so the coaching is done by the head less school goes well .Keywords : comparison , professional competence , teachers, principals

Abstract

The general objective of the study is to describe the implementation of the 2013 curriculum for counseling teacher at Vocational High School number 1 Seluma regency. In thisstudy, researchers investigated and described the problem of curriculum implementation in 2013 for teachers counseling. In these activities involve many parties including principals and teachers counseling, student achievement and students assisted counseling. The conclusions of this study is that the implementation of the curriculum for teachers 2013 counseling performing well. Implementation can be seen from the planning, implementation and evaluation of the activities of guidance counseling in school.Keywords: implementation, curriculum 2013, counseling

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know whether the implementation of individual coaching by head teacher can increase new teacher’s discipline and job performance and to know how the effectivity implementation of individual coaching. The method of this research was action research. The result of this research obtained from average of discipline score and job performance score. In average of discipline score for the first cycle obtained score 36,61, the second cycle obtained score 52,26 and the third cycle obtained score 75,14 that means very good categorized. In Average of job performance score for the first cycle obtained score 121,67, the second cycle  obtained score 152,16 and the third cycle obtained score 183,67 that means very good categorized.Keywords: individual coaching, discipline, job performance

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to describe the founding of implementation in leraning english based on curriculum 2013 by principal in Junior High School Number 02 Arga Makmur North Bengkulu. This study is qualitative descriptive study with qualitative naturalistic approach. Subjects in this study are the principal, the vice principal of curriculum, and teacher.Data collection techniques used in this study; observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used 4 phases, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the founding of implementation in learningEnglish based on Curriculum 2013 by principal have done appropriate with the principal’s job and obigation as a principal.Keyword: founding, principal, curriculum 2013.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the implementation of instructional management in 2013 curriculum at elementary school number 01 of Bengkulu city. The research design is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of research are teachers, principal, vice-principal, and students. Data collecting techniques are interview, observation, and documentation. The conclusions are that the teachers have already understood the 2013 curriculum, that has been implemented by the syllabus the preparation of the lesson plans based on the 2013 curriculum lesson plans in form of Discovery Learning Activities, but in fact, the teachers sometimes have not performed the learning process to a student-oriented learning.Keywords: implementation, management, 2013 curriculum, elementary school

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the determinants of successful management of educational units in SMP 6 Seluma. The method in this research is evaluative. Data collection techniques used in this study are: interviews, documentation, observation and questionnaires. The result of this research showed the critical success factors in the management of the school leadership, teachers, students, school committee. Suggestions research; need the commitment of the school manager to constantly improve the competence and leadership role and teachers to constantly renew its ability to be able to adjust to the changes that occur both within the work environment or in the surrounding environment.Keywords: determinants, success, management, education

Abstract

The objective of the research is to describe the implementation of instructional leadership on 2013 curriculum implementation by school principal. The research used qualitative method. The subject of the research is school principal, the vice principal, teachers, and some of the student. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The result showedthat: (1) the school principal guided the teacher on making lesson plan; (2) the school principal gives more focus on learning activity aspect; (3) the principal gives learning evaluation guidance by using learning observation technique in the class.; (4) the principal has not maximized on theguidance of learning evaluation and monitoring because of the limited time and knowledge.Keywords: leadership, school, principal, curricullum 2013, implementation

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the academic supervision in elementary school principals 1 in Bengkulu City.The method of this research used qualitative descriptive .The collecting data used interview,observation,and cumentation.The result of this research showed that academic supervision principals in elementary schools accredited in Bengkulu City of Elementary School 1 was run in accordance with applicable regulations. Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe history of school leadership at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan from 2009 – 2014. The method of this research used history study.The technique of collection data were interview, observation and documentation. Analysis data were data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The conclusions of this research that were thehistorical leadership at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan 2000-2014 met the requirements specified by the standard in accordance with the ministerial regulation no. 13 of 2007. Leadership headmaster from 2000-2014, the history of the journey has reached fourteen years, with a period of fourteen years at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan has happened five times changes of leadership.Key words: leadership, history, headmaster

Abstract

The purpose of this research are description the plan of efficiency educator, realization of efficiency educator, evaluation of efficiency educator and description the support and hindrance factor of efficiency educator in increase the quality of educator at senior high school Ma’arif Lubuklinggau. The method this research are observation, interview and documentation with the subject of research are the principle, teacher and educator at senior high school Ma’arif  Lubuklinggau. The result of research based on observation and interview that (1) the principle has done his task and his function with the founding toward educator at senior high school Ma’arif Lubuklinggau so occur increase the quality of education.Key words: efficiency, educator, the quality of educator.
