Abstract

The aim of this study were: to describe the role of the school committee as a support, controller, giving consideration and a liaison between the school and the community in terms ofeducation financing and describe the school committee policy in the face financing problems faced school. Research conducted qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this study wereprincipal, head committe and committe treasurer. The result of this study were: (1) School committee as a support support through funding, mind, and school infrastructure; (2) schoolcommittee as a controller of school building and financial; (3) School committee as giving consideration of infrastructure and school funds; (4) relationship with the community and parentscan be established premises either.Keywords: committee, utilization, education financing.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the management of new  admissions in the Senior High School 3 Seluma accordance with special standars. The research method used is descriptive comparative. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed the new admissions management already set standards in all aspects of planning new admissions, organizing new admissions, the implementation of new admissions in accordance with the standards, and reporting of new admissions, while formonitoring and evaluation new admissions are not in accordance with the standards.Key words: management, acceptance, new students

Abstract

The objective of the research was to describe the education management of children in low economic cirles of family in senior high school number seven of Seluma. The research usedqualitative method. The result of this research showed that: 1) the parents expectation toward their children education was they got good education, and implemented by school’s role inaccomodating and facilitating to the poor students. 3) the parents was trying to keep their outcome as small as they can and limiting their needs fulfillment for children education. 4) the most parents of senior high school number seven of Seluma students didn’t have significant role in helping theirchildren study at home. 5) the problem parents was the high cost of school, transportation children ransom and also to buy their children education equipment.Keyword: management, education, low economic family

Abstract

The aim of this study generally to describe the implementation of Academic Supervision Principals in improving the performance of teachers at State Elementary School 62 Bengkulu City. The method used is descriptive qualitative research . Data collection techniques are observation , interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study indicate that the implementation of academic supervision in elementary school principals 62 Bengkulu City hasimplemented management functions to help teachers develop the ability to manage the learning process to achieve the learning objectives in improving the performance of teachers .Keywords : academic supervision , principals , classroom teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe the administration of the primary school 164 Seluma.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative method. The conclusions of thestudy implementation are: first, the administration of student work effectively. All students complete administrative requirements and well-crafted. Second, in the administration ofeducational staff includes academic qualifications and competence of teachers and education personnel. Third, the administrative activities of the school is able to operate effectively despite the power administras ie TU no. Fourth, the implementation of the financial administration refers to standard financing consisting of: investment costs, operating costs and, personal expenses. Fifth, in the administration there is a problem that affects not effective implementation of theadministration.Keywords: implementastion, elementary school, administration

Abstract

The general objective of this study is to analyze the  implementation of eight standards of education in the SMP nasioanl 6 and 17 Seluma accredited A. This study uses descriptivequalitative. Research subjects principals and school SMP Developer Team 6 and 17 Seluma. Datas were collected by using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Datas wereanalyzed by descriptive qualitative.
