Abstract

This research aims to determine digital storytelling as a health promotion medium for school children. The research method used in this study was a systematic review taken from Science Direct, Scopus, Proquest, Sage Journal, and Clinical Key search engines, which were filtered in title, abstract, and complete studies. All journal articles, including experimental, mixed methods, randomized controlled trials, and qualitative analyses, are in English. The research results showed that seven articles were included in the review. Research has been conducted in health promotion with different digital storytelling processes. The results of this review show that digital storytelling increases knowledge, perception, motivation, and social support. In conclusion, this systematic review shows that digital storytelling interventions positively influence health promotion, especially at school age. Abstract

This study aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of spiritual music therapy on reducing anxiety in patients in the emergency room (IGD). The method used in this research is a scoping review. Article searches used databases from Sciencedirect, PubMed, Sciencedirect, and Scopus. The keywords used are (“Patient Anxiety,” “Spiritual,” AND “Music Therapy). The results of the study showed that there was an effect of listening to Christian spiritual music on patient anxiety in the inpatient room. In conclusion, Christian spiritual music has proven to be significant in reducing patient anxiety, both mild anxiety and moderate anxiety, while in the ER. Abstract

This study aims to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the referral system in primary health care. This study used a scoping review design, using four databases namely PubMed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, and Garuda, using keywords based on the PCC method (Population, Concept, Contect. The results of this study identify a number of supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the referral system in primary health care, showing that the supporting factors are human resources, facilities and infrastructure, medicines, medical devices, referral fees, referral information and support from various parties. While the inhibiting factors are knowledge/understanding of officers or patients, accessibility, SOP/regulation of referrals, information systems, completeness of the referral process and social culture of the community. In conclusion, with several supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the referral system in primary health care identified, causing referral health services to not be optimal.
