Abstract

Utilization of technology at this time greatly evolved along with the development of the times, so that companies or agencies require a workforce or employees who are experts in the field of technology. Employees should not only look attractive but also must have the expertise in completing the job that is given. In Higher Education must also have employees who are proficient, smart and broad-minded. Competent colleges are universities that have competent educational services not only in teaching but in the field of student administration services. In Teaching and Learning Process in Higher Education, Employees have an important role in the smooth running of lectures. For example in making Attendance List of Lectures and News Events Lectures. Improving services to students is not independent of the performance of employees. STMIK Kaputama conduct an assessment on the performance of employees through 3 (three) variables are: Expertise Variables, Variable Discipline and Attitude Variables. With parameter values: Very Low (SR), Low (R), Enough (C), Good (B) and Very Good (SB), from those parameters will be known result of Employee Performance Appraisal.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPada penelitian ini diterapkan teknik Information Gain Attribute Evaluation untuk preprocessing dalam klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Karakteristik Naïve Bayes dalam melakukan klasifikasi didasarkan pada teori probabilitas yang memandang semua fitur dari data sebagai bukti dalam probabilitias. Dengan melakukan seleksi fitur, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Information Gain Attribute Evaluation tidak begitu signifikan meningkatkan kinerja dan waktu komputasi klasifikasi dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Kata kunci: Information Gain Attribute Evaluation, Naïve Bayes, Klasifikasi, Performansi

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of technology has reached almost all parts of life limitless. Its existence is used for solving the problems which often happen in daily life, for instance, the problem of trash. There are many programs to solve this problem but it does not enough because of the awareness the producer of trash. One of the best approaches is introducing trash and its influence on the early life of children by using 3D animation films. This product was developed by using Godfrey Method and analyzed based on the level of trash recognition by using color parameter, a form of object and duration. The result of this research: (1)3D animation film for introducing the variety of suitable trash to be used for learning media for children based on short duration to attract the children; (2)There are 4 categories and respondents to know more about the color based on clear and bright color. Keywords: Waste, 3D animation, Godfrey, Learning Media

Abstract

Fulfilling empty position on company often become complicated process because the candidate who can be placed in that position by matching between employee-profile and position-profile sometimes not well define. To minimize that problem, there should be a method such as decision support system which can analize employees who suitable with the available position. This decision support system for profile matching process and gap analization is made based on  company’s data  and  rules  which  locate  on  JP-Insurance Jasaraharja Putra Bengkulu.  Profile  Matching  process  is  taken  to recommend employees in Positioning and Carrier Planning based on three stages, which are Intelectual Capacity, Working Area and Attitude. The result of this process is represented ini rank of employees as recommendation for decision maker in deciding which employee is suitable for the position.This Software is using Microsoft Access 2010 for database and Borland Delphi 7.0 as compiller. Form the result of this implementation system can be seen that this software can be very helpfull on decision support to profile matching in positioning and career planning on JP-Insurance Jasaraharja Putra Bengkulu.Keywords  : System, Decision-Support , Positioning,  Carrier, Information

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Metode sugeno untuk mendapatkan nilai optimasi fungsi dengan cepat dengan menggunakan algoritma PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) dan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). Input terdiri dari 3 (tiga) variabel yaitu : Variabel Materi, Variabel Disiplin dan Variabel Sikap. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini nilai fungsi yang telah teroptimasi dimana terjadi perbaikan error pada Sugeno-PSO sebesar 3,3 %.Kata kunci : Sugeno, Error, Optimasi

Abstract

ABSTRAKSistem pendukung keputusan atau dikenal dengan Decision Support System, pada tahun 1970-an sebagai pengganti istilah management Information System, Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan bonus kedisiplinan, merupakan salah satu bentuk dari sistem pendukung keputusan biasa dipakai guna membantu memberikan keputusan sesuai kriteria-kriteria tertentu, Masalah yang terjadi banyaknya karyawan pada suatu instansi menyulitkan untuk menentukan karyawan yang berhak menerima bonus kedisiplinan.Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membuat sistem untuk menentukan karywan yang berhak menerima bonus kedisiplinan yang lebih baik dari sistem sebelumnya dimana masih bersifat manual, untuk itu diperlukan suatu konsep pendukung keputusan yang memudahkan memberikan keputusan pemberian reward bonus, pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Technique Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dimana akan memudahkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Kata Kunci: TOPSIS, Reward , SPK TOPSIS

Abstract

Routers provide the ability to filter traffic, such as blocking Internet traffic, with access Control Lists (ACLs). ACL is a list of a series of licensing or rejection statement applied to the network address or protocol layer on top. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the access control list in the area of network computer in Batamindo Industrial Park Batam. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The samples are 101 IT employees in Batamindo Industrial Park Batam. And in the formulation of the problem obtained from this research is to determine how the benefits of the use of access control lists. The results obtained are perceived first access control list useful, both instrumental Well Network computer, So with this research writer and IT Employees in the Company may determine that the use of access control lists is very important for computer networks in the area Batamindo Industrial Park Batam.

Abstract

This study predicts sales of Jamur by applying Artificial Neural Network. Aplication using Backpropagation algorithm where input data is the amount sold, income and expenditure. Then the formed Neural Network to determine theunit of each layer. After network was formed conducted training of the data has been grouped. Abstract

In a work process in companies, employees spearhead the first in the production process. Competencies possessed by each employee will show the quality of employees in performing their duties. It aims to look at the extent of competences of the employees, improvement and supervision competencies for employees. So that corporate leaders can make decisions choosing the best of the best employees. Assessment was conducted on the motive, knowledge, skills, and self-concept. So far there is no system that can be used to determine how big the competency of employees. therefore, this study used a system of decision-making using fuzzy logic with  Sugeno method zero-orde for assessing the competence of employees in PT Schneider Batam. For the processing of data using MATLAB. The first step completion of competence assessment of employees using Sugeno that determines the input variables and output variables are set firmly, the second step is to convert the input variable into fuzzy sets with the process of fuzzification.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelaksanaan penilaian kinerja pegawai perlu dilakukan setiap organisasi atau instansi dengan melibatkan pihak manajemen. Dalam hal ini pegawai merupakan Sumber Daya Manusia yang melakukan tugasnya dalam melayani kegiatan pelayanan dengan tujuan dapat mengelola dan melayani secara efektif dan efisien. Dalam peranan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam konteks keseluruhan sistem informasi ditujukan untuk memperbaiki kinerja melalui aplikasi teknologi informasi serta menentukan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, sampai mengevaluasi pemilihan interaktif. Perangkat lunak ini dibangun dengan menggunakan model Fuzzy dengan metode Multi Atribute Decision Making. Perangkat lunak ini memberikan penilaian berdasarkan Penilaian Pelaksanaan  Pekerjaan  (DP3) yaitu kesetiaan,  prestasi  kerja,  tanggung jawab, ketaatan, kejujuran, kerjasama, prakarsa dan kepemimpinan sehingga hasilnya dapat dijadikan sebagai pendukung keputusan untuk promosi jabatan. Pentingnya penilaian untuk kerja menghendaki penilaian tersebut harus benar-benar obyektif, yaitu dengan mengukur unjuk kerja      pegawai yang sesungguhnya,. Artinya pelaksanaan penilaian harus mencerminkan pelaksanaan unjuk kerja yang sesungguhnya atau mengevaluasi perilaku yang mencerminkan keberhasilan pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Kata Kunci : Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy, Multi Atribute Decision Making
