Abstract

This research is to measure product attributet of micro business vegetable salad “Mamake” in order to help Buddhist community group at Buddhi Vardhana Temple who have interest to run the same business. It needs a specific technique to identify the want and preference of consumer by measuring the utility and relative importance values of product attributes. This research uses conjoint analysis. Respondents of this research are 80 members of Buddhist community group at Buddhi Vardhana Temple. The analysis shows that the most preferred salad based on its importance level is vegetable salad chicken and cheese with importance value of 0,065, hence can be concluded that opening a micro business of vegetable salad “Mamake” of this type become a promising opportunity in micro business world

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Company Performance on Share Prices in the Sub-Construction Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 Period. Company Performance Measurement uses the ratio of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return to Assets Ratio (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Gross Profit Margin. The data analysis technique used in this study is a panel data regression model using E-Views software. The test results prove that Earning Per Share has an influence on stock prices. Price to Book Value affects the stock price. Return On Assets has no effect on stock prices. Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on the stock price. Gross Profit Margin has no effect on stock prices. And together Earnings Per Share, Price To Book Value, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and Gross Profit Margin affect the Stock Price

Abstract

Credit unions are cooperatives that help their members to prosper, because it is built on the principle of mutual kegotong among members to help each other and help each other in relation to finance cooperative members. Purpose of this study will show the difference in the financial performance of “Asisi” credit cooperatives and credit unions “Puspita Kencana” using PEARLS. The method used there is a descriptive study using methods PEARLS and Statistical test with the sample collection technique using the "purposive sample" then test different descriptive statistics and Kruskal-Wallis test and test different significance with the Mann-Whitney U Sample data are secondary data from Kopdit financial statements mentioned above. The results showed the average value of the PEARLS method Kopdit “Puspita Kencana” results are better when compared to Koperasi Kredit “Asisi”. Then, with a significance difference test showed that the value Protect Liquid Effect and no significant difference of 0.008>0.05. While the value of Assets (0.310>0.05), Rates (0421>0.05) and Signs Growth (0222>0.05), there was no significant difference

Abstract

The objective of this study is to review ethical judgments of Accountants from 1962 to 1993. The research uses the literature review of Ford and Richardson, 1994 on the empirical ethical decision making. The results show that ethical factors individual, situational, organizational influencing ethical decision making (EDM) are organizational effects, organizational size, and peer group influence and Machiavellinism is also the significant factor in individual EDM

Abstract

Leadership is the way a leader behaves, communicates, and interacts with members of his subordinates, the process of influencing people to conduct their direction, the influence of leadership can vary depending on motivation or orientation towards a particular task. Some leadership styles include positive leaders and negative leaders, where the differences are based on the way and effort they motivate their subordinate members, if the approach in motivation is emphasized on both economic and non-economic rewards, which means using a positive leadership style. So if his approach emphasizes sanction or punishment, then he implements a negative leadership style. This second approach can result in acceptable achievements in many situations, but leads to loss of insensitivity to members of their subordinates

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on capital structure. This study uses financial statement data on real estate and property companies listed on the IDX taken over a period of five years, starting in 2014 until 2018. These data were obtained from the site www.idx.co.id with the type of data used is a time series data. The results of this study indicate simultaneously the effect, profitability ratios and liquidity ratios, on real estate and property companies have a significant effect on capital structure with a large influence of only 21.5%. While partial liquidity has different effects in influencing capital structure. It can be concluded that the profitability ratio has a significant negative effect on the capital structure while the liquidity ratio has a significant positive effect on the capital structure.

Abstract

The results of processing the data obtained by multiple linear regression equation Y = 2,937 + 0,485X1 + 0,415X2, meaning that any increase or decrease in the occupational health safety variables by 1 point, then the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics will increase or decrease by 0.485 and any increase or decrease in the working environment variable by 1 point, then the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics would have increased or decreased by 0.415. In addition, the authors also calculate the influence between variables. Correlation between occupational health safety and job satisfaction is equal to 0.661, and the correlation between the work environment and job satisfaction of employees amounted to 0.613. It can be concluded that the relationship between these three variables is strong and has a positive influence. From the test results F, model 1 obtained value of 76.187 with a significance level of 0.000, and model 2 obtained value of 50.841 with a significance level of 0.000. The results are greater than the value of which amounted to 3.09 Ftabel, then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. While the results of the t test can be calculated at 5.205 occupational health safety and working environment t value is 3.845. Both values ​​are greater than the value that is equal to 1.98447 ttable. That is, there is a significant relationship between occupational health and environmental safety work on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and physical work environment on the employees’ performances of PT Bangun Beton Quality Control division -. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The research population was 54 people using saturated samples. The study was conducted at PT Bangun Beton Quality Control Division on November 28 to May 29, 2019. Data was collected by questionnaire, and analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistic v.24.The results showed there was a significant negative effect between interpersonal communication on employee performance based on a partial test (t test) using a significance level of 0.05%, then there was a significant positive effect between the physical work environment on employee performance based on a partial test (t test) using significant level of 0.05%. The F test shows that interpersonal communication and physical work environment together have an influence on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Service Quality and Customer Relationship Marketing to Customer Value and it’s implications for Customer Satisfaction in Branch Office BRI Soekarno Hatta Bandung. The population in this study were customer who have used banking service in BRI, while the sample in this study was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is the technique Correlation Analysis (Path Analysis) to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between variables. The results showed that effect direct Service Quality for 0379. Service Quality indirect effect through the CRM of 0.149. CRM direct influence on Customer Value of 0.092 and indirectly influence the CRM through Service Quality of 0.149 so that the total effect of 0771. The direct effect of Customer Value on Customer Satisfaction of 0,816. The results show determination coefficient of 77.1% and 22.9% Pye, and partial variable Service Quality more dominant effect of the variable CRM. Obtained the conclusion that the effect of Service Quality have the greatest influence. Customer Value showing determination coefficient of 81.6% and 18.4% Pye, from satisfaction to Customer Satisfaction variable.
