Abstract

The more professional human resources are in control, the vision and mission and goals of the company will be achieved effectively, efficiently, and productively (Budiharjo, 2015: 5). Therefore, human resource management is needed that is not only able to recruit it, but able to retain competent employees and improve the performance of its employees so the company can continue to develop better and be able to compete with its competitors (Budiharjo, 2015: 8). The results showed that: 1) There was an influence of professionalism on employee work productivity, as evidenced by the tcount for the Professionalism (X) variable of 20,830, while the t-table value for N = 85 was 1,988. So 20,830> 1,988, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be stated that Professionalism (X) has a significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y). Probability value (significance) = 0,000. So the probability is 0,000 below 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect between the professional variable (X) on the Employee Productivity variable (Y), because the probability value is smaller than 0.05. 2) There is an influence of Professionalism on Employee Work Productivity, as evidenced by the R Square value of 0.839. This shows that 83.9% Professionalism (X) affects Employee Productivity (Y), while the remaining 16.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The results of processing the data obtained by multiple linear regression equation Y = 2,937 + 0,485X1 + 0,415X2, meaning that any increase or decrease in the occupational health safety variables by 1 point, then the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics will increase or decrease by 0.485 and any increase or decrease in the working environment variable by 1 point, then the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Indonesia Toray Synthetics would have increased or decreased by 0.415. In addition, the authors also calculate the influence between variables. Correlation between occupational health safety and job satisfaction is equal to 0.661, and the correlation between the work environment and job satisfaction of employees amounted to 0.613. It can be concluded that the relationship between these three variables is strong and has a positive influence. From the test results F, model 1 obtained value of 76.187 with a significance level of 0.000, and model 2 obtained value of 50.841 with a significance level of 0.000. The results are greater than the value of which amounted to 3.09 Ftabel, then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. While the results of the t test can be calculated at 5.205 occupational health safety and working environment t value is 3.845. Both values are greater than the value that is equal to 1.98447 ttable. That is, there is a significant relationship between occupational health and environmental safety work on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to see how far the price, brand, and product quality on purchasing decisions have an influence on the JD.ID marketplace. The sample selection was based on the simple random sampling method. From multiple linear regression of the price variable on purchasing decisions the value is 3.197 > t table 1.985 with a level of sig 0.002 <0.05, the results of the t-count value of the brand variable are t count 1.985 = t table 1.985 and sig 0.050 = 0.05, then the quality variable product on purchasing decisions t count 2.306 > t table 1.985 and sig 0.023 <0.05, which means this test statistically proves that the independent variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. From the coefficient table, the linear equation Y= 8.057 + 0.350 X1 + 0.241 X2 + 0.239X3+ e means that for every 1 point increase or decrease in price, brand, and quality, the purchasing decision will increase or decrease by the number of independent variables. R Square of 0.570 or 57%, meaning that the magnitude of the influence of price, brand, and product quality on purchasing decisions is 57% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the ANOVA table, the F value is 42,339 with a sig level of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test show that all independent variables have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions (Y).
