The increase in the development of the expedition business from year to year requires companies to maintain competitive advantage in order to maintain product quality, relationship with partners, and improve company’s performance. The object of this study is a trucking company named PT. Sumber Djaja, which was founded in 1970, where they saw a decline in performance as time goes by. This study aims to see the effect of supply chain capabilities and supply chain flexibility on the business performance of PT. Sumber Djaja. The method used in this research is quantitative, with a research sample of 45 respondents using purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares method. The results of data analysis showed that supply chain capability and supply chain flexibility have a significant effect on business performance.

This research is conducted to allocate Rajawali Mas family members into a fit job position based on Miner’s Entrepreneurial Personalities and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). This research uses a quantitative descriptive research design. There are three participants chosen in this study, including the first generation of Rajawali Mas, the second generation of Rajawali Mas who join the business, and an expert in human resource management and family business. The questionnaire and interview are used to collect the data. The result of the study found that each family member who joined the Rajawali Mas business has different characteristics of entrepreneurship. Based on the Miner’s Test, Rajawali Mas family members possessed different types of entrepreneur route, such as the Personal Achiever, the Real Manager and the Expert Idea Generator, including a complex entrepreneur which is possessed by the CEO. Based on the MBTI, Rajawali Mas family member personality ranged to ISTJ, ESTJ, ESTP and ISFJ personality.

The study of organizational culture is interesting because it deals with the uniqueness, the characteristics that distinguish one organization from another. Organizational culture is a system of shared meaning held by members that distinguishes an organization from other organizations. This system of shared meaning is a set of key characteristics that the organization holds in high esteem. Organizational culture is created by the "founder" i.e. people who have already been in the organization, where the culture becomes a tradition, an inherent habit, which is embraced by members of the organization. Culture relates to something of positive value, which is unique which is the character of an organization. Like the pattern of leadership, administrative tidiness, discipline, reward system, authority system, and many other cultures adopted by the organization. Therefore, organizational culture should make a positive contribution to organizational development, especially in improving the performance of an organization and individuals within the organization.

Due to the rapid rate of business development, companies require a large capital by issuing shares to the public, where in 2020 COVID-19 brings a serious impact on the world’s economic sector. This study meant to investigate the effect of ownership concentration and warrants inclusion on the level of share underpricing during the IPO (Initial Public Offering) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 and 2020. The research population are entities registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and conducting IPO in 2019 and 2020, amounting to 107 companies. The method used during the selection of the sample group is the purposing sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The test results indicate that (1) ownership concentration has no effect on underpricing (2) the inclusion of equity has no effect on underpricing, and (3) Corona has a negative effect on underpricing. This study aims to re-examine the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explain Millennials’ intention to continously use the e-wallet applications by using Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU). There were 140 respondents used as sample in this study with the provision of the age limit of 20-35 years, who have e-wallet(s) account and had been using e-wallet application(s) to perform payment transaction(s). Data were collected using questionnaire. This sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and analyzed using the SPSS multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness both have a significant effect towards Continuance Intention to Use e-wallet application(s) amongst Millennials. The findings of this study are important because it can be utilized as a foundation for e-wallet developers to improve technological systems with various features which focuses on enhancing consumers’ performance, furthermore this study is expected to encourage small and medium sized business to adopt fintech as one of the offered payment features.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Product Selection and Digital businesses on the Income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy. The government of Republic Indonesia also views the importance of the existence of MSME entrepreneurs. The existence of MSMEs can have an impact on increasing people's income and also with service innovations that can attract consumers. The method used is quantitative which is taken, it can be ascertained that t-statistics 6.453> t table 1.985 and the value of sig o.oo <0.05, indicates that the effect of product selection has a positive and significant effect on increasing the income of MSME actors. T-statistics is 5.568 > t table 1.985 and sig o.oo <0.05, this indicates that product selection has a significant and positive effect on increasing the income of MSME actors. While F-statistics 161,927 > from F table 3.09 and sig value 0.000 <0.05 this shows that digital business and product selection criteria have a significant and positive effect on increasing the income of MSME actors during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image and price on purchasing decisions for fast food restaurants A&W KarawanG. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using the Slovin formula and probability sampling technique using simple random sampling which then resulted in 347 samples from 2,612 populations. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2010 computer program and SPSS version 25 application. 1,266 with agreed criteria. The price shows an average value of 1,258 with agreed criteria. Purchasing Decision shows an average value of 1,241 with the criteria for agreeing. The correlation coefficient between the Brand Image and Price variables obtained a value of 0.530 which means it has a moderate, positive and significant correlation level between Brand Image and Price. The partial effect of Price on Purchase Decisions is 0.133, which is greater than Brand Image, which has a value of 0.059. So it can be stated that the price contributes more to the Purchase Decision compared to the Brand Image. The simultaneous influence of Brand Image and Price on Purchasing Decisions is 19.2% while the remaining 80.8% is another variable not examined.

The main goal of investors in investing in the capital market, especially the stock market, of course, investors want a high level of return with minimal risk. Therefore, an investor needs information to analyze the fundamentals of a company using the company's financial data. This study uses inflation risk variables as a moderating effect, profitability and managerial ownership as independent variables, and debt as a mediating variable. The data used is secondary data using 20 manufacturing companies in the consumer good industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019 period with 80 samples used. In processing the data, the programs used are SPSS version 24 and the Sobel Test Online Calculator. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the value of R2 indicates that the dependent variable can be explained by 12.8% by the independent variable. Based on the results of the F test, all dependent variables have an influence on the independent variables. However, the results of the t test show that only profitability and managerial ownership have a positive and significant effect on stock returns, while debt has no significant effect on stock returns. The results of the t-test also show that profitability and managerial ownership have a strengthening effect on stock returns with debt as a mediating variable. Meanwhile, the moderating effect of inflation risk on the effect of profitability and managerial ownership also shows a strong and significant result on stock returns.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), And Price To Book Value (PBV) Against Stock Returns in Automotive Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021.This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a descriptive, verification approach. The sample of this research is 5 companies from 13 companies, with a total of 25 samples obtained by purpose sampling technique. The information examination method utilized in this study is various straight relapse investigation with PC program devices utilizing Microsoft Succeed 2010 and the IBM SPSS Measurements form 25 application.The consequences of this concentrate to some degree show that the EPS variable makes a positive difference, while the PER and PBV factors meaningfully affect Stock Return . At the same time, EPS, PER, and PBV have a beneficial outcome of 62.3% on Stock Return while the leftover 37.7% is impacted by factors not inspected.
