<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to provide insight into how the management pattern of CSR programs that can improve the competitiveness of SMEs. The method used is qualitative research with phenomenological approach. The informants were chosen based on purposive, consisting of the Social Fund Management Team of Central Java Bank, the recipients of the UMKM program, and the intellectuals who will be represented by the academics. The results showed that the pattern of CSR leads to the form of partnership with the concept of community development. <![CDATA[Each legal state requires that in the administration of the government should be based on the legality principle of the provisions of the law, including Indonesia. However, in terms of carrying out the duties and obligations of government administration in order to provide and maintain the quality of public services and prosperity, in addition to providing guarantees and protection for citizens, it can not just stick to the principle of legality, because the day, the increasingly complex demands of public services and diverse. Problems after problems arise in the community, and in such conditions the principle that the government should not refuse to provide services to the public on the grounds there is no legislation that regulate it or not / no legislation on which the authority to do legal action . Therefore the government is given free authority to perform actions / deeds without having to be bound by legislation that is discretion. So in this study will be studied more deeply about the importance of the use of discretion for government officials in the administration. The research method used is normative juridical research type, with approach of legislation and concepts, analytical descriptive specification, data collection with literature study and will be analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the importance of discretionary power for government officials in the administration is an alternative to fill the shortcomings and weaknesses in the application of legality principle (wetmatigheid van bestuur), so that in addition to the government can protect and ensure legal certainty of citizens, the government can also provide public services and welfare for citizens. ]]>

<![CDATA[Child protection efforts become very important. One of the efforts made in this regard is to establish “wilayah ramah anak”. In Kota Semarang, “wilayah ramah anak” is implemented in Kelurahan Kuningan. It is hoped that this effort will not only be a way to provide protection to children but also to prevent children from doing things that are against the norm. Issues raised in this study are, (1) how the model of “wilayah ramah anak” contained in Kelurahan Kuningan?; (2) what is the correlation between the establishment of “wilayah ramah anak” with the crime committed by children ?. This research is a sociological law research. Thus, the data used are primary data supported by secondary data which then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of research obtained results, first, child-friendly areas in Kelurahan Kuningan basically more physical changes, especially in terms of play facilities and learning children. In addition, there are several other non-physical facilities to support existing physical facilities. Second, “wilayah ramah anak” in Kelurahan Kuningan basically not formed to reduce the crime of children in the walayah. However, indirectly, child-friendly territory can be the breaker of a child's delinquency chain by forming a new generation that avoids crime-related matters.]]>

<![CDATA[Local wisdom about traditional food contained in the archipelago, especially the Javanese script is a legacy of high-value ancestors because by inheriting the tradition of food, can strengthen the identity and identity of the Indonesian nation universally.This research uses qualitative method with phenomenology approach. Data collection is done on observation (participant observation), in depth interview (in depth interview) and documentation. Data analysis is data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing / verification. Test the credibility of the data with triangulation and member check. The potential of srabi as a typical food in Ngampin Ambarawa Village is as a source of family income. The traders srabi get additional income by selling the srabi. Sales turnover will increase during holidays and during celebrations of the familiar traditions of Sha'ban moon better known as "Sha'banan". Efforts to preserve srabi in the village of Ngampin Ambarawa is by continuing to preserve local wisdom of local culture, eg Srabinan tradition which was held during the month of Sha'ban especially on 13, 14 and 15. The role of local government (PEMDA) continues to provide guidance to the traders of srabi traders, so that traders can continue to maintain the existence of srabi at any time. Making srabi as a special food Ngampin Ambarawa village as an effort to maintain the value of local wisdom.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand the notion of bid'ah with technical implementation, especially how to send the deceased's prayer in Javanese Islamic culture called nyadran with various blessings (reward) and moral values. This type of research is library research. The source data is, various hadith of the Prophet Muhammad saw and various works of experts both clarify the moral values of Javanese Islamic culture and about nyadran with various blessings. The method of analysis is, content analysis with sociological approach whose model is sociological interpretation. The results of this study provide an understanding of the meaning, type and law of heresy especially commemorating death as a way of sending prayers called nyadran in Javanese Islamic culture. Through the understanding is expected to be used as a reference of the appropriate implementation of his time.]]>

<![CDATA[T his study aims to determine empirically the influence of Achievement Motivation Training on achievement motivation in elementary school teachers in learning disabilities in Semarang experiencing Burnout. The research subjects were 10 people. The profession as a teacher for children with learning disabilities and special needs is very vulnerable to burnout. High job demands, unrealistic expectations of parents on the work of teachers often lead to stress that affect the performance. It takes a high achievement motivation to overcome this. In this research the method used is the experimental method, with pre-test design of post-test without control group where the subjects of the study were treated in the form of Achievement Motivation Training to see the effect on achievement motivation and measured before treatment and after treatment. The result of the research analyzed by SPSS version 20 shows that there is contribution of Achievement Motivation Training 34,3% to the achievement motivation to teacher, meaning that there are other factors that influence achievement motivation for elementary school teacher for children with special needs. ]]>

<![CDATA[Efficiency is one of the performance parameters that is theoretically one of the performance that underlies the entire performance of an organization. Efficiency in the banking world is one of the most popular performance parameters, widely used because it is the answer to the difficulties in calculating the performance measures of banking. The measurement of bank efficiency can be done with Structure Conduct Performance (SCP). In general there are three approaches to the basic concept of financial sector efficiency model that is cost efficiency, standard profit efficiency, and alternative profit efficiency. In this research, the method used is Structure Conduct Performance (SCP). In this method, profit is modeled to be deviated from its efficient efficient frontier due to random noise and inefficiency. Profit in this method is influenced by input and output function, while input and output used in this research are Third Party Fund, Paid-up Capital, placements with Bank Indonesia, placements with other banks, and financing provided.]]>

<![CDATA[Ojek is an informal public transport in Indonesia in the form of a motorcycle. Recently appeared a new breakthrough in terms of public transportation, which is an online motorcycle taxi that can be ordered through a smartphone. The conventional motorcycle taxi drivers who move to ojek online make conventional motorcycle taxi drivers complain. The formulation of this research problem is how conventional motorcycle taxi driver motivation in facing the business competition of transportation.This research was conducted at motorbike bases in Ngaliyan sub-district. Period of research implementation starting from October 2017. The focus will be investigated by researchers is the conventional motorcycle taxi drivers in the district Ngaliyan. Interviews were conducted on five conventional motorcycle taxi drivers.The results showed that the compensation factor, commitment, and work environment influence the motivation of conventional motorcycle taxi in maintaining their job and can face the competition of transportation business. The more acceptable compensation, high organizational commitment, and a good working the more motivated the worker will be to keep his job.]]>

<![CDATA[In the criminal justice system to seek penal mediation. based on thoughts associated with ideas of reform of penal law (penal reform). The background of the criminal law reform is based on the idea of protection for victims of crime. For the victims and potential victims of pollution and / or environmental damage required is the existence of a legal device that provides protection coverage. The problem in this research is related to the aspect of legal protection to the victim of environmental crime through alternative of environmental crime case settlement outside court, that is through penal mediation in perspective of criminal law renewal. The research method used in this study is normative juridical, that is by reviewing or analyzing secondary data in the form of main legal material, by understanding the law as a set of rules or norms positive in the legislation system that regulates the victims of environmental crime life. The results show that the need for alternative settlement of environmental crime cases outside the court, as a real form of legal protection for victims of environmental crime. This means that in the perspective of reform of the criminal law, it is necessary to revise the formulation of Article 85 paragraph (2) of Law no. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management, which should also be the legal basis for the settlement of TPLH out of court]]>
