FOKUS Maslahah : Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Perbankan Syariah menekankan kajian hukum Islam dan Perbankan Syariah di negara-negara Islam pada umumnya dan khususnya di Indonesia dengan menekankan teori-teori hukum Islam dan praktiknya di dunia Islam yang berkembang melalui publikasi artikel dan resensi buku. CAKUPAN (SCOPE) Jurnal ini mengkhususkan diri dalam mempelajari teori dan praktik hukum Islam dan Ekonomi Islam di negara-negara Islam dan dimaksudkan untuk mengungkapkan penelitian asli dan isu-isu terkini. <![CDATA[This paper will explain the views of Islamic law on labor. Studies conducted for the historical development of workers in Indonesia. From this paper can be concluded that the partisanship of Islam to the union of labor is not without reason, because labor is a social community that is quite vulnerable exploited by employers or owners of capital. Many cases we encounter the story of workers who receive unfair treatment from employers. Many examples of related issues associated with the injustice of employers to the workers. Because of the vulnerable status of this, Islam long ago have given general guidelines about the concept of labor, so workers get fair treatment from employers and authorities. Islamic guidance is reflected in the Qur?an, as quoted in the letter of Surah al-Ahqaf: 19, which describes the award, so employers pay attention to the workers according to the quality of his work with the welfare approach. In a hadith the Prophet, also explained that the employer must pay wages before his sweat dries.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper will explain about the Orientalist view of Islamic law. From this paper can be concluded that despite the Orientalist see the truth of Islam as a Samawi religion revealed to the prophet Muhammad that includes all aspects including the legal aspects of the norms and values derived from the Koran remains to twist the facts are subjective to undermine Islam by Muslims themselves on the grounds of scientific methodologies that now a rise to anticipate them GAZW Fikry (Intellectual war). <![CDATA[This study aimed to assess public expectations regarding the existence of Islamic banks of Bekasi, Potential and Development. From this study it can be concluded that the performance of Islamic banking is good, but still below the conventional market, especially in terms of cultivation. Achievement of the Islamic banking market is only 3%, so it needs to be improved in its marketing. It should be underlined that the information until the consumer is still limited so it will affect the decision process. The potential economic and population Bekasi City and can be targeted in the expansion area and the achievement of the target funding, financing, and services. Public knowledge about the Islamic banks is adequate, but less depth, so it needs socialization. The need for proper publicity is one important way to socialize. Bekasi community expectations that represented the respondents in this study is the addition of the service area of both branches and ATM outlets, a branch of Islamic banks in the traditional markets are great because this is where the real sector grew rapidly evolving andallegedly moneylenders. Another expectation is that there is excellent service with speed, accuracy, and friendliness giving rise to a sense of comfort and safety when working with Islamic banks. Easy financing micro-scale, increased sharing of savings is expected. Surely Islamic banks must be prepared to fund managers that are reliable and understand the rules of sharia]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profit sharing ratio of fund raising as well as to determine the effect of profit sharing ratio of Islamic banks mobilize funds Bekasi. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis. From this study it can be concluded that based on the F test showed that the ratio for the outcome variable is jointly significant effect on the variables of Islamic banks mobilize funds. Based on the results of Pearson Product Moment correlation test that the value obtained for 0.565 means there is a fairly strong relationship between variables and variable profit sharing ratio of Islamic banks mobilize funds. The test results obtained regression equation Y: 2229 X +0.435. The equation shows that there is influence between the profit sharing ratio of the fund raising Financing Bank Rakyat Syariah Bekasi Based on the test R Square of 0.619 indicates that the fund-raising (Y) of 61.9% is affected by the profit sharing ratio (X). While the rest of 38.1%caused by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of human resource development in the BPRS Harta Insan Karimah and to determine the suitability of the development of human resources in the BPRS Harta Insan Karimah with the principles of human resource management in the Islamic perspective. The benefits of the research are expected to provide knowledge and insight in the world of Islamic banking in particular human resource development of shariah. The method used is a qualitative method of naturalistic techniques of data retrieval is a field study that includes observation and interviews, library research and triangulation. The conclusion from this study showed that human resource development conducted in the BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Bekasi is in conformity with Islamic perspective.]]>
