Abstract

This study aims to find out how to allocate funds for the Family Hope Program for economic independence in Patila, North Luwu Regency. The author uses data collection techniques through interviews, documents and documentation. By using this type of qualitative research using data collection methods carried out directly in the field (object of research). Subjects taken as respondents were 10 respondents who developed their business. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. Primary data can be obtained through interviews with respondents.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the SWOT Analysis of Post-Merger BUMN Banks to Become Indonesian Sharia Banks (Study on BSI KCP Tomoni, East Luwu Regency). The main problem in this study is how the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Bank Syariah Indonesia Tomoni KCP East Luwu Regency and what strategies the bank needs to implement. This study aims to find out and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and what strategies can be applied to the Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Tomoni, East Luwu Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of research data were obtained from direct interviews with BSI KCP Tomoni employees, BSI KCP Tomoni customers, and one of the academics, using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis technique, then followed by drawing conclusions and verification. From the results of this study, it can be seen that BSI has many opportunities that need to be utilized as best as possible. Therefore, BSI needs to improve and add new strategies to the SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Influence of Perceived Quality and Brand Image on Smartphone Purchase Decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality and brand image on smartphone purchase decisions. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents. The classical assumption tests used in this study include the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test. The hypothesis testing includes the T test (ParsiaI), F test (SimuItan) and the Determination Coefficient Test. The research results show that there is a partial significant effect on perceived quality (X1) on smartphone purchase decisions (Y), this is evidenced by the obtained results of a significance value of (sig) 0.000 < (α) 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . There is a partial significant effect of brand image (X2) on the purchase decision (Y) of a smartphone, this is evidenced by the acquisition of a significance value of (sig) 0.001 < (α) 0.05. So that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Perceived quality (X1) and brand image (X2) simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on the decision to purchase (Y) smartphone, amounting to 0.000 <0.05 and f value 36,897 > t table value 3.06 this proves that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this is also shown in the R square value of 0.334 this means that the simultaneous effect of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y is 33.4%, the remaining 66.6% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study discusses how the Marketing Mix Strategy in Increasing Customer Loyalty at CV. Elmira Productions. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy implemented by CV Elmira Production through marketing mix and SWOT analysis in increasing consumer loyalty. The subject of this research is the owner of CV Elmira Production. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers were interviews and documentation directly to the business owner. Besides that, there is additional data from reading books and also other sources related to the research title. The data obtained from the results of data collection are then analyzed using SWOT analysis to find out what are the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, as well as threats from the marketing strategy undertaken by the company. In addition, the results of the SWOT analysis research are shown by the Cartesian diagram calculation results that CV. Elmira Production is in quadrant I, which is aggressive with the implementation of a Growth Oriented Strategy which is a very profitable situation for the company. Where, the company has the power so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the local government's role and determine the factors driving and inhibiting SMEs' empowerment in the North Luwu Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research obtained are that the efforts of the Regional Government in empowering SMEs in North Luwu Regency have been guided by national laws and regulations, namely Law Number 20 of 2008. , facilities and infrastructure, business information, partnerships, business licensing, business opportunities, trade promotions, and institutional support. The government's efforts to strengthen business potential are carried out in several fields: production and processing, marketing, human resources, design and technology. The government's efforts in business protection are to suppress business competition, build the quality of MSMEs both in terms of products through the provision of facilities and infrastructure as well as grant assistance and increase the ability of human resources through entrepreneurship training programs and provide opportunities for MSME actors to enter retail- modern retail in North Luwu Regency. Several factors support the empowerment of SMEs in North Luwu Regency, namely human resources, capital and equipment assistance, natural resource wealth, and government policies. Apart from that, several factors inhibit empowerment in North Luwu Regency, namely budget constraints, human resources, the Covid-19 pandemic and the difficulty of road access to remote locations.
