Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is about empirical study of the influence of local taxes and restribusi on regional self-reliance that impact on economic growth in Central Java province. The population is 35 cities in Central Java Province. Selected samples 28 cities from 2010-2014. Data analysis tools use multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that Regional Tax has a significant positive effect on Regional Independence. Local Levy has a significant negative effect on Regional Independence. Local Tax has a significant positive effect on Economic Growth. Levy does not have a significant effect on Regional Economic Growth. Regional Independence has a significant effect on Regional Economic Growth.Keywords: local taxes, regional restribution, regional self-reliance, regional economic growth.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengenai studi empiris pengaruh pajak daerah dan restribusi terhadap kemadirian daerah yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Jumlah populasi 35 kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sampel terpilih 28 kota dari tahun 2010-2014. Alat analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pajak Daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Daerah. Retribusi Daerah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Daerah. Pajak Daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Retribusi Daerah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Daerah. Kemandirian Daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Daerah.Kata kunci: pajak daerah, restribusi daerah, kemandirian daerah, pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the influence of participation, ability, education and training on user satisfaction that impact on the performance of accounting information systems at hotels in Semarang city. The study population is 30 2 to 5 star hotels in Semarang city. The research instrument is questionnaire, each hotel sent 2 questionnaires and has returned complete 60 questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the participation of SIA users had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of SIA users, the ability to positively significant influence on SIA user satisfaction, education and training had a significant positive effect on SIA user satisfaction. The participation of SIA users has a significant positive effect on SIAperformance, the ability of the users to have a significant positive effect on SIA performance, education and training have a significant positive effect on SIA performance and SIA user satisfaction has a significant positive effect on SIA performance.Keywords: Participation, Ability, Education and training, User Satisfaction and Accounting Information System PerformanceABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh partisipasi, kemampuan, pelatihan dan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kepuasan pengguna yang berdampak pada kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi pada hotel di kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah 30 hotel bintang 2 sampai 5 di kota Semarang. Instrumen penelitiannya adalah kuesioner, setiap hotel dikirim kuesioner 2 buah dan telah kembali lengkap 60 kuesioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi pengguna SIA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIA, kemampuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIA, pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIA.Partisipasi pengguna SIA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SIA, kemampuan pemakainya berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SIA, pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SIA dan kepuasan pengguna SIA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SIA.Kata kunci: Partisipasi, Kemampuan, Pendidikan dan pelatihan, Kepuasan Pengguna dan Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of net income and operating cash flow on dividend policy on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study of food and beverage companies listed on the BEI 2010-2013 amounted to 16 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method and based on the technique, the number of eligible samples is 11 companies with 4 years period (2010-2013), the sample is 44 samples. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that there is a significant positive influence between net income to dividend policy. There is no positive effect between operating cash flows on dividend policyKeywords: net income, operating cash flow and dividend policyABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh laba bersih dan arus kas operasi terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI 2010-2013 berjumlah 16 perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling dan berdasarkan tekniknya, jumlah sampel yang memenuhi syarat adalah 11 perusahaan dengan periode 4 tahun (2010-2013), sampel adalah 44 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara laba bersih terhadap kebijakan dividen. Tidak ada pengaruh positif antara arus kas operasi terhadap kebijakan dividen.Kata kunci: laba bersih, arus kas operasi dan kebijakan dividen

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of teacher professionalism and work motivation on teacher performance with work environment as a moderation variable. The population in this study is all teachers at SMP Negeri in Boja, Kendal District, which amounts to 110 people. The sample is all population members by using census method. Analyzer used in this research is moderation regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that teacher professionalism has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, work environment moderate positive influence of teacher professionalism on work performance and work environment moderate positive influence of work motivation on teacherperformance.Keywords: Professionalism of teachers, work motivation, work environment, teacher performanceABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme guru dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru di SMP Negeri Boja, Kabupaten Kendal, yang berjumlah 110 orang. Sampelnya adalah seluruh anggota populasi dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of cash flow and net income on stock returns on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population used in this study is the population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 until 2014. The sampling technique base on purposive sampling method, the number of eligible samples is 42 companies with 3 years period (2012-2014), the sample is 126 samples. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that operating cash flow has no significant effect on stock returns. Investment cash flows have a significant positive effect on stock returns. Fund cash flows have significant positive effect on stock returns. Net income has no significant effect on stock return.Keywords: operating cash flow, investment cash flow, funding cash flow, net profit and stock returnABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh arus kas dan laba bersih terhadap return saham pada usaha manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasinya adalah usaha manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2014. Sampel berdasarkan purposive dan diperoleh 42 usaha dengan waktu 2012-2014, sehingga terdapat 126 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arus kas operasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Arus kas investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham. Arus kas pendanaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study has the objective to analyze the Effects of good corporate governance (GCG) and Size of the Company's, corporate social responsibility (CSR) that impact on the Corporate Values and Profitabilityas moderating variable. Collecting data in this research using secondary data of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample data in this study of 30 companies that were taken by the purposive method, the method of observation in 2012 -2014. The data analysis method used multiple regression. Hypothesis testing results show that the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) significant positive effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Size of the Company'ssignificant positive effect on CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG) significant positive effect on Corporate Values, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) significant positive effect on the Corporate Values and Size of the Company'ssignificant effect on the Corporate Values. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek. Sampel data dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 perusahaan yang diambil dengan dengan metode purposif, dengan metode amatan tahun 2012 – 2014. Sedangkan metode analisa data yang digunakan regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa GCG berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap CSR, Size berpengaruh positif signifian terhadap CSR, GCG berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, CSR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan Profitabilitas tidak memoderasi pengaruh CSR terhadap Nilai Perusahan.Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Size Perusahaan, Corporate Social Responsibility, Nilai Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas
